Lägenheten är hela bottenvåningen i en vacker historisk villa ligger i hjärtat av Bronshøj, Köpenhamn. Mycket lugn gata men ändå livlig och charmig stadsdel.

Villan ORO döda en fin front och bakgård, och det finns gott om utrymme för att rymma upp till 12 gäster i denna vackert inredda lägenhet.

Livsmedelsbutiker och andra shoppingmöjligheter bara en minuts promenad från huset. Kollektivtrafik bara några steg bort. Mycket lätt att komma runt och nära centrum!

I denna lyxiga lägenhet i bottenvåningen i en stor villa, hittar du tre sovrum med dubbelsängar 180x200 med bekväma madrasser, täcken och kuddar.

* I ett av sovrummen finns två enkelsängar monterade två väggen - så dagen ser det ut som ett skåp - eller det kan användas som en extra sittplats under dagen.

* I de återstående två sovrum det er laddade även en våningssäng förutom dubbelsäng.

Den ljusa och nya badrum kill golvvärme och du kan koppla av i stor jacuzzi ATT nemt passar 4 personer. I det fullt utrustade kök, hittar du det finns en köksö, där det finns plats för fyra personer, så att du kan njuta av varandras sällskap när du lagar mat. Dessutom finns det tillräckligt med utrymme för 12 personer runt middagsbordet.

Köket och vardagsrummet kombineras och med stora fönster på varje sida av huset, gör der rummet mycket ljus. Soffan Området är försedd med en smart platt-TV med direkt tillgång två Netflix. Från vardagsrummet har du direkt tillgång två terrassen med utsikt över trädgården.

Vacker plats, med stuckatur i högt i tak i varje rum. En unik lägenhet med gott om utrymme, renoverat withrespect av den ursprungliga arkitekturen.

Tvärs över lugn gata, det finns en park med bänkar - SOM sommartid blommar. Intill parken, där hittar du en lekplats med gungor, rutschbana, klätterställning, sandlåda och en basketplan. Under sommaren finns det en loppmarknad till Brønshøj Square på dagtid på lördagar, där du kan göra en bra affär.

Bussarna är bara ett stenkast från huset och kör var femte minut på dagen och var 15: e minut under natten.

A great taste of Danish lifestyle

We loved the spaciousness of this property and it was an easy place to access the buses to the centre of Copenhagen. The neighbourhood was great and the supermarket and other stores nearby were great. Thank you Helle for a great stay!

Very nice appartement but needs some new furniture

We really enjoyed our stay and the appartement offered everything that we needed.The only remark is that some furniture were obviously used quite a lot and it is time to replace them. This affects in the first place the white bed where the leather is broken and also the matteres. In the second place the kitchen could be renewed as well. We nevertheless really liked the appartement and would book it again.

Fantastic place

Great property plenty of room for all of us and very comfortable. Everything you need is only at most a 3 minute walk. The area is very quiet and there is a wonderful cafe right next door. And the bus downtown is maybe 50 feet away. Very convenient!!!

Amazing location

Apartment was very close to everything: good variety of restaurants, markets, and transportation! Also appreciated off street parking for a car. Inside was spacious with well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms! Dining and living room were also adequate for larger groups! One word of caution: 4 people sharing one bathroom was a little challenging…not sure how the maximum number of people that the apartment can accommodate (10) could manage with one bathroom. Other than that, apartment was perfect for us!

Very nice place

Cooking on 3 separate induction devices without extractor hood is a bit strange. Bathroom may need a little TLC. But these issues were certainly not "problems" and did not disrupt our stay. It is a very nice place to stay.

Wonderful flat for a family

This is a huge flat with everything one needs, including a very large kitchen, large dining table, comfortable sitting area with TV, and pleasant patio. Our group of five -- including three teens -- was challenged a few times by only having one bathroom, but that was manageable. Communication with the property manager was excellent and she responded right away to resolve the only problem we had during our rental. Very close to grocery store, bakery, etc. Definitely a great place for a family or large group visiting Copenhagen!

Great time in Kobenhavn

The home was nice. Near bus route into town. Nice garden to sit in. Very spacious accomodations. The only issue we had was the shower, as one has to step into a large tub to shower. My mother was unable to shower as the step into the tub was so high. A walk-in shower would be more suitable, or a great addition. Perhaps the tub could be reoriented to allow for a shower stall in the corner by the window, which would be the best of both worlds and truly fantastic!

Lovely apartment with problems

Beautifully renovated apartment, very convenient to transportation…unfortunately there was an ongoing building renovation next door, making for the enjoyment of the garden somewhat limited. Very noisy upstairs residents, who dragged furniture about until 1.00am, as well as the builders starting up at 7.00am…as they are entitled to..left us all feeling sleep deprived. The kitchen, while well appointed was completely lacking in any cooking items like oils, spices, salt and pepper etc. To expect a travelling group of 4 adults to buy all this in order to enjoy a home cooked meal is unfair. The bedding was high quality except for only one somewhat flattened pillow per person…not a happy solution in a sleep challenged situation! Overall a frustrating contrast between beautiful decor and absent home comforts.

