A great find . A very will equipped spacious house . It didn’t feel we were on top of each other as over 3 floors with separate upstairs veranda with seating as well as great outside seating and dinning area on ground floor and downstairs area to sit outside. The pool was a lovely temperature as we asked for it to be heated ( October visit) therefore children spent much of the time enjoying pool. Hosts were great, helpful and allowed us to arrive and depart around flight times . Fully recommend this place

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 11. The owners were incredibly helpful and the house was everything we hoped it would be. There was so much to do for both the young children and the adults. We enjoyed the beaches, the pool and loved venturing into Marbella. We all agreed that we would love to come back!

A great villa!

This was such a perfect base for 13 of us
 6 adults, 4 teens and 3 children. Lots of lovely restaurants (& a gorgeous bakery) in the local area. Beautiful beach and the villa itself was just wonderful. Such a shame the jacuzzi in the main bathroom is out of action and the kids would have loved the water jets in the pool to have been working. But overall an excellent place that we would all highly recommend

perfect house for large group

House was exactly as described, loads of areas to hang out so perfect for a large group. Check in was made very easy. Couldn't fault it.

Perfect location, lovely villa

This villa is very well located and a very good fit for a large group. The hosts were helpful and communicated well. I will say that the downstairs heat (as we went in February) didn't work too well and that the couch is in need of an upgrade (just not very comfortable) and the two guest bathroom had very slippery tubs, but we purchased some bathtub mats to keep them safe. But the overall experience was excellent and I would book this place again. The pool is lovely (even in February heated.) And Simbad's down the street is a true treasure with excellent food, great patio and good music.

Lovely villa for a 3 generation family holiday

Very spacious for a family gathering and plenty of bathrooms. Very well equipped for cooking and BBQ ing. The swimming pool and the outdoor dining and sitting areas were lovely. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and the children practically lived in it. The garden was pretty and there were lots of lemons on the trees. Peaceful neighbourhood but very close to motorway so easy to get into Marbella and to the supermarket. Beach was walking distance and we particularly enjoyed the Papillon restaurant which was right on a quiet beach.

Short stay

We picked this villa to celebrate the upcoming wedding for my sister. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and everything there you could want with a fantastic pool, all very private, there is a beach in short walking distance and a local shop. To go into puerto or Marbella town it’s taxis, these vary in price and can be pricey. The views from the villa are absolutely stunning sea views on the upper floors. This comfortably fitted 15 adults with lots of space. Nice outside dining too. Would defiantly recommend.

Wonderful family holiday.

We were impressed by the information we received prior to our booking and really pleased we could get into the villa a little early as it was ready- a kind gesture from the hosts. The property has plenty of room for a family ranging in age from 2 - 80! Pool was amazing and well used. We liked walking to the beach but most days chose to drive a short distance to more of a sandy beach. Villa is well equipped and we used the BBQ most nights to cook. Everyone enjoyed relaxing together. Thank you to Mireille, Richard and Nelia - who was very kind and helpful when needed.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful and large, pictures does not do it justice. Very clean, and nice a very sweet housekeeper. Nice area that feels very safe. My only comment is that the host is very scared of noise/music because of the neighbor, and it made us scared to be a nuisance. In the end we did play soft music and did not have any problems with the neighbor. But if you want to party this is not the house for you. Very happy with the stay all over.

Huge traditional and beautiful villa perfect for our group of 12. So clean, lots of amenities and great location. The host had great communication with us and provided us with answers to any questions. Only issue was getting into the villa. I did not receive an email with instructions and couldn't get roaming to work so were stranded outside for a good hour without access or knowledge on how to access the villa. This is just a breakdown in communication however and would advise this is all arranged beforehand to avoid our drama. No complaints other than the neighbour who called the police TWICE on the first day which was absolutely uncalled for. We were in the pool with music down low and no rowdiness at all! God forbid people laugh and joke on their holiday. I can't imagine how he would have dealt with a family with kids. This is a huge downside unfortunately and did put a dampener on things. Thankfully he made no further complaints but not great when you save all year to go enjoy a week in the sun. Otherwise thank you so much to the host and I will recommend your villa to others! Beautiful.

FAB Holiday

Loved this holiday, the Villa is typical Spanish rustic, Its very close to the motorway for easy connections although you cannot hear the motorway - its a very quiet and private neighbourhood with large properties.. 3 or 4 restaurants on the beach's within an easy 10-15 minute walk - Supercor Supermarket is less than 10 mins walk. Puerta Banus is 20 mins in an Uber 30 euro's each way.......You have 3 Double Bedrooms and a Bedroom with 2 Singles on the top floor with an ensuite and a family bathroom.... Middle floor has Large Kitchen , Lounge and Dining room with another double bedroom... Lower floor has a living area and kitchen with 2 single beds, a furtehr Double bedroom and a further bedroom with 2 Single beds.. and a Games Room.... Outside you have an outside Kitchen , Garden , good size pool, seating area's and a large table that fits 12+..... Had a great time .. would go back.

We are a family of 8 adults and 6 little ones under the age of 12. This property was perfect for our needs. Lots of interior space, and also lots of outdoor space to enjoy. The little ones practically lived in the pool. The house was clean, and had every amenity we needed.We would stay here again if we are in the area.Thank you Mireille and NeliaJim & Sue

We had such a wonderful stay with our extended family (14 people, aged 5-75yrs). The villa is gorgeous with a lovely clean pool, lots of space and a games room for the children. Located in a lovely, quiet area - the villa was walking distance to a small quiet beach, some lovely restaurant spots and a local shop. Only 5mins drive to Lidl and close proximity to the airport (30mins) and other towns (15mins) . The owner was on hand to help with anything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend for large or groups of young families.

Perfecto para varias familias con hijos pequeños

Nos reunimos 5 familias con bebés y niños pequeños a pasar una semana a principios de agosto. La casa es muy amplia, cumple con todas las características del anuncio. Ademås la comunicación con los dueños siempre fue muy sencilla. La piscina es un gusto porque tiene delante la zona de césped, perfecta para los mås pequeños y muy cerca de la cocina lo que facilitaba la organización de las comidas.

Very happy with the house and area

We were really happy with the house which fit the description and with the surrounding area. All was great for a 3 generation familly travelling right after Christmas. Easy contacts with the ownwer and cleaning lady. Would definitly go back!

Wonderful house in a loveley location

We were four families, eight adults and eight children, and this house was perfect for us! Lovely rooms and garden with a pool where the children loved to play. A big table outside where we could all sit and eat together and enjoy a good barbecue dinner. Beach and supermarket in walking distance. The host was available for questions at all times. We loved the “Encanto House” as the children named it. Would definitely return â˜ș
