Det ligger i High Pointe Subdivision, en gated condo gemenskap som har gott om grönt utrymme och en på plats simbassäng. Vår lägenhet har 3 reserverade parkeringsplatser precis utanför dörren. Det ligger på andra våningen, med privat ingång till en sluten trapphus. Den välvda tak och öppen planlösning planlösning ger ett rymligt vardagsrum. Alla rum är utrustade med direkt-TV och en platt-TV. Varje sovrum har också ett eget badrum, som inkluderar en badkar / dusch combo. Det rymliga sovrummet, som ligger på den övre våningen av radhus, har en king size-säng, med de andra två sovrummen på bottenvåningen som innehåller drottningar.

Observera att denna fastighet ligger bekvämt utanför Hwy 6, strax väster om Oxford.

Perfect Oxford home

This was our 2nd stay at this home since August 2022. It is so comfortable, clean, and ideally located to UM campus. We love it here as it feels like a home away from home!

Perfect condo

This condo is even more perfect in person then the pictures! They had everything we needed. It's a great floor plan, and has a spacious living room and kitchen area. So nice that each room has it's own full bathroom! The location is very convenient to Jackson Ave and the campus area. We hope to stay here again!

Great Football Weekend

We stayed at this condo Sept 22 thru Sept 26. The condo was perfect for our 4 adults and 1 child, with room for more if you need it. Location to campus and the football field is perfect. Kim and Shane were perfect hosts and Kim has a heart of gold. She put up with me calling twice about the fire alarms chirping and had maintenance there within 30 minutes both times to replace batteries. She was even understanding when my OCD kicked in and I called her 1 hour after we left to voice my concern on whether or not I had turned the oven off before locking up. She let me know almost immediately I did. Even though she might not want me back, I would definitely rent from them again. You can't go wrong by staying at this condo.

Nice place!

We styrene a ceremony at Ole Miss. This location is very convenient to the Jackson Rd. "strip" without being locked into it, so it's also not 5 minutes to campus via Old Taylor Rd. entrance, which has the stadiums and the Ford Center, which is great access to The Square. We enjoyed the wood floors, comfortable gathering space, private baths for each of our three couples in our family, and the thoughtfulness of the icemaker. Nicely decorated with lots of Ole Miss decor but so tastefully done that our Bama and LSU fans appreciated it, ha ha.

Love it!

Super great experience loved the location house was immaculate very very comfortable furnishing. Stayed here will bringing daughter to school at Ole Miss. Loved the family home feel and loved spending time with her in this comfortable environment. Needed a toaster but that was it. I would love to rent here again when we come back for a game.

Ole Miss Experience

We had a great time , the property was perfect for us. It enabled us as a family to all be together as a family. The pool was great for our 5 year old and we were minutes away from ball field. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Great place with lots of room and easy access to all Oxford and OleMiss offers without the traffic problems of being closer to the square. Will definitely stay again.

Much better than we expected!!

Traveled to Ole Miss for Double Decker Festival and KKG Parent's Weekend with my daughter, and this place was much better than we expected! My mother and I really enjoyed this condo and felt as safe as we do at home. Three (3) parking spots and a great pool, which we were unable to enjoy since it was such a busy weekend. Great host and easy to communicate with before booking. Thank you for taking pride in your home. Fabulous property. Three “master” bedrooms with their own baths. Loved the decor!

Cute comfy condo in great location

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Loved the Ole Miss decor. Beds were comfortable. Condo was spacious enough for 3 couples. Enjoyed the pool in the morning before the game. Property was well maintained. Perfect place to relax after a long hot day in The Grove. We’d love to stay again sometime.

Home Away Happy

What a great home away from home for family to stay in Oxford, MS! Clean, decor was fun and inviting. Beds comfortable. Plenty of linens. Complete kitchen with working appliances. Very quiet and relaxing, plus, close to the pool. Parking was right at our doorstep for family and guest. Overall, PERFECT!!!

Oxford MS DD weekend visit with our granddaughter Ol Miss

Property clean and quite. 3 nice size bedrooms with baths and a good area to visit and relax when the day was done. Nice stay for a visit with our granddaughter and D Decker weekend. Property is located only about 3 miles from the square and there was plenty to do and see.

second time staying at this property

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. This is the second time we stayed at this property and it was just as good (if not better) than the first. All of my guests were very impressed and very comfortable. We met some neighboring homeowners that were in for the Alabama/Ole Miss game and now have new friends! Well stocked condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy to get to and from the campus and loved walking to the Southern Table Restaurant that is literally yards away from our front door. Fantastic stay! Thank you!

We are the Sims from Brandon and we are excited to be able to share one of our favorite places with you. Every chance we get, we make a road trip to Oxford to see the Rebels play. We've kind of fallen in love with the town, as I am sure you will too. Our sweet girl once asked if this was Dad's Disneyworld. She was right on point. In fact, this is the place where magic happens, the happiest place on earth!
