Great Unit in Great Neighborhood

Pinewild is a great place to stay in Tahoe and this is one of the better units we have stayed in. Our family had a great time!

Family vacation

Wonderful location and property for a family get together. The wide expanse of sandy beach is perfect for kids and sand play. Great area for kayaking too.

Perfect Family Getaway

My family had the best time staying at this property. It was so quiet and the view was great. We also enjoyed preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen. It was a great weekend retreat and we plan to stay again.

Best Tahoe Trip Ever

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean property. It was very quiet and the private beach was out of this world! Beautiful grounds as well. We will be back to this property.

Peaceful

The condo is in a niece area. It was very quiet and peaceful. The lake is a short walk away. Very nice place.

Property was very nice. Plenty of kitchen cookware and utensils to prepare meals. There is only one parking space for the property. Wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others.

Check in was extremely easy, all directions were precise and well explained. We had the best time. Pinewild is one of a kind and a place we always love to return too!! It’s a hidden gem and the private beach is a slice of heaven. This unit is great, almost acts as two separate units with an upstairs bedroom and full bath and two bedrooms and two full bathrooms an office (great for a pack n play) downstairs. Plenty of room and well kept. Zero complaints, we had the best time! Can’t wait to come back next summer!

Nice get away

The home itself was unimpressive, Pinewild is pretty, overall it was fine and clean. The beds were not very comfortable nor were the pillows. Some foam mattress toppers and new pillows would go a long way. Especially, when you remove all the sheets and see the stains on the pillows without liners. Luckily we brought our own pillows. The home also smelt like dog. But, I’m just sensitive to that as we do not have indoor animals. I don’t believe they allow pets, so maybe the owners have animals. There was an electric bbq and the kitchen had what we needed to make dinner and breakfast. The management company was responsive and great. I’m not opposed to staying again. It did rain most of the time we were there, so sadly we didn’t get to hang out at the beach very much, but they did have a closet with beach chairs and and umbrella.

Thank you for the constructive review, Franse. We are in the process of ordering all new beds and linens. We do not allow pets at this home but cannot discriminate against those with service animals. So, were having the home deep cleaned again because we don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable. Please reach out to us before booking again as we'd like to give you property options that might fit your stay needs more. We'd also love a second chance to give you a five star stay.

Family Tahoe Gathering

All 7 of us had a wonderful time. Enough room for all. Clean, plenty of towels and necessities for a weeks worth. Loved location & private beach area. Hope to return again next year. Thank you.

Nice Overall

Perfect location. Plenty of room. Private beach was awesome! Everyone enjoyed. Patios both up and down were filthy but a broom and a little elbow grease took care of this…no problem. One remote for all cable boxes made it an interesting way to watch TV. Nitpicky stuff really. Would recommend to anyone.

Thank you. It is very hard to keep the outdoor tables clean in Lake Tahoe. There is so much pollen, dust and this year ash from the fires.

Property covers the basics. The room with bunks is almost unusable. Tiny, tiny bunks that I’m pretty sure are one screw away from collapsing. Bathroom door missing . Back deck was VERY dirty. Cobwebs everywhere on front porch and back deck. I swept both and removed as much as I could. Property manager (Brandon) very helpful and responsive though! Thank you Brandon!

Thank you for your review. We are working on changing the room into something more functional for our renters. Ideas are being discussed. We have our maintenance team fixing the bathroom door. Our apologies for the cobwebs and dust on the front and back porches. We try our best to keep the outdoor areas tidy, unfortunately, the surrounding trees and spiders are constantly making more work than the cleaners can keep up with. The terrible pollen season and ashes from the fires haven't helped. We hope to have an opportunity to host you again next summer!

Great location and professional property management.

Great location. Enjoyed the private beach area, access to the pier for our boat. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. As we arrived, They were delivering two new queen size beds. Very comfortable and much appreciated. I can’t give enough high marks to Brandon the property manager who was responsive and professional.

Lake vacation - semi positive

Rental was fine, not great. Pictures are way better than actual property. There was trash behind the couch that you could see from the porch, old water bottles & cans. The outside tables hadn’t been wiped off in what seemed like ages, cleaned them myself upon arrival. The master bathroom shower curtain was old and stained brown & yellow - pretty gross. Carpet was dirty in areas. Just not well kept up. We did arrive early - never ran into traffic - and Brandon did allow us to check in early, which was nice, but he did give a snotty remark to the parking pass attendant about our early arrival which she passed on to me. Other than that, the lake was amazing.

A comfortable stay

I was concerned about some of the previous review but the unit met all our expectations. Brandon was very prompt with response on internet issue which was resolved within 30 minutes and no other issues our entire stay.
