Öppen och ljus med mycket naturligt ljus! Denna 4 våningar radhus i Mt. Washington Valley sover bekvämt ett gäng. Njut av oändliga aktiviteter året runt som passar alla, och kom sedan hem hem för att koppla av, njuta av utomhuspoolen, promenera till butiker och restauranger i North Conway, gå en film eller laga en hemlagad måltid. Med en öppen planlösning med gott om privat utrymme att sprida ut för tyst tid är denna plats perfekt för en stor familj, flera familjer eller en grupp vänner. Du är några minuter till vandringsleder, skidåkning, mountainbike, snöskoter, kajakpaddling, flugfiske, shopping, Storyland och mycket mer. Stadshuset ligger nära stadens centrum, men slog sig tillbaka i ett lugnt, trädbevuxet parti med utsikt över bergen över träden. Det finns en öppen veranda för att njuta av utsikten och en skärmad veranda. Det finns två dedikerade parkeringsplatser precis utanför ytterdörren och gott om extra överflödesparkering.

Vårt fritidshus är fullt möblerat med sänglinne, handdukar, diskar, krukor / kastruller och en tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Det finns 4 sovrum med sängar att sova 10-12, och extra utrymme för uppblåsbara sängar och sovsäckar. En drottning uppblåsbar säng och en tvilling uppblåsbar säng finns också. Det finns totalt fyra TV-apparater (alla anslutna till Time Warner Standard 70+ kanalpaket) och en PS2. Det finns utmärkt Wi-Fi-internetbredd på hela enheten så från dina personliga enheter kan du komma åt dina egna Netflix-, HBO2Go-, Amazon Prime- och andra strömningskonton. Det finns tre vardagsrumsområden: kombinationen vardagsrum och matsal med första våningen med en TV, ett öppet loft på andra våningen med soffor och en TV, och källaren med soffor och utrymme för utrymme. Vi uppdaterar ständigt fastigheten och lägger till funktioner. Vi älskar vår enkla boenhet själv och vet att du också kommer.

1. Sovrum 1: a våningen: 4 enkelsängar (konfigurerade som en våningssäng och 2 enskilda enkelsängar; kan vara två uppsättningar våningssängar om du frågar i förväg.)
2. Sovrum 2: a våningen: plysch King bed (helt ny!), Sovrum med TV och eget badrum
3. Sovrum - öppen loft 3: a våningen (spiraltrappa tillgång): två dubbelsängar / hela sängar
4. Sovrum - källare: plysch queen size-säng (helt ny!) med en TV

Great place to stay!

The property was conveniently located near outlet shopping mall and grocery store. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 to spread out. The kitchen and household supplies were fully stocked. I reached out to the owner once and received a quick response. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Spot for Adult Group/Older Kids

Overall, this place was great. The location is perfect and there is plenty of space to spread out. It came very well equipped as well-hand soap, paper towels, etc. The only call out is that the 4th bedroom with 2 full beds is in the loft, which is only accessible by a very narrow spiral staircase. This proved to be too tricky for both the younger kids as well as my 65 year old mother. The stairs in the place overall are pretty narrow as well-just something to keep in mind for little kids or older adults. But we had a great stay!

Great stay!

The stay was wonderful. This was a large condo that accomodated our group which included a baby, two kids, parents, aunts, and grandparents. It worked well for all ages. It was very well stocked with supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, and bath towels. Instructions were very detailed and helpful. The owner responded very quickly whenever i reached out. What a wonderful area close to downtown North Conway and Storyland.

White Mountain Vacation

This property is equipped with everything you may need! The home is spacious, clean, and perfect for larger groups or multiple families. Lorna, is an excellent host. She was easily reached, and very helpful with the few questions that I had. We were centrally located to downtown, outlets, hiking trails, and the Kancamagus Highway. Will definitely rent with her again. We had a marvelous stay!!

Large, accommodating house

We went as a group, 4 generations of family stayed. Everyone had a wonderful time. House is quite large with different sleeping levels. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. We all enjoyed sitting out on the deck and inside the screened porch. Having a washer and dryer was a wonderful benefit! Location is close to town, so we didnt get stuck in the traffic. Hannaford market was only a couple of minutes away. Lorna, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect spot

This place was great for our New Years Eve weekend getaway. It was also my wife’s 30th so we had a mix of family and friends. There was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. It is in a great location close to the outlets, skiing and great restaurants. Lorna was also great when we got to the condo it was roughly negative 15 out and she was awesome about warming the condo up ASAP which was great since we had a baby with us. We also lost power the next day and great helping us solve that as well. Highly recommend it.

