Perfect location!

Staying here while visiting Nice was a truly wonderful experience! We loved being in the heart of old town. The apartment is within walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the port and the beach. Our host was most gracious, and the flat was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Nice.

Great stay, the apartment was just as advertised.

We had a great stay. Sabrine was extremely responsive and the apartment was beautiful and in a great location. Sabrine's husband was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place as well as information about the area. We highly recommend this apartment.

A wonderful vacation with family in a good location to tram, port and the old town of Nice. Here’s plenty to do. Landlord responded quickly when questions appeared. All set up for arrival. Enjoy your stay in this apartment. It worked out well for us, family of six- room for everyone.

Perfect spot for my family while we were in Nice

Sabrine met us when we arrived and showed us the apartment. Everything was great and perfect space for my family while I had business meetings at the business center. It is close to old town and the harbor so it was very convenient to find places for dinner in the evening. A couple things that were no fault of Sabrine or the property that renters should be aware of. 1. There is road construction so a minute or so of extra walking is required to get to the harbor. 2. As mentioned in other reviews it is 3 floors up. Once the luggage was up it was okay. This shouldn't be a problem unless someone has difficulty with mobility. In this case it would not be the apartment for you. I only give this as a warning not a negative. Rather it is to help others not have a negative experience. Thanks Sabrine. Parfait pour découvrir Nice à pied!

Vaste appartement très propre et super bien situé près du vieux port de Nice. Parfait pour visiter Nice à pied. Bonne communication avec la gérante de l'appartement. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Le seul bémol, il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et qu'il y a beaucoup de marches à monter! Il faut être en forme!

Appartement super bien équipé et bien situé !

Nous étions 4 adultes, 2 enfants de 6 ans et 1 enfant de 2 ans. Logement très bien équipé et aménagé. La situation est top avec la proximité des transports, commerces et du vieux Nice. Je recommende cette appartement.

Comfortable base for visiting Nice

The apartment is surprisingly large and airy, with high ceilings and tall windows. It was a comfortable place for us to hang out after walking the streets of Nice. The old Port is a lovely place to walk and is just around the corner. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance and a decent bakery right down the street. The only things I would recommend for the future are supplying paper towels or napkins, bars of soap, and more coffee pods for the coffee maker. It's also worth noting that the bathroom setup is a bit odd, with one toilet and the stand-up shower in one of the bedrooms, making it somewhat awkward to use when multiple people are staying in the apartment. Overall, though, it was a great base to visit Nice.

Great location fabulous host

Was meant to stay here previously but had to cancel due to covid. Kept in touch with the hosts who were very understanding. Thankfully most of my group made it and all really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is large, bright and very well equipped. The location is fantastic both in locale and transport links. Would thoroughly recommend.

Séjour en famille

Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Ligne directe en tramway (L2) depuis l’aéroport jusqu’à la station Port-Lympia à moins de 5 minutes de l’appartement. Idéalement situé pour visiter le Vieux-Nice. Également à 2 minutes de la ligne de bus 100 permettant de rejoindre facilement Monaco et alentours. Tous commerces à proximité. Enfin, Sabrine est une hôte arrangeante et très sympathique, la communication fut parfaite.

Beau week-end

Nous avons vécu un très beau week-end prolongé en cette période de Covid. Nous étions un groupe de 8 amis qui faisions notre sortie annuelle. Nice, clean apartment

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very close to tram line nr. 2 and within a short walk to Promenade and other interesting sites. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The only minor inconvenience was lack of sink in the toilet room.

Situation et logement idéaux

Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location de part sa situation ( 2 mn à pied du port Lympia et du tram depuis l aéroport), et sa prestation : très bel appartement, conforme à sa description. Très bon séjour sous un soleil radieux.

Charming!

Sabrine was vert responsive and helpful. She met us at the apartment to check in and gave us a tour with instructions for using the amenities. She was very friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation. The apartment is centrally-located to many attractions in Nice and it was very easy to get around. The stop for the bus to Monaco is a stone’s throw away and the promenade (beach) is a just a short walk. This flat is also very clean and modern located right in the old town. It was a great stay!

Spacious apartment close to harbour and Place Garibaldi

We enjoyed our stay in Rue Cassini. The apartment was clean and with a big kitchen with a lot of supplies for cooking. The kids enjoyed the bathtub and the balcony was a plus. We had great and easy communication with Sabrine. The two toilets needs an update, but they function very well.
