Sauber und frisch renoviert

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung in Seenähe. Alles da, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders die Ausstattung für Kinder ist perfekt. Vom Geschirr, bis hin zum Bett alles super. Einziger Nachteil ist die Lage im obersten Stock. Die Hitze konnte durch Klimaanlage und viele Ventilatoren gut gemindert werden. Bis das Gepäck oben war, hat allerdings gedauert. Auch Kind und Kinderwagen mehrmals täglich hoch und runter tragen war sehr anstrengend. Besonders gut war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Perfekt für Familien mit (kleinen)Kindern

Sehr schöne Wohnung für eine Familie mit Kindern. Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn (16 Monate alt) dort. Die Vermieter haben alles gedacht was man für ein kleines Kind benötigt. Allgemein ist die Wohnung gut nützlich eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, das historische Zentrum lässt sich ebenfalls über einen schönen Fußweg am Wasser entlang in ca 20 Minuten erreichen. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich außerdem ein Fahrradverleih. Da die Wohnung sich im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug befindet, ist sie nicht für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen geeignet, uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Anlage sebst auf die die Wohnung sich befindet ist teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Spielgeräte auf dem Spielplatz bspw. sind teilweise etwas kaputt und allgemein eher alt (deswegen einmal nur 4 Sterne gegeben). Ansonsten war aber alles super und wir würden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, bei der Ankunft hatten wir mehrere Getränke im Kühlschrank und durften die Wohnung am Abreisetag länger als bis zur offiziellen Check Out Zeit behalten. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und hier wieder Urlaub machen, sollten wir nochmal nach Peschiera kommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren einige Tage dort, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und top ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, der Kontakt zum Vermieter luef online ohne Schwierigkeiten. Es wurde und wird gerade viel erneuert und renoviert, in der Wohnung und der Anlage, das zahlt sich aus und ist, unserer Meinung nach, in der Anlage sehr gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nah an der schönen Promenade am See, am Strand ubd zur Innenstadt. Der Balkon und das Kinderzimmer gehen zur Strasse, die Fenster sind aber schalldicht. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, z. B. mit Wasserkocher, Microwelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine. Sie ist nahe am See und der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in gepflegter Ferienanlage. Wir haben alles vorgefunden was wir gebraucht haben. Wir waren mit unserem Baby dort und haben den schattigen und ruhigen Garten der Anlage sehr genossen. Einziger Nachteil ist dass die Wohnung zur Straße ausgerichtet ist, aber wir haben uns nach der ersten Nacht an die Geräusche gewöhnt.

Sehr schöne FeWo

Top Wohnung in der alles da war. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wie andere auch schon beschrieben haben, ist der einzige Negativpunkt die angrenzende Straße. War aber nur bedingt störend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung mit kurzer Entfernung zum Strand. Schöner Pool und gepflegte Anlage. Restaurants/ Bars sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder :)

Was sehr gut wäre, wenn es ein paar Kleiderbügel mehr geben würde 😊 Man sollte auch beachten, wenn man ohne Auto dort ist, sind die Wege zum Supermarkt etwas lang. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder.

tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien mit der vierköpfigen Familie in der Wohnung in Peschiera. Check-in/Check-out waren easy. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage mit Pool und Bistro ist toll. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schöne FeWo in günstiger Lage zum See

Wir haben erholsame Tage verbracht. Die Anlage bietet mit Tischtennisplatte, Tennisplatz, Fussballplatz ausreichend Möglichkeit zur sportlichen Betätigung. Der See und die Stadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist funktional und gut eingerichtet. Für 6 Personen ist sie aber etwas eng. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen.

Voll ausgestattete Wohnung, modern eingerichtet. Alles was wir gebraucht haben war vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Kommunikation mit Francesca über WhatsApp sehr einfach, sie antwortete sehr schnell. Check-in und check-out unkompliziert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden es weiteremfehlen!

Alles gut

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, ordentlich und mit allem für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Man kommt fußläufig in 2 Minuten an den See und in ca 10 Minuten ins Zentrum von Peschiera. Zur Anlage gehört ein Pool, der gut gepflegt ist und bei dem immer ein Rettungsschwimmer anwesend ist. Der einzige Nachteil ist dass die Wohnung zur vielbefahrenen Strasse hin liegt, was teilweise recht laut war. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einfach und nett. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.

Great place with everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment was very clean, nice bedding, towels, furniture and decor. The kitchen was well appointed with anything needed to make meals at home. The kids especially loved the coloring set and juice in the fridge upon arrival. It was just a nice welcome. The apartment was well located, walking distance to the beach and town. We used the pool a few times, although not heated even early June, it was comfortable to swim. Swim caps are required to use the pool. Thanks for having us!

