We loved iur stay in Alligator Point. The house was decorated so nicely abd had everything we needed. The location on the beach was perfect. There are houses nearby but very few others on the actual beach. It was very relaxing.

Family Beach Trip

Our family enjoyed a week’s stay and it was fantastic! The location is perfect and the views from the front porch were amazing. We woke early each morning and enjoyed our coffee looking at the storms in the distance. The house was roomier than I expected and we had plenty of things to do nearby. Great amenities (beach chairs, cornhole, bikes and a kayak) and the dogs had a blast playing on the beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

Fabulous stay! Only wish we could have stayed longer!!

An amazing property. Beautifully and thoughtfully designed and presented. Equipped beyond expectations with good kitchen area inside along with a great BBQ area with seating underneath the house! Lovely location and ideal for relaxing by the beach or using as a base to explore the local area. The hosts were amazing in the lead up to our stay. We were kept us up to date along with being provided with some really useful local knowledge on places to visit and local restaurants.

Wonderful beach get away

Tin Cup Palace is simply a gem on the beach. We have two huskies and rented TinCup palace for 3 nights. the place is absolutely spacious, clean and few steps away from the beach with plenty of privacy. Every little necessities from bedding to cocking is provided which makes your trip much easier with less packing. The area is very calm and peaceful, Providing a great a wonderful beach get way.

Cute & Cozy with Amazing View

Lets start with the best part...the view!! You can sit anywhere in the living area & kitchen & see the gulf. The house is older, but it has had several upgrades. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook brunch. The bathrooms were nice & bedrooms were spacious. We look forward to returning to this cute spot! cious.

Second trip

Second trip to Alligator Point and Tin Cup Palace and it did not disappoint. Great house and awesome location. You are just a few steps to the beach. We love being able to bring our dogs with us, they enjoy the beach so much. You will not regret renting this house.

Family Beach Time

We had a great time at this beautiful home! We spent time down on the beach and what a special opportunity to not only share that with kids, but also our 4-legged family member. She had a blast, too. House was just what we needed. Outfitted well, roomy & comfortable. Nice spaces to gather both inside and outside. Owners were responsive & helpful. Even on the hot days the breeze downstairs made it comfortable to sit outside. Loved our stay and hope to return!

Home Away From Home!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! The views were breathtaking and every space had plenty of seating for our family of five (grandparents, two kids (3&6), and myself. The kids loved the bunk room, the grandparents soaked up views from the master, sofas, and outdoor loungers and the the area below the house was a special touch we appreciated during the warm sunny afternoons. The home had top of the line features and it’s kitchen was the most well stocked we’ve ever experienced from VRBO. Would definitely recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The Tin Cup Palace is our 25th Anniversary gift to each other. We love the sugar white sand beach and natural beauty surrounding Alligator Point. This home has beautiful views from all living spaces with windows across the back to look out over the gulf. When we first stayed on Alligator Point we were greeted every morning by dolphins playing along the shore as pelicans and seagulls hovered above. We saw manatees and turtles swim to the shore as we sat in our beach chairs overlooking the water.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Peaceful and quiet. This is the forgotten coast. It's charming and reminiscent of Old Florida before the strip malls and crowds cluttered the highways and beaches.
