Amazing house in the perfect location

House is located in a perfect neighborhood within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. And quick uber ride to Broadway. The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Big spacious rooms. And a picture perfect front porch to relax!

Great location!

This house is within walking distance to the 12 South shops, restaurants and bars. It was clean and we felt safe the whole stay even walking home in the dark.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Very safe and amazing location. Street parking available. Lots of space and the porch was amazing!!! Hosts were super responsive. We had our baby there and it already had a pack and play set up which was extremely helpful

Graduation trip

Weather didn’t cooperate but still had an amazing g long weekend for our don’s Belmont graduation! Great house that was perfect for my husband and I, our adult son and his girlfriend, and my 16yo in the third bedroom. Great big table in dining room was great for playing cards comfortable seating in family room also. Large front porch nicely decorated but unfortunately didn’t get any use due to weather.

Weekend Getaway

We visited Nashville for a long weekend with 3 total couples and this house couldn't have been more perfect! Located in a perfect spot in the 12th South area it's a short walk from multiple great restaurants and shops. The host were very responsive, the house was warm and inviting with great common areas to socialize, and the front porch swing was a great spot to relax. Only a 5-10 minute Uber ride to the Broadway area this is a place we will book again on our next Nashville trip!

Perfect Bungalow

This house was very clean and the decor is even better in person. Very comfortable home for 6 people. It is a very safe neighborhood and only two short blocks from a wonderful street with coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. To get to Broad Street, it was easy to catch an Uber & took about 10-15 minutes. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Nashville. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely house, lovely hosts, great neighborhood!

Ideal location with ample walkability. There’s a multitude of delightful storefronts, restaurants, ice cream and bakeries nearby. Easy drive or Uber downtown. Safe, quiet with chic decor. We stayed with our two teenagers and they loved shopping on their own on 12th Ave.

Wonderful!

We came to Nashville for a family girls trip and are still raving about this house! We had the best time drinking coffee on the front porch every morning, going for walks in the neighborhood, and shopping 12 south! The house is stocked with everything you need and is located in a safe neighborhood with shops and restaurants a walkable distance away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house, great neighborhood

This house was perfect for 3 couples during CMAfest. The interior was stunning! It is situated in the cutest neighborhood with loads of places to walk to eat. The front porch was delightful with a glass of wine in the rockers. Tim and Suzy were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to all our questions. Highly recommend.

Great Stay I’m 12 South

We stayed at the house while in Nashville for a recent wedding. Great location. Very nice house, clean and lovely. It was convenient to get around to all Nashville attractions. Easy Uber ride to downtown but also so much fun to be walkable to 12 South. The is a wonderful neighborhood to choose for a Nashville trip. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house! We loved the front porch and spent alot of time there. The living room was furnished beautifully. We love to play games and the dining room table was perfect. Beautiful home in beautiful neighborhood

This house is charming and beautiful in the most convenient, safe, lovely neighborhood of 12 South. The house was spotless, all beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect. Our family was in town for a college tour and 1st time visit to Nashville and our stay was a highlight of this trip. Highly recommend for families! 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor are also convenient. The front porch is awesome! Parking is simple, washer & dryer and central A/C all make this house perfect.

Great place and great hosts

This property is bright and roomy. Perfectly maintained. We loved relaxing on the front porch. Tim and Suzy were gracious and accommodating, and readily available as they live next door. We rented the attached "studio" apartment (though we would call it a "one bedroom") for additional family for the weekend. House is one block from a small business district that includes a great coffee house, "The Frothy Monkey."

Great Location & Stay

Our group included six adult cousins ages, 50+. We really enjoyed staying at the 12 South Bungalow. Tim & Suzy were very responsive to requests. Location is perfect. We never waited more than five minutes for a rideshare & trips downtown only took 10 minutes. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The front porch was a great place to gather for coffee or happy hour. Thank you for providing us with an enjoyable weekend in Nashville.

Best VRBO in Nashville

We have been to Nashville A LOT… several times a year for business, visits for concerts and weekend getaways, sporting events, birthdays, you name it… and we have stayed all over town: East Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, The Gulch, 5 Points… 12 South and this property are the best kept secret in Tennessee. The house: so charming, comfortable and cool. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. The area: 12 South is special. Easily walkable to delicious food and precious shops. We hope to never have to stay anywhere else again! Book here - you will be glad you did!

Suzy and I moved to Nashville the summer of 2015 and love it! We absolutely love the 12 South area. It's near both Belmont U. and Vandy, so it's a lively, yet quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops easy walking distance.

The location is the best! It's a 7-8 minute Uber ride to the downtown area, Ryman, and Broadway where the action is. Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Belmont are walking distance.
