Vackert charmigt loft i centrum av Gent - gratis parkering!

Nyrenoverat loft i historiskt hus nära Ghents historiska centrum, 5 minuters promenad till Vrijdagsmarkt, många restauranger, affärer och barer i närheten. Ganska område med museer, sightseeing, fina affärer och barer. Snygg, varm och bekväm. Gott om naturlig dagsljus. Fullt utrustat (uppvärmning, välutrustat kök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare). 4 sovrum, 2 badrum och 3 toaletter. På plats parkering för två medelstora bilar ingår i priset.

Stort (82m2) vardagsrum med fullt utrustat öppet kök (kylskåp, frys, elspis, mikrovågsugn, ugn, diskmaskin, disk, bestick, glasögon ...). TV, CD-spelare, radio.
Rymligt badrum med dusch och badkar.
Två sovrum kan stängas med en dörr. Det tredje och fjärde sovrummet ligger på en separat mezzanine, och är utrustade med gardiner som ger fullständig integritet. Tre sovrum har boxfjäderbäddar som vi kan göra som dubbelsängar antingen som enkelsängar, enligt dina önskemål. Det fjärde sovrummet har 3 enkelsängar. Alla sovrum kan mörkas. Handdukar, täcken, kuddar och lakan för sängarna finns. Det finns också en hårtork, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, strykjärn och strykbräda på vår plats. Barnsäng, barnstol och leksaker finns tillgängliga. Låt inte barnen leka utan uppsikt i huset på grund av de öppna trapporna.

Great apartment for our extended family.

Our extended family of 7 including our infant grandson had a great stay. The apartment was well within easy walking distance of Gent’s historic center. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in Ghent! House had plenty of space, big bedrooms, and a nicely stocked kitchen. It’s located in a great area and an easy walk to good coffee and tons of restaurants. The garage was a bonus!

Brilliant place

Len was a fantastic host, he was really helpful. It was the perfect place to stay, tonnes of room for us and bikes on a trip to watch the Tour of Flanders. Great location too with only a 5-10 min walk to some great bars and restaurants. Thanks Len 👍

Lovely loft!

We thought the apartment was lovely..cool, comfortable and spacious. It’s in a great location, a quiet area but near good places to eat and an easy walk to the centre. Host was easy to contact and prompt to reply. Only problem was the sofa cushions were a bit dusty, some of us a bit allergic… other than that, fabulous!

Holiday Fun

Lovely property with parking was perfect. Just 3 in our group so plenty of space to spread out and recharge after sightseeing and enjoying the holiday festivities. Safe quiet neighborhood, felt private yet relatively close to all the activities and attractions. The only negative for us were the scratchy towels and toiletries offered. Nice place to stay for people who enjoy walking and exploring, I would definitely recommend.

Enjoy all aspects of Gent

Beautiful designed loft within walking distance to the historic City Center of Gent. Spacious facility for group of 6 people. The only area to improve: kitchen equipment (ovens and glasses) and upper bedroom were not cleaned.

Charming home close to town

Spacious home with lots of character. Unique design. It was about an easy 7 minute walk to the central area of Gent and there were a couple of nice neighborhood restaurants and a small market even closer. We were able to drop our bags off earlier which was nice. Large windows and skylights let in lots of light, The more modern exterior of the building did not reflect the charm of the interior. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Light and airy loft for a group

The loft was perfect for the four of us. Location is a short walk to the center of Ghent. Across the canal was a hidden gem--Industrie Museum. And a lovely Italian restaurant. The loft was light and airy, the bathrooms modern. The common area has a nice seating area, a huge dining table and an adequate kitchen and a small powder room. Common area is up one flight of stairs, 3 bedrooms and baths a second and the fourth bedroom another flight (in case stairs are a problem). The host was immediately responsive to all of our messages.

Enjoyable experience in a unique property steps from the centre of Ghent.

We enjoyed the location, the size, and the uniqueness of this property and would stay again in a heartbeat. The only minor complaint thay we had was that although the property was tidy and well equipped, it was not quite clean when we arrived. We communicated this upon our dwparture and I'm sure it will be rectified for future guests as the host was very redponse and communicative throughout the rental process. We did not let the minor issues affect our stay at the great property so close to the centre of Ghent. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Great place to stay!

We came to Gent for a conference and a visit with friends. The property was perfect for our group of 7 adults and children. Centrally located, spacious, and modern - both the adults and the kids thought it was a cool place. The owner responded quickly to any inquiry and was very gracious. Highly recommend!!

Unique place, lots of steps

Our whole family loved the loft. It was unique. The kitchen was more than fully equipped, although we would have liked instructions on how to use the oven/microwave. In the end, we were very grateful for the toaster. It took a day or so to get used to the steep staircases. This place probably would not be suitable for toddlers or less-mobile adults, but our 8-12-year-old grandkids loved the top floor and had no problem scrambling up the ladder-style steps to the top-floor loft. We had no problem walking to sites all over Ghent. The neighbors on the whole block were friendly and showed us how to use the parking meters on the street. The garage accommodates one medium SUV-style car. We were visited a few times by a small mouse on the kitchen level, but the kids found it entertaining. We recommend this spacious, interesting loft.

Moderne accomodatie met garage in hartje Gent

Heerlijk vriendenweekend gehad in deze ruime en centraal gelegen accomodatie. Schoon en modern sanitair, sfeervolle inrichting. Misschien de keuken nog wat fatsoeneren en een beetje meer poetsen, maar verder helemaal niets op aan te merken.

The Apartment ist very beautiful. But some Things must by repair..the toilet flush doesnt gone...in the Corners some Things are Not good..need Paint...the kitchen is Not realy Clean..inside dirty by the knifes teribel...you need better knifes.... An the beds are too small....

Gran alojamiento cerca del corazón de Gante

Si tienes unos días para visitar Gante, este apartamento cerca de la antigua zona industrial y a solo día minutos del centro histórico es genial para tu viaje. Solo un paseo de 10 minutos por el canal te separa de todos los tesoros de la ciudad. La casa es un loft de varios niveles. La planta primera es un ENORME espacio abierto con cocina, comedor (una mesa muy grande y chulísima) y una buena zona de estar. Tal y como puedes ver en las fotos. Las habitaciones en plantas 2 y 3 son muy amplias y confortables (algunas son abiertas sin puertas; ningún problema para los jóvenes de la familia). Los baños son amplios y bien equipados El piso estaba limpio en general, aunque una limpieza profunda sería necesaria en algunas zonas. La tele no conseguimos que funcionase, aunque teniendo Gante al lado, ¿quien necesita una tele? El garage en la planta baja facilita mucho el acceso en coche. Lenn es un propietario fantástico. Siempre atento y contestando todos los mensajes de forma rápida y precisa. Hizo todo lo posible para un check-in rápido que fue de agradecer para dejar las maletas. En general todo perfecto! Repetiríamos ciudad y alojamiento.

Prachtige loft in Gent

Super tijd gehad in deze loft in het hartje van Gent dichtbij het Industrie Museum. Loft bleek een mooie eigen bovenwoning op een ruime garage en bevond zich niet in een flat. Dit maakte het verblijf privé en zeer comfortabel en uniek! Heel veel dank voor dit fantastische verblijf.

We spent a very good time in Gent and everything was perfect. Very good contact with the host. The loft is very well located within the walking distance to the center of the city and very well equipped - you have everything you need. The possibility to park a car in the garage is an advantage which we have appreciated. Really to recommend. Thank you Len.