Relaxing and enjoying the fall scenery in North Conway NH

Getting in to the townhouse can be a bit challenging .We managed .Any issues you might have can be easily be resolved with speaking with Lorna the pleasant property owner. Also vrbo staff text you upon your arrival or email you and also are prepared to give any assistance you might need. The townhouse was as pictured .The townhouse is roomy clean with a game room .The location is near many nice hiking spots. Catheradal Ridge Diana's Baths and Sabbaday Falls to name a few .Also close to quaint shops and the famous store Zebs. annual family trip of 8 adults to Fryeburg Fair

The pros and the cons. First the pros. You can bring your dog. convenient yard and woods for a walk. You can set up croquet in the yard adjacent to the condo. Very well located in the center of north Conway in a very nice, developed group of condos. Great for ski enthusiasts and shoppers. this condo is the end unit in a building of 5 units. there are 3 buildings in all. Luckily there were very few occupants during our visit. The unit was very clean everything worked as promised, well supplied kitchen, bath, bedrooms. Good quality air mattress that we used. Spacious design. We did not feel crowded. The Cons: There is a Home Depot directly behind the condo that is hidden well by trees but noisy at night with trucking delivery. The bedroom mattress in the bottom floor needs to be replaced. The kitchen was tight for our family of 8 although well supplied. The parking is somewhat inconvenient.

Central Location, Clean Property

In short, this place is a one of the more solid vacation rentals I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Things are very clean, including the linens, which is always a challenge. Some aspects of the property are well loved, but still clean and cared for. Also, this place is HUGE. Tons of space. Though we had a smaller group, I could easily imagine using this as a central location for winter activities with a large group. Lots of amenities at the property itself, including stuffed animals and games. Plus the location is right in the heart of North Conway and the shopping areas, so you have good access. Highly recommend.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this property as an alternative to a hotel wedding block. Lorna's house was the perfect location to walk to the shuttles that the wedding had staged at the Marriott down the street. While it was hot due to an unexpected heatwave, the rooms were cool in the evening. Everything was as promised and we would happily stay at Lorna's property again!

Loved the property!

Perfect location, quiet area within minutes of multiple activities we enjoyed the Saco River, Kancamangus River, and shopping. The house was close to the Pool the kids loved hanging out at the pool in between other activities. The house had plenty of space with bedrooms and extra living room spaces as well as foosball and air hockey! Will definitely rent this place again! The owner was very accommodating and available for any help needed Thanks again!

Right On

When we arrived it was easy to get in and had everything we needed.Part of our attraction to this Condo was it has alot of sleeping spaces that also allowed privacy when needed. The large table allowed all of us to eat together. Lorna our gracious owner called to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. She has been pleasant to work with and very helpful.Great location, our big kids and little kids enjoyed the pool.

Great family vacation!

Our family of five and dog had a fantastic stay at this property! It was spacious and bright and tastefully decorated. The closet full of games, foosball and air hockey table were a bonus in the evenings and rainy days. Living room tv had tons of channels to choose from! We loved eating outside on the deck and having coffee in the screened porch. The house was well stocked with things like soap, paper towels, foil, sponges etc. The kitchen had everything we needed including an empty cabinet to store food and supplies. We enjoyed a float down the Saco, Echo Lake, Diana’s Baths, Mini Golf and Santa’s Village but also just relaxing in the house. My kids enjoyed having their own space to chill out. :). Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Our twins are now in college, so we try to spend as much time together as our busy schedules allow. We have lived all over the United States and New England is our absolute favorite place to settle down.

We bought this condo for our own personal vacation home. We always keep finding ourselves vacationing in the White Mountain Valley. After spending a lot of time outside, we love also being close to lots of amenities like shopping, grocery stores, and having plenty of restaurants to chose from when we don't feel like cooking. When we found this bright, open multi-story condo, we knew it was a perfect fit for our family and friends.