Perfect for a group of people

We had friends and family join us on a trip to Copenhagen. This fit the bill perfectly. Location is convenient, with a couple bus stops just a few steps away. We purchased CopenhagenCard right at the airport, which includes public transport and museum admission, making commute to the city a breeze. Villa itself is welcoming and charming. Although there's only one bathroom, that had not been a problem for our group. There are more rooms upstairs and that's where the washer and dryer are. Not one, but two dishwashers are great to deal with many dishes after a meal. Helle Andersen was quick to address any concerns and made sure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. If you are going to rent a car, there's one parking spot on the side of the house and more parking on the street. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Family weekend

As a large party of 9 with ages ranging from 10 months to 70 years old, finding the right accommodation is never easy. That said this property was spacious and accommodating for us.we were all able to sit at the large table easily The info folder has lots in it but would benefit from some additional info on use of all appliances. There are 2 main bus routes (2A and 5C both stops are both very close ) and take you into the centre of town these run frequently. The Grocery store is just across the square which is really handy. Opening hours and location in the info folder would be good Or a basic welcome pack milk, tea/coffee for people arriving later. On the whole this was a great base for a large party, we were only there for 3 nights and spent most of our time out and about The Bed linen was clean and towles were very welcome. A Travel cot would be a handy addition as our 10 month old had to share the parents bed. A walk in shower would have been good as the spa bath was high to get into so our oldest family member struggled and felt unstable. *The bath isnt sealed so the water does run down the walls and out from underneath it. *We couldn't get the spa to work. It does say not to log out of netflix but it wasn't logged in when we arrived, as we weren't in the property too long we didn't contact the owner. The windows and Back door would benefit from some attention so they can be opened and closed without fear of breaking something though.

Villa best stay

Sehr viel Platz, in diesem Apartment fühlt und lebt man eine wunderbare Gemeinschaft, ob an der Küchentheke, in der Sofaecke, am Esstisch oder im wunderbaren Whirlpool. Die Bushaltestelle (Linie 2A, 25 Minuten) ist direkt vor der Haustüre links und Bäcker und Supermarkt 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Leider konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters den Garten und die Terrasse nicht benutzen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Gewürze, Zucker etc. selber mitbringen.

Casa d'epoca ben ristrutturata

La casa è completamente ristrutturata, ma gli elementi antichi e gli infissi originali donano fascino all'abitazione che è anche arredata con gusto. Bello il terrazzino che si affaccia sul giardino. Ottima la vicinanza di panetteria e ristoranti. Il quartiere è davvero tranquillo e gradevole. La distanza dal centro non è un problema perché la fermata dell'autobus è a pochi metri. Per chi ha l'auto, molto comoda la possibilità di lasciarla sul vialetto di accesso alla casa e con i mezzi pubblici di Copenhagen è possibile dimenticarla lì. Nella splendida cucina non c'è un piano cottura vero e proprio ma sono fornitr due grandi piastre ben funzionanti (le trovate nel cassetto) poi forno, microonde, bollitore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, stoviglie e pentole piu' che sufficienti... tutto quello che serve. La nostra interlocutrice è stata fin dall'inizio gentilissima e disponibile. Non l'abbiamo incontrata perché è previsto un comodissimo self checkin/checkout. Torneremmo volentieri!

Yderst skuffende ophold som vi forlod før tid

Der var følgende mangler, hvilket må siges at være yderst skuffende: 1. Vores bad virkede ikke så vi kan ikke komme i bad/spa som det står på deres side. 2. Der var ingen husmanual med wifi-kode så vi kunne bruge wifi. 3. Der skulle være 4 queensize-senge, men der var kun 3. 4. Ingen førstehjælpskasse, hvilket var yderst beklageligt, da vi havde brug for den da en os trådte på glasskår, hvor det havde været behjælpeligt med plaster og pincet. 5. Termostaterne i radiatorerne virker ikke så flere af dem kører på fuld drøn, hvilket gør at det er ubehageligt varmt. 6. Der er intet stereoanlæg, hvilket de ligeledes reklamerede for. 7. Der skulle være et pool bord samt en kuffert med chatoner og kort. Det var der heller ikke. 8. Vi manglede krydderier til madlavning, hvilket stod skulle være der. 9. En af sengene var i stykker(var fikset meget sjusket og gik i stykker da vi lagde os i den) 10. Flere af de ekstra stole var i stykker. Da vi synes at det var alt for dårligt endte vi med at tage hjem før tid til Aarhus, hvilket må siges at være spild af transportpenge. Vi endte med kun at få halvdelen af pengene tilbage.

beautiful place not far from the centre of Kopenhagen

As a group of 12 people including children we had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful place. Lots of space, a big cosy living room and nice sleeping rooms. Right in front of the house there is a bus stop. Within 20 minutes the bus gets you directly to Kopenhagen centre from where you can walk basically anywhere. just around the corner there are a lot of shopping places. The owner was very kind and helpful at any time. Highly recommended for two or three families
