Mycket charmigt 2 sovrum radhus med fantastisk havsutsikt i en säker gated beach front resort med en stor gemensam pool, subtropiska trädgårdar och direkt tillgång till stranden. Huset renoverades fullständigt våren 2017, så allt är helt nytt. Från vardagsrummet med öppet kök har du direkt tillgång till den vackra terrassen med fantastisk havsutsikt. Terrassen är täckt med ett stråtak och en vacker bougainville, det finns ett teak trä matbord och en grill. Från terrassen går du in i en liten privat trädgård med solstolar. Köket är mycket välutrustat med diskmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn, kyl / frys. Det finns ett dubbelrum med luftkonditionering och inbyggda garderober. Det 2: a (lilla) sovrummet har en våningssäng (2 enkelsängar). För den femte personen finns en säng i den öppna mezzaninen i vardagsrummet. Vardagsrummet har luftkonditionering och är snyggt inrett med en bekväm soffa, tv och ett matbord. Badrummet har duschkabin och tvättmaskin. Gratis WIFI, sänglinne, handdukar och städservice (1x vecka) ingår. Den exklusiva orten består av endast 36 radhus på en suverän söderläge vid "New Golden Mile" mellan Marbella och Estepona, bara 50 minuters bilresa från Malaga flygplats.

Den enastående stranden ligger i närheten av Estepona centrum och några fantastiska attraktioner på denna kustlinje, som till exempel Laguna Village, Puerto Banus, Marbella och Selwo Adventure Park. Mycket uppskattat av våra gäster och av oss själva är den centrala platsen för vårt hus. Den Carrefour, strandbarer, ett färskt bageri, ett apotek är alla inom kort gångavstånd från huset. Beautiful spot on the beach

A lovely property well located for walks along the seaside and trips to the local town beach and restaurants. Small children’s playground 2 mins walk away and carrefour supermarket 5 mins away make this a super convenient spot for families.

Fantastic location and view

The garden, balcony and view are simply amazing, we enjoyed the winter sun on the terrace with beautiful, uninterrupted seaviews. Estepona is about a 15min walk along the coastal path which is great.The house itself is lovely inside and nicely renovated but I would recommend it for 2 adults with 1 child maximum. We were staying with 2 young children ( under the age of 3) and it was too small for us and not ideal with the stairs. Thank you to lorraine for the excellent communication and service!

An amazing week

Its a lovely little house in a wonderful community. Excellent pool and a nice little garden with ocean view. Its a calm neigbourhood but 15-20 minutes walk and you are in Estepona. If there is anything to mention it gets a little too warm in the room with the bunkbed, but was not really a problem for us. Overall we had an amazing week here.

A stunning property by the sea and within easy walk of bars and restaurants

We met the lovely Lorraine who showed us round the property. We weren't disappointed - wow what a fabulous house with amazing views of the sea. It had everything we needed and the decor was stunning. We walked every day along the path which runs by the sea and it took about 20 mins to reach the beautiful old Town of Estepona. There are plenty of beach bars and restaurants along the way. When we felt like staying in, we enjoyed eating on the terrace by candlelight, listening to the waves. Just wonderful and we will definitely return.

Lovely Estepona

Wonderful patio view for our breakfasts. Well equipped kitchen. Walk to town us about 20-30 min on beach path. Restaurants in both directions on path also. Close to grocery. Nice pool in complex to cool off after spending day in old town or the port. Lorraine was very helpful with check in and suggestions.

La localización es inmejorable. La casa preciosa y muy limpia. Muy muy tranquila pero cerca de todo. Inmejorable! El paseo marítimo perfecto para caminar y el mar a 50m de la casa! Lorraine que nos recibió es un encanto. Sinceramente no se puede pedir más !

Prachtig huisje, tegenvallend strand

Het huis met de enorm complete uitrusting (ZELFS een goed keukenmes!), de ontvangst door Lorraine, de omgeving, de bedden, hygiene, het zwembad... alles dik in orde. Enige minpunt is het strand. Hier wordt in de advertentie geen aandacht aan geschonken en dat had argwaan moeten opwekken. Het strand is smal (ALS het droog is van 1 tot maximaal 3 meter), vol stenen en lelijke betonblokken en is driekwart van de dag nat. 100 meter verderop is een beter stukje maar dat was heel vies door een dikke laag bruin wier

Dem amerikanischen von der Terrasse aus lauschen!

Sehr schön gelegenes, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes, kleines Reihenhaus mit bei schönem Werter ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen (13 - 42 Jahre). Toller Pool, direkter Zugang zu schmalem Sandstrand. Grünes, ruhiges und gut gepflegtes Grundstück, zentrumsnah.

Estepona has stolen our hearts!

We loved our stay at this cute little villa directly on the Mediterranean Sea. The grounds were lush and well manicured and the view from the terrace was just like the photos. Being able to see Gibraltar was a nice surprise! The interior was nicely furnished and the mattress in the main bedroom was very comfortable(we didn't use the other beds).The kitchen was very well equipped and having an amazing grocery store a few minutes away for supplies encouraged us to prepare some meals. Being able to walk to Estepona in 15-20 minutes via the waterfront boardwalk was one of our favourite things to do. The old town in Estepona is the most picturesque and charming on the Costa del Sol and there is a wide choice of restaurants. On site parking was very convenient and secure. Lorraine, the property manager, was a joy to deal with throughout our stay.

Aktiv semester med kanon väder!

Bra läge med havsutsikt och gång avstånd till trevliga Estepona. Perfekt storlek för 3-4 personer om man inte skall spendera hela semestern i och vid huset.

Picture perfect views from the house terrace! Located in an attractive safe development in an excellent location for walking into Estepona on the beach walkway - around 15 mins and easy walking access to Carrefour Hypermarket and coach station. Our first visit to Estepona and it didn’t disappoint - green and lush with flower beds and planters in every street and walkway Lorraine the house manager was always on hand to promptly deal with any queries Would highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well equipped property with terrific view.

Excellent location in terms of proximity to supermarket, the town, the communal pool and the beach. The property itself has everything one could need on a holiday. Lorraine was very friendly and most helpful throughout. Loved our stay.

Beautiful tranquility

A well planned house, perfect for 2. A terrace overlooking the garden and the sea with possibility to bbq, beautiful!! The house is in good chape and the kitchen is wellequipped. We enjoyed the paths along the sea, either to Estepona or to the east. Estepona has a lovely old town about 20 minutes to walk. Carrefour is close and has all you could possibly want. We would love to come back!

Nice property great location

Everything was great but the one queen bed was not a bedroom, no window or door and the ceiling was just over a meter high so you had to crawl in and out.

Loved it!

We visited as family of four, two adults and two children 3 and 6 years old. We had awesome time, everywhere was close... beach, pool on a doorstep, hipper market and restaurant within walking distance. Previous reviews were super helpful, thanks! And thanks to Lorraine being so accommodating and helpful. We would like to come back next year.
