Denna nyrenoverade lägenhet har ett rymligt öppet vardagsrum, kök och matsal med ett stort karmfönster med fantastisk utsikt över havet och stranden. Den har egen uteplats på framsidan av huset för att koppla av och njuta av utsikten. Det stora sovrummet har ett eget badrum med en stor duschkabin och det finns också en uteplats för att sitta med morgonkaffe. Det finns ytterligare två dubbelrum (ett med havsutsikt) som kan ordnas som tvilling- eller kingsize-sängar. Det finns också en modern familj badrum. Det finns privat parkering på plats för två bilar. Wifi ingår och det finns SMART-TV i vardagsrummet och alla tre sovrummen. Det finns också en BOSE-högtalare i vardagsrummet.

What a fantastic find. The property was excellent, from the view to all the amenities. So much thought has gone into this place and obviously no expense has been spared . Gorgeous.

Amazing stay!

Our stay was just lovely! Such a great location and the house was beautiful. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Great communication with the owner too. The arrival hamper was such a lovely welcome, too! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Third time and fabulous

Clean, location perfect, great facilities, car parking off road, welcome hamper, sea view and surfers to watch from the lounge window, coastal walk within 5 minutes and St Ives harbour in the other direction in 5 minutes. Thank you once more for presenting your holiday property in top condition and making the booking easy and for the good communication throughout. Very happy holiday again with you as the base for our adventures in lovely St Ives.

Fantastic house, gorgeous views.

Spent a week in this breathtaking apartment, gorgeous views from the bay window, sandy beach on your doorstep, short walk to the town and train station should you wish to travel further a field for the day. From a welcome hamper to a very well equipped house, we couldnt ask for more. Owner was extremely helpful with any questions and enquiries we had. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in St Ives. Thank you for a lovely stay

Clean, lovely welcome hamper, high quality decor, furnishings and fittings. Parking is a bonus

Thank you for a quality, well prepared holiday rental in a great location. Super view of the sea and surfers, close to the centre of St Ives harbour and the south west coastal walk. The property is renovated and presented to a high standard and all equipment including a BBQ is provided. My wife and I were very impressed with this property and its location especially for her painting course at the St Ives painting school (3 to 4 minute walk). Small local shops close by and the best beach bar with quality food and a view to go with it (Porthmeor beach cafe). Great holiday, we will be back again to St Ives and will look at this property as the first pption.

Perfect place to stay in St Ives

Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable. Modern. Great sea views. Within easy walking distance of the town, but also a place to retreat to and relax away from visitors. The 'Welcome' hamper was a lovely (and very helpful) touch after our long journey.

Fabulous property!

Delighted to have had a great week at this splendid property. Finished to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Ideally situated with stunning sea views.Lovely welcome hamper waiting for us that was a thoughtful touch. Would love to return and definitely recommend.
