Detta arkitektoniska nyrenoverade hem med 1 826 kvm. 00 erbjuder en fantastisk öppen planlösning med 3 sovrum (kung, drottning, full storlek och en bäddsoffa i hällen), alla sovrum har nya madrasser och kuddar med minneskum, 3 platt-TV, nya trägolv, nytt kök med granitbänk toppar, 2 nyrenoverade badrum, inhägnad i trädgården med grill. Erbjuds också gratis: WiFi, solstolar och parasoller plus 2 cyklar (cyklar och grill används på hyresgästernas risk), ett babypack & lek och en barnstol.
Poolen värms upp under vintermånaden till F83. Poolbarriär finns tillgänglig på begäran.

Awesome for a weekend girls trip

We stayed here for my friends bachelorette weekend and it did not disappoint! The beach and downtown is less than 10min away, and grocery stores as well. the beds are very comfortable and the pool was very nice!

Wonderful stay

The home has an excellent location which made all of Sarasota accessible. Home was clean, spacious and the property manager was very responsive. The pool was lovely as well. Overall I would certainly recommend this property to future guests!

Sarasota/Siesta Gem

The Tulip House was the perfect stay for our family of five visiting the area for the holidays. You can’t beat its super convenient location- close to all the shopping, dining, and beaches. The hosts thoughtfully stocked the home with just about anything you could need and were excellent with their communication and hospitality. We’ll most definitely be back!

Tulip House is beautiful and has all of the amenities needed for a great vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time. The pool is beautiful, especially at night. The kitchen cabinetry is beautiful and there is plenty of room in the home.

Wonderful property and stay

This vacation home is absolutely gorgeous, clean, organized and well located, just 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to stores, a mall, excellent restaurants, etc. I highly recommend it for families and for anybody looking to have a wonderful vacation in Sarasota. I’m definitely coming back

The Tulip House is centrally located with easy access to the beach, great restaurants/bars, and shopping. The home is well appointed and clean. Virginia is a wonderful hostess.

Nice for a large family

Nice newly furnished home with plenty of room for our family of 6 plus a dog. Five miles or so from the beaches. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
