Fantastisk utsikt på det bekvämaste läget på Dale Hallow. Huset ligger tvärs över sjön från Sunset Marina. Marina erbjuder båtramp och slipsar och full restaurang och Glass Shop. Marina erbjuder också skidbåt, pontonbåt eller jet ski uthyrning och mycket mer! Stranden och parkerna ligger precis intill marinan också. Basketbanor, sandvolleyboll, vandringsleder och vandringsleder finns också i närheten.

Det finns gott om off street parkering på den långa dubbla breda uppfarten till garaget, linda runt däck w / uteservering. Den färdiga walkout källaren dubblerar som tredje bostadsyta och fjärde sovrummet. Det finns också en våningssäng och dagbädd på nedre våningen.

Detta hus är obefläckat från topp till botten och erbjuder bra bekvämligheter! Direkt-TV finns på en 60-tums LED-TV på huvudnivån. Det finns också en 55-tums LED-TV på lägre nivå. Foosball på lägre nivå och spelhylla i tvättstuga. Vi hoppas att detta blir ett årligt fritidshus för din familj eller grupp!

Everything was great! Extremely close to the marina! This is our 6th year staying in this location! The house is great! Easily sleeps our group of 12! Lanny Meek has a great home and is wonderful owner to work with!

7th Annual Christmas In July

Our family has stayed at Best View on DH for the past 5 years! We love it! Lanny is great to work with and the house has everything we need! The location is great if you are using Sunset Marina! We always have a great time and we are looking forward to 2025!

Lovely Getaway

Spacious home with an incredible view! We were a party of 13 and there was no problem finding room for everybody! This is our second time vacationing here and we plan on going back again next year!

Girls weekend

We had a weekend with old college friends. The house was perfect for us. Great kitchen, views were spectacular and location could not have been better. I would highly recommend this property.

Christmas In July

This was our 4th year staying here for our family reunion! We had a great time and the property never disappoints! Love the upgrades done! The deck is just beautiful! This does have the best view of the lake! Looking forward to next year!!

The location was magnificent with a beautiful home. The biggest concern is that it was not very clean at check in. Mouse droppings in drawers and basement had not been cleaned.

Family Vacation

Very nice property. New deck as well we other upgrades. This is in a quiet area on Dale Hollow Lake. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, this is not it. If you are looking for relaxation, a great view and nice accommodations, this is the perfect spot. We enjoyed our time at this location (for the second year) and plan to return.

Wonderful location but needs attention

This home sits at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and has a wonderful view of Dale Hollow Lake from the back deck. The home has a private driveway and a large yard. Pros: Perfect view of the Marina and lake, large windows in the living room that face the lake, completely stocked kitchen as if the owners stay in this home regularly, three bedrooms have usable mattresses, very close to the marina, three floors of living space, big laundry room with extra sheets, towels, and board games. Spacious home for a large group Cons: Many lights did not have lightbulbs, the family room TV did not work, the daybed and the bunkbed in the family room and the bedroom upstairs with two twins have mattresses you would buy for a camper (adults ended up in them so the kids could sleep after a terrible first night of tossing & turning. The adults felt like they couldn't move in the morning). The upstairs bathroom toilet lid fell off three times, gnats on the kitchen counters, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous guests, the family room carpet was not vacuumed and my son cut his foot on a piece of glass. Dirty bath towels left in the washing machine. Only the Master bedroom on the first floor has a tv. Despite all the negatives we had a good time. This home's in a wonderful location if you are looking to be on the lake. I would not stay in this home again. Cleanliness, especially during a pandemic, is especially important to my family as well as a comfortable bed to sleep in.

Great Family Weekend

Thank you to the host. This is our annual lake trip. As our family grows each year it becomes more difficult to find a rental able to accommodate. This rental was perfect and a bonus being so close to Sunset Marina. Besides ourselves and food, we had everything we need for the weekend.

Mother in Law Get Together

We take our 84 year old mother in law to a place close to Byrdstown every year to see her sister and brothers. This was a great place for a large group.

Perfect getaway for large family

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Everything was clean and organized. Plenty of towels/sheets and the kitchen was a great size. The new deck and view was the best!

Beautiful setting.

Very nice house. Great view. Can see the marina. All trash had not been removed on arrival. Towels were still in both the washer and dryer. I think that this was one-time issue. We would go back to this location again.

This place is awesome. And beautiful view

We came from Louisville which was an hour ahead of this property so we went in an hour earlier than we were suppose to and Lenny was so nice about it. We hope to be able to rent this again next year.

Christmas In July

We have rented this property for our annual Christmas In July family reunion for the past 3 years! The view of the lake is beautiful from this location! The house is very spacious and holds our 12 member family perfectly! We already can’t wait for our trip next year!

I grew up at Dale Hollow Lake, I raised my kids at Dale Hollow Lake and now my Grand children are going to dale Hollow lake. Best kept secret ever.
We have come hear tent camping, motor homing, cabin rentals, and then a our dream come true , A Lake House - and not just any Lake house

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property because we admired it for years from the water from the moment it was constructed. Even kidding that there is our Lake house many years ago as we would boat by it. Then in 2014 my son and I made the investment in the Best View Ever on Dale Hollow Lake, come enjoy it with us.
