The house was very charming and felt like home. It had everything you could possibly need. Being only seven minutes to downtown Hot Springs made it perfect.

We were amazed at how well-stocked the house was...from the kitchen to the bathrooms. I don't think we were at a loss for anything!David and Sonya were very welcoming and readily available for any questions or assistance.

Wonderful House and Hosts

We loved the house. Very spacious. Literally has everything you need. Loved the location. David was very responsive. We got to meet him, very nice guy. Would love to stay again someday.

The host was very accommodating we had an issue with the original dates, and he allowed us to modify our dates without charging any additional fees. He showed up some southern hospitality, will stay again.

Horse racing trip

David snd Sonya are wonderful hosts and the property was perfect for our group of 8. The house is equipped with everything you need, and we recommend using the private chef for a nice dinner in after a day at the races. We definitely will stay again!!!

Thanksgiving on The Hill

We had a group of 10 staying and had 7-8 others that joined us for meals. This is definitely not your typical listing with a ton of bunk beds to accommodate more people. Fantastic place for an adult group (but it would be fine with kids, too)! Kitchen is perfect for hosting and cooking for a large group and was VERY well stocked. Plenty of seating for meals as well, and a nice back porch and fire pit. Can't say enough good things about The Chilton House! David and Sonya are great and very communicative! See ya next year!

Lovely home perfect location great neighborhood

David and Sonya have done an excellent job as host of their home, from the 5 large bedrooms and kitchen (fully equipped) to the oversized garage, 4 and a half bathrooms everything is wonderful. The quality and attention to detail of the home is incredible, we have rented houses before but this is by far the best we have found. The location is perfect for exploring the Hot Springs area, the quiet neighborhood was very nice. We spent most of the time exploring the Hot Springs area and took a day trip to the crater of diamonds state park which was fascinating. Everyone looked forward to coming home every afternoon to the relaxing atmosphere. The children enjoyed the wifi and having their own space, we used the kitchen facilities daily and everything worked perfectly. Again thank you to the perfect host David and Sonya.

Great place!

The house was very roomy and clean. Stayed for graduation. Close to town. Communication was superb. We forgot a crock pot and was able to use one provided by the owners. Highly recommend.

Great experience

This was a great house for our group of eight to stay at. The house provided all the amenities we needed for cooking, sitting around playing cards or just relaxing. David is an excellent host and is highly recommended.

Fabulous Weekend

8 adults stayed at the house (3 couples and 2 singles) so we used all 5 bedrooms. Very spacious and clean and is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! We used the fire pit and grill and the house sits on top of this huge hill and has beautiful views from the backyard. Close to downtown and horse races. Will definitely stay here again.

Bachelor Trip

Overall this house is impressive in size, quality and comfortability. Mr. Chittum is a gracious host and the location is wonderful. Not too far away from town but far enough away that you dont get bogged down by traffic. Would definitely recommend for a medium sized group just looking to get away for the weekend.
