This was the most comfortable unit. 3 adults shared the unit for 3 nights and we had ample space for sleeping and hanging out. Not that it matters that much, but even the interior decor was so pretty and high-quality. We were right on the beach with a beautiful patio view of the beach and the pool. The management staff of the overall property (separate from the host) was kind and helpful.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

This was our 4th time to stay at this resort and it was nothing like our experiences before.It was obvious in the past we booked through individuals and not the company that owned this unit.There is no maintenance if something goes wrong. We kept smelling sewage when we arrived, but assumed it must be coming from outside or something, but then our toilet clogged up completely. The plunger was broken so we borrowed one and that didn't help either. The office told us there was no one to fix it! So we had to walk 4 units down to use another toilet!Also, it really needs to be listed in the description that the AC cannot be lower than 70! We would not have even stayed there if we knew that before booking. That was a big issue for us. We were all uncomfortable and hot especially at night trying to sleep. I asked about it twice and after almost 2 days was finally told it could not be set under 68 and that our unit showed it was 67. It was Not and never got under 70 till we just turned it off and left the patio door open because it was much nicer outside.The heated pool was nice the first 2 days but our last day staying it was freezing. So many people were in the hot tubs it was too crowded to get in.The unit does not have but the bare basics. We were given 3 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for staying 3 nights. There was no paper towels or even salt or pepper.Our experiences in the past at this resort were so much more accommodating and had toys/games for kids...ect.

Location was great. Had everything we needed. Very clean and maintain. We had an issue with another giest that was addressed.

enjoyed out stay

Overall this was a nice place and one of the only places in the area “on the beach” / was small but plenty for wife and I, the condo had everything we needed, bed was large and comfortable, bath and. shower were nice! The property was nice and the pool was large and clean. driving distance is short for great food and overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Nice place if you want the West Beach

Beautiful condo! Great view! Check in process was easy once we were allowed through the irritable and stressed people at the gate -- where we did NOT need to stop, but had to wait in line just to find that out. We usually stay on East Beach. Love the West Beach location and quiet, but didn't enjoy having to deal with traffic just to get there.

This was our second time to stay at Seascape but our first time in this particular condo.As far as Seascape overall, we love this place. We've been twice (in February and April), and the pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. It was also great having the private beach with easy access to the ocean. There is really good security presence, as well.For our condo, the view is great for the price you pay. It overlooks the pool and is tucked away where it feels like you have extra privacy. There's a few palm trees that have their canopies at eye level. That was nice because the grackles were nesting, and with their noises, it almost felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The king sized bed was comfortable and my kids slept well in their bunks. There were just a couple of things I would suggest that would have made the stay perfect.-There was both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee machine. We had some K-Cups from Walmart delivered (they will drop groceries at your door, which is nice), but when we popped a cup in to make coffee, the lid wouldn't close all the way. We had to manually hold the lid down for the machine to start making the coffee, but even when we did, the coffee came out cold and very weak tasting. We could have used the drip coffee maker, but since we were only staying 3 nights, we figured we would just get Starbucks in the morning rather than buying coffee grains or fighting the Keurig.-No salt, pepper, or seasoning.Overall, great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The location, property, pool, and walk on access to the beach was perfect for our family. I loved that the bedroom had a king bed but it was so uncomfortable. There was no support at all. The same with sitting on the couch in the living room. There was a beach umbrella and fold out chair in the closet that we didn’t know was going to be there that could be used. You can also rent beach gear from the office. Bring a wagon and paper towels.

Great stay

We really enjoyed this condo. It was clean. The location was great! We really liked the private beach access and the balcony overlooking the sea. Plenty of blankets and pillows provided. Quiet, well managed property with security. Would definitely stay again!

Needed updates to condo

There were some things that should be addressed before renting again: mattress in bedroom kept falling off frame on one side, lower bunk had a spring sticking out which is dangerous, bottom drawer of crisper was broken. Couch seemed cheap and was difficult for a senior citizen to get out of. Other than that everything was good

Housekeeping walked into our place without even knocking! No apology offered from management or otherwise. Bath towels stored beside and making contact with a used toilet brush, GROSS! Layer of dust on nearly everything! More than half the outlets were broken. Beach was disgusting, stunk, trash everywhere. Lamps, blinds broken. No space to store our clothes and lacking many necessary supplies! Horrible for the price. Very disappointed!
