Beautiful semi-detached property located in Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet town in the north of Mallorca, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
There is a wonderful terrace and pool, facing the crystal clear sea, which is only a few meters away. Inside the property, there is a spacious living room with kitchen on the ground floor. There is a large window that leads to the terrace, with wonderful sea views. Upstairs, on the first floor, there is a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with wonderful sea views. The entire property is decorated in a very contemporary style.
It should be noted that we have high speed fiber optic internet for teleworking (50 MB).
All rooms are air conditioned and are available 24 hours a day.

The impressive coastal town of Son Serra de Marina is part of the municipality of Santa Margalida. Although it is one of the most popular areas of the island for wave lovers, this small resort is little known and attracts lovers of surfing and adventure sports. It's a small fishing town with few tourists and locals in a family atmosphere. You will find basic services such as some restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and a municipal library. The nearby beach, about 400 meters long, offers coarse-grained sand, rocks and shallow crystalline waters. A short distance away you will find other natural beaches such as âSon Realâ beach and in the opposite direction âSa Canovaâ. Son Serra de Marina is the ideal place for nature lovers and those looking to relax.
