Lägenhet på 70 kvadratmeter nyrenoverade ligger nära Fiera Milano City och MiCo.
Lägenheten är mycket tyst och ljus, i närheten finns 2 spårvagnslinjer, flera barer och en stor köpcentret (dörr).
Det ligger på andra våningen utan hiss och rymmer upp till 4 personer, det finns ett stort badrum med en stor dusch, ett vardagsrum med kök, ett stort bord och två soffor, en av sofforna förvandlas till en dubbelsäng.
I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng.
Under hela lägenheten finns luftkonditionering mycket tyst.
Inkluderat är: satellit-TV, Wi-Fi, tvättmaskin, torktumlare och diskmaskin.
Lägenheten är välutrustad och modern.

Perfect accommodation for a city trip

Wonderful stay. Very comfortable home. Great location with easy access to trams (3-4 minute walk) that will take you right into the city centre. Good communication with Andrea throughout the rental. Highly recommend!

Great place

This was a great place. The host met us at the corner of the street and walked us to the flat, as there was a very nice street market going on. The place itself was very comfortable, great location, great neighborhood. The only drawback is the construction on the façade, but I'm sure that will be over soon. I would definitely recommend this place!

Easy check in…

Andrea was a great host who met us at the apartment early and helped us get settled in the neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great for getting around the city by public transport.

Great apartment, great location

The apartment is awesome. It’s a third-floor walk up. Very big and a very comfortable bed. Location is terrific with access to multiple train lines. Just be aware that they are doing construction to the outside of the building, but had ZERO impact on my stay. Couldn’t hear a thing from inside the apartment. Andrea was great. Highly recommend this rental.

A great place, unfortunate circumstances

Our stay coincided with a heat wave and renovations to the exterior of the building that made the AC unavailable. This was clearly communicated to us prior to accepting the booking. The host had fans available in the unit that made it mostly bearable. It is a lovely unit with most everything you need.

Comfortable and clean!

Andrea's apartment in Milan was a clean, comfortable place to rest after a full day in town. It is easy to get to other parts of the city by bus/tram. Andrea had great communication throughout and was patient with us while we sorted out a technical issue with payment with VRBO. Thank you for a lovely stay, Andrea!

Cleanliness, quality, and extent of household/kitchen supplies in the property exceeded our expectations. The owner was responsive when we had questions. Location was great, a little removed from the city center but still easy to commute.

Ten Day Stay

When we arrived, the property, the owner met us at the property. He was easy to contact, and readily answered our texts. The apartment is very clean, and well-stocked with glasses, dishes and utensils. The appliances are modern and clean. The living space & bathroom are beautiful and spacious. Very close to trams.

Andrea was very helpful with information and greeting us despite a very tight check in window due to a local market (Monday) and a personal clash for him. First impressions were skeptical given the large amount of renovations taking place at the property. Outside of his control. Second impression was more positive with access to great dining and public transport to Downtown Milan. Overall a pleasant time , we did leave the night before our scheduled depart due to another Market that day.

Très agréable séjour à Milan

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Milan. La météo était juste parfaite. L’appartement d’Andrea est bien équipé : literie de bonne qualité, éclairage et luminaires judicieux.les ustensiles de cuisine sont nombreux. Il faudrait cependant changer quelques casseroles : matériaux aluminium déconseillé. L’appartement est lumineux, grandes ouvertures. Cependant à cause des échafaudages pour la réfection des façades nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir correctement tous les volets. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité d’Andrea: réponses rapides aux mails et son désir de faire en sorte que les hôtes passent un bon séjour, ce qui a été notre cas. Merci Andrea

Prima appartement

Het appartement is prettig en stijlvol ingericht. Ook fijn is de binnenplaats waar onze fietsen gestald konden worden. Klein minpuntje was de matras van de slaapbank; die zou een keer vervangen mogen worden.

Great host and great apartment!

Lovely, clean apartment. Andrea was very responsive to my questions while I was in Milan. He even let me borrow a phone charging cable- which saved my trip. There are very helpful notes for transit, restaurants, etc. Wifi is reliable, as is the air conditioning. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect quiet place

We had a 2-day last-minute layover in Milan. Booked this and got a quick response from host Andrea. He accommodated an early check-in, met us at the property, explained everything, and gave us suggestions for places to eat around the condo. I will stay there again for sure. Wifi was great and AC working well even with the heat wave happening in Italy at the time.

A rare instance where the listing wasn’t even as nice as the place

Great apartment for me and my partner. The place was actually bigger than expected from the images online. It’s clear that Andrea cares about his place. A nice large bathroom with a modern shower, a modern kitchen with everything that is needed plus a quiet bedroom. Very efficient air condition in both living room and bedroom. Bed was a bit on the hard side and it’s memory foam pillows so it is a bit of a personal taste but we slept very well there. The couch and arm rest chair in the living room does show some wear and the white fabric clearly isn’t white anymore and a bit dirty simply from age. We did not try the pullout bed which I suspect is in the couch and honestly we don’t even use the couches. We were out every day for the Salone de Mobile. Location is a bit far from city center. By foot it took us roughly 45 min to walk. That being said there are two trams line 12 and 19 within couple of minutes walk from the apartment that makes transport easy. Overall very enjoyable place.