Fully furnished flat, super clean and nice landlord

We stayed for some days in this super clean, well furnished flat, located in a locked residential complex, walking distance to inner city Peschiera del Garda. The flat has everything what is needed: fridge, washing machine, balcony (directly to the street in front of the flat, shaded from big trees), dishwasher, toaster, dishes ... Within the next 500 - 700m there are a couple of different restaurant, harbour is in walking distance as well. Supermarket in 5min per car. Parking slots for the car are in front of the houses. The big bonus of this flat are two really big pools right behind the house within this locked residential complex, one is approx. 35m long witch is very fine for swimming trainings. From small kids to sporty adults - everybody can find a spot there. The landlord was so, soooo much helpful with everything with a fantastic kind of humour!! Supportive, precise, well prepared ... simply fabulous!! One hint: This flat is located next to a relatively busy roady. So, if somebody is not used to have some noice at night (as we are) it might be a bit difficult. However, net-net we had a lovely stay. Thanks Roberto!

Great location, lovely hosts

We've been to Peschiera several times and this is the second time we have visited the Cappuccini residences. For our purposes with young children, Francesca and Roberto's apartment has been the best accommodation so far. The location is perfect for a stroll along the lake into the village. The complex itself has a local family atmosphere and is not crowded like the local campsites. The pool is rarely busy and the small café is good to have a coffee in the morning or a beer late at night. The apartment is modern and a good size, with all the necessary appliances. The balcony on the top floor was a good place to have a glass of wine in the evening, and there was no noise from other tenants. Communication was very good via WhatsApp and the hosts responded very quickly to any questions. With luck, we look forward to returning sometime soon!

Ferienwohnung Cappuccino CA 7

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und modern gestaltet. Es gibt alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmachine, Bügeleisen.... Allerdings muss man beachten dass sie im 3,5ten Stockwerk liegt und es keinen Aufzug gibt. Der Balkon liegt zur Straßenseite, was aber soweit oben kaum stört. Check-in und Checkout sind unkompliziert: mit einem zugeteilten Code nimmt man alles nötige aus dem beschriebenen Briefkasten, der vor dem Eingangsportal ist, und bei der Abreise legt man es dahin wieder zurück. Die Anlage ist geschlossen für Passanten, Parkplätze sind in der Anlage ausreichend vorhanden. Und ansonsten: Ein schöner Aufenthalt ist immer was man selbst daraus macht!

Capuccini Top

Sehr saubere Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte, sogar Spül- und Waschmaschine. Auch in der Küche blieb kein Wunsch offen. Die Klimaanlage war gut einzustellen und wurde hauptsächlich für die Nacht benötigt. Am Fernseher waren nicht alle deutsche Programme einzustellen, aber zum Fernsehen waren wir nicht hier ! Die gesamte Anlage samt Pool machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Der Knopf für die Balkonbeleuchtung war allerdings sehr witzig versteckt, hier wäre ein kleiner Tipp sehr hilfreich. Ein kleiner Nachteil war die Nähe zur Haupstrasse, hauptsächlich für das zeite Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns hier trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation per "WhatsApp" lief auch sehr gut, haben wir allerdings während des Aufenthaltes nicht benötigt.

Fabulous weekend

Just enjoyed a fabulous 5 night break in Peschiera del Garda. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with excellent communication from the owner. The pools on site were an added bonus (don't forget to pack your swim hats, although the owner kindly provided these for us) and the apartment is within easy reach of the lake and the town. If I'm lucky enough to return to Peschiera, the apartment will be the first place I think of to stay. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. ist alles da. Die Wohnung ist im 3. stock bzw. 6 halbe stockwerke, mit viel Gepäck etwas mühsam. Wer Klimaanlagen (so wie wir) nicht mag, ist in dieser Wohnung bestens aufgehoben, denn in jedem zimmer hat es zusätzlich einen Deckenventilator, die eine herrlich kühle Brise im Raum verteilt und somit die Klimaanlage ausbleiben kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer risigen Anlage mit einem grossen Tor, dass nur mit Chipkarte zu öffnen ist. Die Wohnung ist allerdings ganz weit hinten, sodass man alleine bis zum haupteingang 5 min. gehen muss Wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft, dem muss ich leider sagen, dass die Wohnung direkt an der strasse liegt, aber man gewöhnt sich dran Bis ins zentrum von Peschiera sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten am Gardasee entlang. Alles in allem ein hervorragendes Domizil, um seine ferien zu verbringen, meine familie und ich können es nur empfehlen

Wow

Having travelled extensively over the years this apartment and location is a gem. Well appointed and spotlessly clean. Fantastic communication all the way through out stay. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift bit that was not a problem for us. The complex is also clean and has a mix of both local residents and tourists. 2 lovely pools although you are not able to use inflatable beds in the pool and if you need a sun bed these cost 7e for the day. Peschieria is a lovely place to explore the lake . Can't wait to return and a fabulous location, accommodation and owners.

Great vacation!

Nice Apartment, clean and tidy, in an established Resort, including 2 pools. Close to the lake - less than 5 minutes walk. Easy communication with the owners by WhatsApp. We liked our stay a lot!
