Villa Sofiko är en unik privat villa i ett magnifikt och lugnt område i Soligia. Helt ny villa, med en modern estetisk och cool atmosfär. 1 minuts promenad från vackra turkosa vatten är Villa Sofiko det perfekta valet för avkopplande och romantisk semester. Poolen är med havsvatten och gästerna kan koppla av på solstolar och njuta av en utomhus-matupplevelse i skuggan. En utomhusgrill tillhandahålls för alla dina kulinariska behov. Det finns en mängd vackra stränder mycket nära villan på gångavstånd.
Villa Sofiko ligger 30 minuters bilresa från Ancient Epidavros och 50 minuter från den vackra historiska Nafpion. Från Aten internationella flygplats ligger Vila 125 km med enkel åtkomst.
Det stora sovrummet med eget badrum ligger på första våningen. Barnen sovrummet och ett gäst sovrum med 2 enkelsängar finns också på första våningen. Varje rum har eget badrum, och det finns också en toalett på bottenvåningen nära vardagsrummet. Det tredje sovrummet med dubbelsäng ligger på bottenvåningen.
Köket är rymligt och fullt utrustat med ett stort träbord där du kan sitta minst 8.
Stort vardagsrum med fantastisk utsikt utanför trädgården, poolen och havet. Det finns också en eldstad för svala höst- och vinternätter. Hela huset är utrustat med luftkonditionering.
Utanför finns en härlig trädgård med vackra färger, poolen och platser att sitta och njuta av sommardagarna. Den färgglada hummock vid poolen gör det ännu mer avkopplande.

Wonderful stay !

We had a wonderful week in the villa! The villa is beautiful, very modern and well equipped and the pool is great ; the view is relaxing and impressive! It is a great spot to just relax and go to the beaches nearby or visit the tourist sites not far away. Alex is very caring, always available and made our stay a great experience! We’ll definitely come back

Autumn Stay in Sofikos

We had an excellent week during the sunny autumn. The house offers high comfort, pool and outside location are phantastic. The house is located within a vacation area. The combination of recreation on site and visits of the wonderful Peloponnes sites and Athens makes the stay very attraktive. We enjoyed a phantastic autumn week. Stefan

Lovely house on a peaceful coast

We stayed for a fortnight in August 2022. The house was lovely - very stylish and airy, with plenty of room for our family of four (more could be fitted easily). It was very well equipped with some thoughtful touches (eg different scented shower gels in each bathroom). The pool and garden were beautiful, day and night. The region is full of fascinating and beautiful places - we were able to get quite easily to Athens, Corinth, Epidaurus, Nafpoli and Mycenae but still felt that we had only scratched the surface. We can't wait to come back to explore further. Altogether a wonderful holiday. Huge thanks to Alex and Frangos for being so helpful.

Superbe séjour

Cette villa est très agréable avec sa piscine salée. La vue est magnifique. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 adolescents. Bel espace pour tout le monde. Tout l’équipement nécessaire était à disposition. Les conseils du propriétaire sur les restaurants autour étaient parfaits. Et pour finir la petite plate-forme pour se baigner à quelques pas de la maison était très sympa. Il faut juste avoir en tête qu’il faut 25min entre le village et la maison avec une route sinueuse digne de la Grèce!

Tolles, super ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verlebt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Alex verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können es sehr für eine ruhige Woche in einer nicht touristischen Gegend in Griechenland empfehlen. Lediglich das Internet ist sehr schwach, falls das wichtig sein sollte.

Peloponnese family vacation

We (4 adults and 4 children) stayed at this villa for a week and had the most amazing experience. We swam in the pool morning, noon and night, walked down to our own turquoise, private lagoon and frequented to nearby beach. The house was super beautiful, clean and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this house. Konstantina was so helpful in recommending restaurants and day trips and local shopping needs. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Séjour exceptionnel dans le Péloponnèse

Cette villa est un petit coin de paradis. Très bien équipée, climatisée, piscine salée, cuisine parfaite, barbecue. tout est idéal pour un séjour en famille. Vue imprenable sur le golfe de Corinthe. Pas un bruit, accès direct à plusieurs petites criques. L'accueil d'Alex et Konstantina est sympathique et attentionné. Parfait

A stay to remember.

The villa was absolutely very nice. The pool (big) as well as the house itself have an amazing view. The house is great, located in a very nice neighborhood. The owners are very helpful and kind. Whenever we asked for help they did everything to make our life happy. Stone Beach and bay are very close to the house. Taverna is just 5mins drive from house serving fresh fishes:) Hope to be coming back soon...

Un fantastique séjour!

Une maison toute équipée, située dans un environnement enchanteur. La maison dispose d’un terrain superbe, incluant une piscine, qui offre une vue imprenable de la mer. La maison est immaculée, confortable et climatisée. Les hôtes ont été courtois, aidant et disponibles à nos demandes. Il ne faut pas s’attarder au chemin sinueux et étroit qui mène à la maison, elle en vaut totalement le parcours! Nous recommandons fortement cette maison et espérons y revenir un jour.

Great villa, really helpful owners and a great place to relax, getting away from it all

The property is excellent; the views are superb and the owners were in regular touch and very helpful with local tips and advice. Although it's not very close to the nearest town, it's easy enough to get to - down a narrow slightly bumpy road; once you're there you'll appreciate the get-away-from-it-all-feel. The salt-water pool is lovely; good to cool off after a day trip out; and in early August was warm enough for an early morning swim. The villa is a good place to base yourselves for Epidavros, Ancient Nemea, Ancient Corinth and Nafplio too. Most interesting places are about an hour or so away. And the villa is a nice place to stay for a whole day and relax - so you don't feel obliged to go out every day. There are a couple of local restaurants nearby (you need to drive). Otherwise the supermarket is about 20-30 mins away; the fridge and freezer is sufficiently large to stock up for several days if you wish. The sea is literally on your doorstep and there's easy access for swimming from the rocks or down to a secluded pebbly beach. The garage is a good size and lockable - we had a Mercedes A- class, probably best sized for the roads. Though you could fit a bigger car in the garage. The property was spotlessly clean, the cleaners came regularly, the pool was cleaned daily - it's also tastefully decorated - it had a modern, light and airy feel; the air-con worked well so it was comfortable, there's a good stereo with bluetooth a decent TV and comfortable seating. There were sufficient high quality toiletries provided in all the bathrooms, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent etc. And the owners couldn't have been any more helpful. All in all, it was a great place to be with teen kids (because there was wifi and netflix!) and we were happy staying a whole day just relaxing - going out on alternate days.

It is located in a prime area. Very quiet and relaxing and at the same time very near Athens. The sea water around is magical or just sitting and relaxing by the pool with friends is enough to re charge your batteries. This villa has room for entertaining, resting and enjoying family and friends. Children love it!
