Very nice, well kept property. Very clean, beautiful ocean decor, and comfortable bedding. The outdoor patio/porch overlooked the boardwalk, able to watch the Friday night fireworks in comfort! My family spent some evenings playing board games on the porch and people watching. Funny how most people never looked up and even saw us above them. The boardwalk noise mostly was not heard when inside. There was constant music from the store below us, but after a few hours of the first day, I didn't hear it anymore, plus you really only heard it in the living room and kitchen ( not in the bedrooms). This apartment has everything you need to cook meals, has seating for 10, and all the small stuff you forget to bring along: dish soap, dish washer detergent, coffee filters , chip clips, freezer cool packs ( to put your cooler for the beach), plastic wrap and aluminum foil, & toilet paper. Street parking nearby with parking pass. Lots of steps to get up to apartment, but was only a problem for my elderly mother-in-law. Very wide beach, so you have a bit of a walk to get down to the water. Located between two of the boardwalk piers, both with rides and water parks. There's a third water park a short walk up the boardwalk. The Polish water ice was delicious, never had that before. It was a lot of fun to be right on the board walk and just walking out to get pizza or go to the amusements. Owner, Tom, was great, always available to answer any questions!
