Litet och charmigt hus beläget i Cala San Vicente, i Pollensa, Mallorca, precis framför havet och stranden, med fantastisk utsikt. Den här gamla fiskarens hus är nu en fin och bekväm fastighet, med ett vardagsrum öppet för ett fint kök och matsal. Det har också två vackra sovrum, ett med två enkelsängar och det andra med en dubbelsäng och ett badrum. Utanför finns en terrass med matplats, varifrån du kan njuta av underbar utsikt över havet och bergen. Det har också en terrass med solstolar som tillhör egendomen, nära havet. En underbar plats att njuta av havet, lugnet och utsikten.

We stayed here with two little boys age 8 and 7 and it was perfect. The location was fantastic and access to shops for supplies was easy. The property could benefit from extra blankets and pillows as one of our sons was feeling poorly so needed a little extra warmth however we were there in peak heat so managed without, just. I can't stress enough how picture perfect this place is so close to the sea and quiet. The communication was amazing throughout and we won't hesitate to return the food at the barcas restaurant was fantastic and everyone locally really seemed to care and be happy to have us. Adored every last second didn't want to leave. Thanks to all for a truly amazing holiday xx

We loved our stay here

We loved our stay here. Me and my girlfriend have a 2yr old and the location was perfect for us being right on the beach and no traffic to worry about. We came for 10 days at the end of April, there were enough people around so it felt like something was going on but definitely not over crowded. The restaurant to the left ‘Restaurant Cala Barques’ is run by a lovely man called Michael and we’d highly recommend going there. The accommodation itself was really nice and clean and everything worked as it should do, we cooked quite a bit, the kitchen was well serviced. The comments from others around the smell of damp and noise from upstairs are true, there is no sound insulation between your bedroom and upstairs so you can hear people walking around, it didn’t particularly bother us. The damp smell isn’t that strong either but there is no ventilation at the rear of the property only windows at the front so it is inevitable. We would definitely come back and really enjoyed our stay

Die Lage ist sensationell. Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet ist vorhanden Gerne komme ich wieder

We would come again!

Location brilliant right on the sea and good location for excursions. Nice bay and not much going on in early May. Two good restaurants right near the Apartment. Self-catering simply possible with the nearby supermarket. Car rental a condition! The kitchen could be renovatedrenewed. Everything else nice and nicely decorated.

We loved this place, exactly as described and only a couple of steps from the sand. The exclusive use sun loungers had prime position to enjoy the views morning and night! Could not get any closer to the beach! Location is the huge wow factor!! Friendly owner gave us access to the unit as soon as it was cleaned so nice early check in. Lock box for key meant we could go for a swim without the worry of leaving key in the beach. Bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch.

Pour la vue mais pas pour le calme emplacement idyllique pied dans l'eau c'est vraiment le point fort du logement, la vue sur la mer n'a pas de prix, bien équipé avec le charme d'une maison de pêcheur, literie ferme mais nous c'est ce que nous aimons, linge de lit et de toilette propre et qui sent bon. terrasse et transats privés en face de l'appartement un vrai plus! Ne pas y aller pour le calme par contre car sur le passage des gens qui vont à la plage, restaurant à côté très sympathique mais vraiment collé à l'appartement et gros soucis d'insonorisation avec l'appartement du dessus, on vit avec eux... idéalement situé, commerces à côté mais besoin d'une voiture si vous voulez visiter, on a pas testé mais il y a un arrêt de bus juste au dessus de l'appartement les petits plus seraient un lave vaisselle et un robinet extérieur pour se rincer les pieds au retour de plage

Good family break, the house location is really good, close to the beach and nearby good restaurants, Cala Barques restaurant gave us a warm welcoming and very friendly service. The private terrace has an incredible view. The house is as in the pictures.we had incredible holidays and would happily repeat. Only downsize is the phonic isolation of the house, neighbors upstairs can be pretty noisy, but is to be expected given the construction of this cute fisherman house.

Wonderful location!

Wonderful location! Quiet, with the sound of the waves constantly in the background. This is superb location literally on the beach: 2 staps to the sundeck and 10m down to the beach. Choices…. 15m to the right and left you’ll find excellent restaurants: baby squid, octopus, clams, etc. There are a couple of small shops for your daily groceries and bigger supermarkets are a 10min drive away. And if you’re a cyclist: 10km to the start of Cap de Formentor. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back to this place.

Nous avons passe une super semaine dans cette petite maison de pêcheur, relativement bien équipée et très propre, on nous a même changé nos serviettes en milieu de semaine. Un régal, pouvoir aller se baigner des le matin (snorkling au milieu et profiter de la terrasse réservée ensuite. Un emplacement idéal avec une vue magnifique A 2 pas le restaurant cala Barques qui nous a assuré un service VIP ( sur la terrasse ) avec des repas excellents et toujours de la bonne humeur. Je recommande vivement cet endroit

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming little house

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming little house. The location and views are outstanding and the covered patio was a perfect escape from the sun and occasional bursts of rain. Amenities were a little barebones but Pep was very responsive to our needs.

Alles toll, besonders die Lage in der hübschen Bucht ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Restaurants nebenan sind prima und das Personal so nett, dass sie uns am ersten Abend sogar auf der Terrasse des eigenen Hauses das Essen servierten, weil alles besetzt war. Einziger Nachteil: das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und man hört die Nachbarn über sich und die Restaurantgeräusche.

A very pleasant stay in a fantastic location. The location of this cottage is perfect. Right on the beach in a beautiful bay. The cottage is simple, but has all the necessary facilities. The beds were quite hard and not very comfortable. The restaurants provide Spanish hospitality and have delicious fresh fish on the menu. In the morning it was sometimes a bit noisy because of the activities restaurants. The communication was mainly via whatsapp with Home Villas 360. There was always a quick response, but somewhat business like.
