Beach front villa med privat uppvärmd pool, Corralejo

Denna lyxiga strandvilla ligger perfekt, några minuter från centrala Corralejo och med spektakulär havsutsikt, inklusive öarna Lanzarote och Lobos.
Du kan gå från terrassen, med privat uppvärmd pool, rakt ut på stranden. Det är mindre än fem minuters promenad till stadens stränder och några minuter till den pittoreska hamnen och restaurangerna, tio minuter till ett stort snabbköp.
Villan är fullt utrustad med två badrum och sover bekvämt upp till sex personer. Det finns färjetjänster från hamnen till Playa Blanca, Lanzarote och över till den obebodda ön Lobos.
Många vattensporter finns på de närliggande stränderna och mer på den spektakulära Grandes Playa strax utanför staden.
Det finns inget behov av en bil men om du väljer att hyra en bil är det bekvämt på gatuparkering. Perfekt för familjer eller ett par åldrar som söker en vacker, avkopplande (romantisk) paus.

Om du letar efter en avkopplande familjesemester med fantastisk havsutsikt och enkel tillgång till restauranger och promenader längs stranden, så är detta villan för dig. Det finns en barnsäng, barnstol och stairgate och terrassen är säker med en glasbarriär och låsbar grind till stranden. Tvättmaskinen har tvättmaskin, handfat, strykjärn och strykbräda. Villan har också en solid, nyckeldriven säker för användning av gäster. Linne tillhandahålls som handdukar (inte badlakan) och badmattor som byts ut varje vecka. Utanför finns en privat uppvärmd pool, terrass med grill och matplats. Det finns också solstolar, korgstolar och paraplyer och takterrassen ger en magnifik utsikt över bukten. Villan har gratis wi-fi, en modern TV med cirka 50 kanaler plus HDMI-anslutning och en DVD-spelare med cirka 40 populära DVD-skivor. Det finns inga extra avgifter för verktyg.

Perfect location on the beach

Wonderful week spent at this lovely villa on the beach and such a short walk to all amenities. Best of both, quiet and tranquil during the day and everything you need within a 5 minute walk! Perfect!

Cannae beat the view

Beachfront villa. What's not to like. If you found fault with the villa...( which we didn't ) just pour a drink.... then sit outside by the pool looking across to Lobos. Take in the view & enjoy the weather....... then nothing else will matter.

Excellent location

Possibly the best spot in Corralejo, near the town but away from noise. The villa is very comfortable and equipped with everything you could need.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, die Lage ist super. Der Pool angenehm warm im Januar, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Haus ist schön, aber die Einrichtung auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.Man sollte erwähnen, dass 3 Schlafzimmer im Souterrain sind, das wurde zum Teil als Keller wahrgenommen. Es gibt aber Fenster.

The perfect place for a getaway

We had an amazing time in this wonderful flat. The location is unbeatable. The terrace door goes out to the beach. A few footsteps and you can bath in a nice bay with sandy ground. You have a view onto the island Los Lobos and in the distance Lanzarote. We found the house very clean and Gonzales met us at arrival and did a very nice check-in and later on also check out. He is a super friendly guy and nice to talk to. The house is spacy with a big double room upstairs and the bathroom and downstairs we had three rooms with another bathroom, both with shower and bathtub. In the kitchen, we found all equipment we needed for cooking and the dishwasher is an extra plus. The pool on the terrace had a nice temperature and is big enough to exercise a little bit swimming. We really enjoyed our time and send a big thank you to Sheila, Robert and Gonzalo

Lovely well kept villa with stunning views of the sea.(Fantastic to have the beach just outside the villa gate). The villa is very roomy, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Location is handy for shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again.

Family Holiday

We had a fantastic time staying at this property, right on the beach, nice pool, ice cold air con in bedrooms all Amenities you can think of. Quiet at night, 8 minute walk to the main shops, restaurants and bars. Check in really easy. Great to sit with doors open at night listening to the waves. I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you are staying in Corralejo👍

Exceptional Frontline Property

I have stayed at this wonderful villa several times and for me it is my favourite of all the seafront villas on Ave Grande Playas. The location is perfect whether you want the coastal path, surfing, shopping or nightlife. The villa has all the home comforts and facilities you could need to cater for all ages. Kona Kai is in a residential complex so provides a calm and peaceful environment for your holiday. Communication from booking with Roger and Sheila to meeting in resort with Gonzalo is faultless, easy and welcoming. I look forward to returning.

Schlner Aufenthalt

Schöne Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum und vielen Kleiderbügeln in den Schränken. Gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. Toller beheizter Pool mit ausreichender Anzahl an Liegen. Der Platz im Wohnzimmer und am Esstisch für 3-4 Personen ausreichend, Sitzmöbel aber zu klein. Küche sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Großartige Lage-besser geht nicht.

Simply fabulous

An amazing homely property right on the beach with great views and a short walk from the town centre. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again. Also Gonzales the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. We were sad to leave!

Lovely villa in a great location

Well maintained spacious villa with loads of character in a fantastic location. We stayed for 11 nights and used it as a base for watersports, cycling and relaxing. The host and local rep were super helpful and communication was excellent. Thank you!

Fab holiday

Had a fantastic stay at the Villa for our 40th wedding anniversary. Pictures are accurate and villa was lovely. Had already stayed at a villa a few doors along before so knew the area was lovely and perfect for us, with the ever changing scenery of the sea, was amazing. Did have an issue with pool heating where we had to call Gonzalo. And wifi would only work in livingroom but not a big problem. Overall would definitely go back again, and recommend this villa. Thank you for allowing us to use it Roger

Wow what a fabulous place.

This villa is fantastic. It really is all that the pictures imply. It is beautiful, with a lovely pool which looks straight out onto the beach. There is a footpath along the beach to bars, restaurants and loads of shopping. The villa does not have its own designated parking space, but there is loads of on-street parking right outside so it is not a problem. Gonzalo (the local rep) is lovely and very helpful. Definitely 5 stars in every category.

We are an English couple living in Sussex, England. Roger is a retired Petroleum Engineer, Sheila is a University Lecturer.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We bought this villa after a number of visits exploring most of the Canary Islands. In our opinion, Corralejo is the nicest resort in all of the Canary Islands. Luckily for us this villa became available in 2014 and we were in a position to purchase it. The main attractions of this property are the location right on the beach and it is only a short walk to the main restaurants, bars, local beaches and the harbour in Corralejo.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Private heated pool, part of a predominantly residential community which means it is nice and quiet during the day and night. There are no extra charges for anything and it has very fast internet, much better than what we get in the UK!
