Newly renovated and fully equipped and furnished apartment of 85 m2, located in a building with elevator and with optional parking in the same building (30€ / day).

MONTHLY APARTMENT RENTALS IN BARCELONA NEAR CLINICS, HOSPITALS AND UNIVERSITIES.

Our apartments for long stay in Barcelona are located in the best areas of the city, very close to the best clinics and universities, among them:

Clinics and hospitals: Clínica Barraquer, Clínica Planas, Centro Médico Teknon, Clínica Dexeus, Hospital Quirón, Clínica Sagrada Familia, Hospital Vall d'Hebrón, Clínica IMO and Hospital San Pablo.

We are your allies in health and wellness tourism.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

NOTE: Please note that in this building we have 2 other apartments with very similar characteristics. They are ideal for large groups as you will be able to enjoy your own space and privacy, but being very close to your own. Number of properties we have available in this same building: 8460013, 8460015, 8460016, 8460019, 8460040. (Prices and availabilities according to your request).

Please note that we can also provide you with everything you need for your breakfast directly in your apartment for your convenience. We have different types of breakfasts and snacks depending on your needs. Don't forget to ask us about prices 😊.

For your comfort, we also offer you the best optional services such as: extra cleaning, private parking, baby crib, high chair, chauffeured transfers to and from the apartment, 24 h emergency service, optional breakfasts, incredible discounts for tickets to the main tourist attractions in Barcelona.

Le premier jour, on est arrivé au parking et la l’horreur ! Obliger de manœuvrer je ne sais combien de temps et on pensait que le plus dur était fait sans savoir que pour sortir c’était aussi horrible qu’à l’arrivée. Puis l’appartement est très mal entretenu, les prestations ne sont pas conforme aux descriptions. Nous regrettons avoir choisi ce logement. Pour le parking, un embrayage en l’air mais nous n’avons pas reçu de réponse positive par rapport à un quelconque dédommagement !! Très regrettable…

Die Lage ist top, Schlafräume sind gut ausgestattet. Allerdings sind in der Küche wenig Kochutensilien zu finden, keine scharfen Messer, Schüsseln, Schneidebretter etc. Der Küchen- und Wohnbereich wirkt ziemlich verwohnt.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

1. there are bed bugs, I had a lot of pimples on my body and I had fever and headache 2. no curtains on the windows 3. the host does not come to clean, even after asking as an extra 4. the host did not exchande the bed clothing and towels, even after asking them as extra 5. check-in office is 2 miles way from the apartment. They do not drive you to the apartment. 6. at the office I had to pay cash, no card accepted 7. I had to leave the apartment many days before contract end. 8. The host "My Space Barcelona" do not help guests to solve emerging problems. Usualy they promisse to talk to the owner, but the fact is they do nothing to help. 9. After 20 days the security deposit was not reimbursed to me yet.

One of the bathrooms didn’t have a garbage can. I kept hearing from the bathroom dripping water from the head shower. The blinds weren’t working in the room I was staying. The lights in one of the room kept flickering. Nice area very quiet.

Needs to be renovated

The good: all of my interactions with the MySpace Barcelona staff. They were always friendly and responsive and helped adjust the reservation after the initial booking. The apartment was large and spacious. Neutral: Putting down a large deposit and picking up the key from a second location were not ideal however both of these were known in advance. We had a cab drop us off and I walked 15 minutes to the office. Tried to catch a cab back but no luck, so my family waited there with the luggage for about 40 min. After we arrived, I let the office know there was a significant amount of dog hair in the apartment and they asked if I wanted someone to come and check. I appreciated the offer but I sent photos instead so they could deep clean after we left. I also let them know the pool had turned green. (Someone was there the next morning to attend to the pool.) The bad: simply put, the photos are outdated and do not represent the current conditions. One of two things needs to happen: update the photos or renovate the apartment to remediate the wear and tear over the last few years. As some examples: there were a number of lights out, the sliding glass door was incredibly difficult to open or close, cabinets were broken, molding was missing or broken, the TV was too big for the TV stand (and looked like it was going to fall off the side), fridge was dented (due to the odd kitchen door placement), bathroom doors had water damage at the bottom, etc. This was the most expensive place we stayed and it was by far the worst place we stayed. I did not feel relaxed and wanted to limit the amount of time we spent here during the day. I did not communicate most of this at the time because I did not want to waste vacation time at the end of our trip. I wish that other guests had left more recent reviews and that we had booked different accommodation.

Flat perfect for us but...

Everything about the apartment worked for us except for a confirmation of parking available which did not materialise. I exchanged messages with a representative indicating the make and model of our car and, on arrival, we were told the car did not fit in the garage. When inquiring about an alternative, the office staff apologetically offered none.

The staff were amazing just so lovely and helpful especially at check in. I asked for a terrace where the sun came up in the afternoon which we got. The beds were super comfy and the apartment in general was really nice. The area was great! really close to the centre and shops and bars.
