En fantastisk och orörd lyxvilla i det vackra bostadsomrÄdet San Chuchim, som ligger inom gÄngavstÄnd frÄn Gamla stan och strandpromenaden.
Villan Àr av högsta klass med solsken frÄn morgon till kvÀll.
Villan Àr i utmÀrkt skick med separat garage och gÀststudio med dubbelsÀng, kök och badrum. Bakom garaget finns ett separat tvÀttstuga.
Villan har tre sovrum pÄ första vÄningen samt kök med ö och moderna apparater. Vardagsrummet Àr vackert inrett med öppen spis, matsal och tillgÄng till tvÄ terrasser. Villan har ocksÄ en stor och inbjudande trÀdgÄrd med en stor saltvattenpool och utomhusdusch.
TrÀdgÄrden har grillar / eldstÀder med flera frukttrÀd och gott om sittplatser.
PÄ andra vÄningen finns ett sovrum med eget badrum. Sovrummet har tillgÄng till terrassen med havsutsikt. HÀr finns ocksÄ en TV-lounge med tillgÄng till terrassen med fantastisk havsutsikt. Beskrivning av Altea City:
Altea Àr unik pÄ flera sÀtt. Gamla stan Àr kÀnd för sina unika ljus, vitkalkade hus, doftande blommor, konst, universitet, mysig kyrka. Altea Àr en underbar stad dÀr du kan promenera runt strandpromenaden och koppla av pÄ de vackra stenstrÀnderna och pÄ kvÀllen se fiskebÄtar tufft ut i hamnen. HÀr Àr ett urval av restauranger, tapasbarer och mycket mer. I den moderna delen av Altea hittar du alla typer av affÀrer, banker, marknadshall, lekplats, rÄdhus, sport och konserthallar. LÀngs strandpromenaden hittar du mÄnga restauranger, barer och kan ocksÄ njuta av en underbar utsikt över Medelhavet nÀr du gÄr frÄn hamnen till Algarens flod. Den nedre delen av den gamla staden som heter "Bellaguarda", staden grundad av araberna, Àr mycket mysig. Fantastic place

Lovely house, very wel equipped, apacious and nicely furnished wich give you a peaceful feeling. The garden area is great with a nice place by the pool to cook en have nice and long conversations at the big table with family and friends. Good location. Siv ans Steinar were available and very helpful!

Great stay in Altea

We had a great stay at Siv’s villa. Everything was as described and it was even better in person. It’s a short walk down to Altea old town and about a 20 min walk down to the front promenade. There is a supermarket less than 10 mins away. The view from the balcony at the top was breath taking. Would definitely stay again if back in Altea.

Incredible stay in Altea

Visited over New Year week. House is beautiful with wonderful shared spaces as well as areas to relax alone. View from second floor porch is gorgeous. Walk is easy to cultural arts center, grocery store, and old city. We walked to dinner most nights. Easy drive to fabulous hiking. This property has it all! Owner was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. Thank you very much! We will be back.

Excellent villa in great location

We found the villa an excellent choice for a family holiday. The property is spacious inside and out, very well maintained, appointed and designed. The pool area is a good size and has shade from the palm trees. The villa is in a good location with a view across the countryside and the sea. It is a fairly easy walking distance to Altea old town and some of our party walked to the coastline and on to Albir without too much effort. Cafes, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.

Lovely property, the pool area is fab with plenty of shade. The property has plenty of space and is well furnished. Aircon also works well. 15-20 min walk to the beach and 10 mins to the old town with lots of lovely beaches so car not essential but recommended if you have little ones.

The best villa in Altea!

We had the most amazing stay last week - we checked in later in the day, but Siv, owner, and Torill who looks after the villa were in touch beforehand to go over arrival instructions and we were in within minutes, even Siv was messaging checking we got in all okay! The views are incredible, the property is in a quiet neighbourhood and has many tables around the villa (perfect if you are following the sun!) with fruit trees (lemon) dotted around - producing some of the largest lemons I have ever seen! There are a number of books and games in the lounge - as well as the pool - you’ll never get bored if you don’t leave the villa! But if you do, Altea is just a short drive away, as is the main city of Alicante. We had the most amazing time, and the villa easily accommodated all 7 of us. We will return!

We absolutely loved our stay in Altea! The house was perfect for my big family and we utilized all of the bedrooms. The highlight for us was the pool and outdoor dining area. It was just perfect. The balcony off the master bedroom was also a treat, with a comfortable sitting area and gorgeous views of the mountains and sea. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pantry essentials like oil, vinegar, salt, seasonings, coffee, etc as well as a tap for filtered water. There was plenty of dishware, silverware, glasses, etc for the whole family. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, with plenty of towels for every person, and the central air was really a game changer during these hot summer days. The house was walkable to the city center (about 10 min with the first few minutes being uphill) with cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. One thing I did notice is that the bathroom in the master bedroom appears to be older than the others, and it did have some mold built up on the shower tiles and sink. This was the only place that I felt could use a deeper cleaning. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing family vacation in Altea. We can’t wait to come back!

A beautiful property, with stunning outdoor areas and pool.

The villa is spacious and very well equipped, with everything you require for a perfect holiday. We were a group of 7 adults and made full use of the pool and outdoor kitchen for ‘easy living’. The location is perfect with a short (but steep) walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. The old town is within easy walking distance, and well worth a visit, with cobbled streets, traditional buildings and a stunning church. We were lucky enough to be there at festival time, which added to our holiday to see all the festivities, parades and fireworks. Would definitely visit again.

Altea experience

Fantastic property for families or group of friends. The cleaned water tap is amazing stopping all the waste of bottles of water. Siv has eclectic style lots of Nordic touches and antique pieces - very stylish all through. Very clean and my friend whom lives in Benidorm area was very impressed and picked all the fruits from the garden and made herbal tea from the Hibiscus flowers. Only one personal comment from a petite lady that the mirrors were too high for me! So on your next antique trips a floor length mirror somewhere would be great. Loved it and thank you Siv for all your communications making sure we were happy and travelled onwards for our next week . Regards Louise & friends

Amazing villa!!!

This villa is absolutely fantastic! The pictures don’t do it justice there is just so much space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and dining room downstairs and upstairs there is a bedroom with its own bathroom, living room and it’s own beautiful covered outdoor seating area with gorgeous views. Then outside there’s the covered dining area plus 2 other seated areas. Outdoors there is a barbecue, pizza oven plus outdoor cooker and sink plus outdoor shower for the pool. Short (uphill) walk to Altea which is a beautiful place. All cobbled winding streets and fairy lights. There’s a supermarket near - we managed on 1 big shop and we got a taxi back with the shopping then topped up with bits and pieces from the smaller shops in Altea. I would recommend booking a restaurant for the weekend as it does get very busy around the main square but we did find one without booking but off the main part. Great communication from the owner and the agent - thank you for having us !

El alojamiento estå muy bien, es muy bonito y bien ubicado, pero no nos limpiaron el jardín en los 6 días que estuvimos allí, y en mi opinión no estå bien equipada, no hay servilletas de papel, casi no había papel higiénico, no había estropajos, 4 pinzas para tender la ropa... Una pena, porque una casa así merece que se entregue a los inquilinos limpia y bien equipada.
