Två säng ljus & luftig lägenhet i centrala Zone 1, med utmärkt utsikt över London.

Hej!

Min lägenhet (postnummer E1) mindre än en 15 minuters promenad till Tower Hill tunnelbanestation (Circle / District Line), Tower of London och den historiska St Katharines Dock med alla dess restauranger och det vackra rekonstruerade 1700-talet Dickens Inn.

Shoreditch & den vackra Spitalfields Market är en 20 minuters promenad bort. Den närmaste stationen till lägenheten är Shadwell (på Docklands Light Railway, åtkomst via bankstationen) och ligger ca 6 min promenad bort.

Min lägenhet är en mycket ljus och ljus rymlig två säng, med kök, vardagsrum (jag har bytt tv på bilden) badrum och separat toalett. (Lägenheten är strikt max 4 personer på grund av försäkring).

Det finns enastående utsikt från det här traditionella 1960-talets tornblock. Jag har en söderläge balkong från vilken du kan se Tower Bridge & London Eye.

Det större sovrummet har en mycket bekväm king size-säng, stora garderober och stor spegel och den mindre har en ny standard dubbelsäng, garderob och stor spegel. Badrummet har en bra dusch i badet, uppvärmd från en combi panna - du kommer aldrig att gå tom för varmt vatten!

I loungen, förutom den fantastiska utsikten, hittar du wifi och tv, ett utökat matbord, 4 stolar och en stor L-formad soffa. Köket har ett kylskåp, frys, diskmaskin, ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare, dubbel ugn och spis. Det finns också en ny mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, 4 brödrost och en dab radio.

Lägenheten har nyligen uppdaterats, inklusive riktiga trägolv och nytt badrum. (Jag har detaljerade anvisningar om hur du får tillgång till iPlayer / Netflix på begäran.)

Jag lämnar handdukar, tvättmaskinpulver, te, kaffe, socker, grunder för matlagning, kökspapper, toalettpapper och duschgel för din användning. Det finns också en hopfällbar barnsäng, om du behöver det, och en hårtork.

East London, och det är fascinerande historia, har blivit ett av stadens mest fashionabla områden. Themsen och många kända gamla traditionella pubar, till exempel Whitby, ligger alla i närheten. Det finns en mycket bra, stor Waitrose stormarknad, öppen sent, i närheten.

Vänligen observera att de gemensamma delarna i mitt flerfamiljshus är gammaldags & ganska scruffy (entré / landningar / hissar) och behöver lite TLC. De kommer alla att renoveras senare i år (2019) och är inte alls en indikation på villkoren för min lägenhet.

Weekend visit

Location easy walk to London transit options, Tower of London, and Thames. Beds very comfortable. Shower was excellent too. Perfect for my weekend visit with my daughter and her partner.

We LOVE the location

We truly loved the location. The evening view of the city was fantastic! The city lights were gorgeous. Two grocery stores within a 5 minute walk! We went every day. For us the walk to the underground was 8 minutes. The tower bridge was the same distance, 8 minutes and what a beautiful Riverwalk.

Perfection!

Ian was a perfect host. Communicated quickly and clearly The apt has a beautiful view of of the skyline at night, including the shard.The kitchen was well equipped.The bathroom is seperate from the WC which is a plus when traveling.with family. The tower was a short 15 minute 15 which we took through the community gardens. A great central location

Lovely apartment with great access to tube and Tower of London

Cute & homey flat

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very well decorated and kept and we felt so comfortable. We were grateful to have a washing machine. Gorgeous views from the balcony! We also enjoyed being a quick walk from the Tower Bridge and walked across it most days. Weekdays there is a DLR and overground stop 8 minutes away, nights and weekends the closest station is 15 minutes. Not too much of a bother for us, but keep it in mind.

Hidden Gem

My husband and i usually stay on the west side of London; however we wanted to try something different and i'm glad we did. Our host, Ian was responsive to our inquiries. The location was perfect, not too far from Central London. We took walks along the River Thames. There was plently to explore. We would stay again and hopefully, stay longer.

Lovely place

Very nice place to stay that’s close to many train stations and within walking distance of most of central london. Extra pillows were provided but pillowcases would be nice too. If you prefer a luxurious washroom this might not be the place for you, but aside from that it’s lovely. a perfect place with a large kitchen, plenty of living space, a balcony, and spacious bedrooms. I quite like the neighborhood as wel.

Short trip to central London

We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed our vacation. All in the apartment was like described, short ways to Tower Bridge, Tube and DLR-Station were a plus. Nice and wide view from balcony especially in the evenings. Great communication with Ian, so little hiccups were solved quickly. We‘d like to come back someday.

Excellent Location

Location is near London Bridge and easily accessible to all areas of London. Great views. All amenities covered. Ian is readily available and offered great advice and information. Highly recommend this stay for individuals and/or families.

Great Spot

Open light-filled apartment with great views of city. Sights like Tower of London, as well as restaurants on the Thames are within walking distance: 1-2 miles. Sainbury is within a couple blocks. Amenities were very good and functioned well. Ian is a responsive host.

Perfect Stay

What an amazing flat! The view, convenience to public transportation, and amenities were all perfect. Communication was quick and helpful. We could not have asked for a better home base to see all of London. We can’t wait to use this space again soon!

Clean and well equipped apartment

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We found even an espresso can. Picking up the key was easy going. The description we got to reach the house was accurate. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Tower Bridge within 15 minutes.

Easy location

We loved our stay. It was easy to walk to major tourist areas, take the Underground or Overground. The place is very cute and gives you a little space as we had 2 adult children with us. Ian is an expert communicator so had an easy time finding the place and getting settled for our week in London.

Great value apartment in the East End

The property was a great base for exploring London. Ian is a very good host and ensured our check-in and check-out was hassle free. The place was very clean and we appreciated the kitchen had all the utensils that are often lacking in short stay accommodation. Ian's apartment is a great place for a family to stay in London at reasonable price.

Decent spot close to Thames

Great little stay. Family of 4, and it was within a short walk to tube station, The Tower and the Thames Walk. My only complaint was it could get noisy from traffic and sirens. It is an urban area so it’s a little to be expected, but that would be my only comment. Everything else was great. Communications were prompt.
