Our stay at 20 Sillwood Road, Brighton

The property was as advertised, very good and very well cleaned when we arrived. It is only about 200 yards to the beach and many local bars and restaurants. Overall a lovely place to stay and room enough for 5 adults and 4 children.

Fabulous house.

This house is fantastic our whole party absolutely loved it. The kitchen is great for a large get together and so well equipped, Comfy cozy lounge but enough seats for us all. Beds were super comfortable too. All in all we had a great new year break. Would definitely recommend and stay again, Location is also top notch,

Great location and lovely decor

Big spacious rooms, lots of bathrooms so our family of 9 didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at any point. Michael the property manager was lovely and communication with the host was good. Location is fantastic, so walkable to everything!

Hen Party Weekend

Lovely spacious property for 10 of us to share for my sisters hen weekend!! Walking distance to everything we needed in Brighton and kitchen nicely stocked with tea, coffee, sugar etc. Highly recommend.

Long weekend for birthday celebrations

Really happy with our choice, fantastic house with lots of room for our large group of 8 adults and 4 children. Location is great, 2 minutes in to town and 2 minutes to the I360. Owner and manager very helpful and always available to help / answer questions. Would absolutely stay here again if / when we return to Brighton.

Wonderful property

We stayed in Sillwood house with the family for my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary and the house was perfect! The property was clean, tidy and had lovely decor. Very close to the seafront and in a great location with lovely restaurants and bars in close proximity! Tania the host was at the property when we arrived to show us around the property and was very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend!!

Great stay in lovely house and great location

Check-in was easy, the guy even helped put away our shopping delivery! The house is great, very good furbishing and decor, and exactly what we wanted (6 adults, 4 kids). Location very good, only about 300 yards to the beach, good local shops and restaurants and not far from the town centre, shops and the Lanes. Communication with the owners prior to arrival was very good. Overall a great place to stay for a family get-away - can't recommend it too highly!!

Perfect House

We loved our weekend in Brighton! This house is perfectly located for city centre and the lanes, beach front and into Hove too! House is great, we were a group of 12 and was concerned that even though the house holds that many we would be cramped but not at all it’s deceiving how big it is. House and linen was very clean, super comfy duvets and mattresses felt like a hotel standard. Would highly recommend!

Our family bought this beautiful house in early 2003. It is our family home and we had the best time here due to its location and the short distance to all the best places. You will absolutely love it as much as we fell in love with it when we bought it. Come and enjoy the home.

The beach is a stone throw away and the promenade for morning walks. We loved the entrance which is really unique and the lovely open spaces and high ceilings.
We hope that you enjoy Sillwood as much as we do. It is a truly fantastic place to stay and very comfortable summer and winter.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The entrance is unique. With curved sweeping walls. It is light an airy as there are so many beautiful tall sash windows to let in the light.
Also, the kitchen/diner is super spacious for parties and gatherings. We have had many a gathering around the big 12 seater table and the kitchen island. Perfect for cooking and entertaining. This is a high-end house. We do not pack in people into our rooms like other properties.
The kitchen is also the latest design and as it is a family home we kitted it out with the highest quality appliances.
It has plenty of bathrooms too.
The hall going all the way upstairs is made of glass and oak wood which gives it not just a modern feeling but also a warm and homely feeling.
