Några steg från Sienas historiska centrum, ligger lägenheten framför basilikan San Francesco, ligger på fjärde och översta våningen i en byggnad (UTAN hiss) och har två magnifika terrasser på 100 kvm som erbjuder en unik utsikt över staden. Lägenheten, nyrenoverad, är utrustad med alla bekvämligheter och består av ett stort vardagsrum med kristallbord och smart-TV, två stora dubbelrum båda utrustade med garderob och skrivbord, ett enkelrum och en barnsäng 0 till 5 år, två badrum båda med dusch, ett kök med kaffebryggare (Nespresso), vattenkokare, ugn, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och en källare. På begäran är det möjligt att lägga till en extra enkelsäng. I hela lägenheten finns det superfiber-wifi att surfa utan gränser i hög hastighet.
Området är riktigt tyst och ligger bara 10 minuter från Piazza del Campo, lätt att nå till fots med rulltrapporna i S. Francesco. Under huset finns: busshållplats, stormarknad, bank, apotek, tobaksbutik, kyrka och gym. Stationen ligger bara 1 km bort och är väl ansluten med buss eller nås till fots på 15 minuter.
Det som gör lägenheten unik är verkligen de två panoramaterrasserna på 100 kvm som erbjuder ett otroligt skådespel. Utsikten över basilikan San Francesco och en del av den historiska stadskärnan i Siena är förtrollande och erbjuder en unik plats att koppla av, äta eller smaka på ett gott vin som erbjuds av oss!

Några steg från Sienas historiska centrum ligger lägenheten framför San Francesco-basilikan och bara 200 meter från rulltrapporna som tar direkt till stadens centrum.
Lägenheten, precis renoverad, ligger på fjärde (och övre) våningen i en byggnad (UTAN hiss) och har 2 fantastiska 100 kvm terrasser som erbjuder en unik och oförglömlig utsikt över staden, särskilt i den vackra basilikan San Francesco.
Det rymliga vardagsrummet består av ett vardagsrum med soffor, tv, kristallbord och ett stort kök med alla tillbehör inklusive tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare. Sovområdet består av 2 stora sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett enkelrum (plus en barnsäng för barn från 0 till 5 år). Det finns också 2 badrum, båda med dusch och en källare på bottenvåningen för förvaring, eller cykel / motorcykel garage.

A taste of heaven

This penthouse apartment couldn’t have been more beautiful and better situated for a visit to Siena. Just outside the walls of the old city, you could either hike up the hill to the center of town or ride the escalators up. We roamed the enchanting streets and hung out in the Campo soaking up the ambience and history of this fascinating place. We took day trips out into the hill towns of Chianti, tasting wine and drinking in the views. All intoxicating!

Siena vista

Alessandro is the ultimate host! Providing breakfast treats, bath amenities and a plethora of information on Siena and surrounding environs. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The beds are restful and an abundance of towels are provided. The terrace is perfect for al fresco dining and the view is unsurpassed. Morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and evening dining are a must an abundance this amazing view. Travel into the city on foot is manageable as are day trips by car, bus or train. Highly recommended for a memorable holiday.

This is a must see and stay property!

It was a great experience which stays in our memories for long, gorgeous,clean, spacious and most convenient to all we wanted to see! Alessandro and Rosie were most amazing people we have encountered, they tried to do everything to make us feel at home. Perfetto!

We spent 23 days at Penthouse San Francesco and it could not have been better. The host is AWESOME! His only goal was to help us have a spectacular time, and we did. The location is perfect (1 minute to a supermarket, 1 minute to a pharmacy, 3 minutes to the city entrance) and the view is stunning. The Penthouse is as advertised, very clean, very well provisioned, and very quiet: we slept great! We will be back. I cannot say enough about the host - he was the best I've ever had and I've had them all over the world!

Amazing Siena Apartment

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 nights....each day we enjoyed the spacious and luxurious premises. It was perfect. We spent many hours on the large terrace overlooking the city....wow, what a great view! We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again!

Perfection!

Attico San Francesco is an absolute gem! Both charming and convenient with a host who provided close attention to all of our needs, including food and amenities at the apartment, as well as recommendations for all the area’s wonderful sites and restaurants. Highly recommend; the only drawback is no elevator but consider it a chance to walk off those calories!

Perfection!

Luxurious accommodations with stunning views! The owners have thought of everything! The apartment is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The terraces are lovely and incredibly spacious. Absolutely Amazing

This is without out the greatest Vrbo we have ever stayed at in our lives! Five stars does not even begin to explain the property! Alessandro picked us up from the train station, and when we could not find a taxi for our departure, he came and picked us up and took us back to the train station! The villa itself was exquisitely, clean and completely stocked. Reviews are the wonderful city from the terrace were absolutely gorgeous. We were so impressed by our stay in our house that we are planning a return trip next year!

Wonderful time at the Attic!

What an incredible place and incredible hosts. Alassandro met us at the apt late in the evening on our first night and laid out all of the amenities for us. We had breakfast for the next morning. I wish this place was mine!

What a beautiful apartment! It is spacious, comfortable and the patio views do not disappoint. The fact that this place is just outside the centro storico walls keeps it quiet. It is within easy walking distance from the escalators that take you directly up into town. It’s probably the best location possible for a trip to Siena. The owners filled the kitchen with delicious bites to eat, including a bottle of wine and a homemade torte! They were wonderfully helpful and considerate.

ATTICO is amazing!

We loved our week in Siena with 3 of our adult children at Attico. The apartment is spotlessly clean. The rooms are exactly as described or bigger. The kitchen is well stocked and with all modern conveniences, including a dish washer and clothes washer. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace several times! And Alessandro was wonderful to communicate with and gave many recommendations for our Tuscany adventures as well as in Siena. We hope to stay there again! Highly recommend!!!

An Awesome experience, wonderful views and warm, caring people

Attica is a 5 star experience ! The most beautiful terrace in Siena, you’ll never want to leave. The home is a 3 bedroom place with a great kitchen that the family sticks with everything you need. This even includes a refrigerator that is stocked with drinks, breakfast items, just wonderful. A large market is just a couple hundred meters away. A great family with a beautiful home. Yes it is a few flights up, but Alejandro helps with bags and makes you feel like you are coming home ! A must do experience.

What is better than perfect?

Quickly, perfect location, perfect town, and a host that goes way out his way to ensure that your stay is memorable. A view that we will not soon miss. And a balcony that is large a wonderful spot for meals. There are stairs to climb in the building, the only downside for some. Alessandro offered tips and suggestions for your stay. He is a host without compare. Would we stay again? In. Blink of an eye. Don’t delay, book this one.

Amazing stay in Siena

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Attico San Francisco. The apartment was spacious, clean, charming and perfectly located for our activities both in Siena and the surrounding areas. While not in the heart of town, it was extremely walkable (just a few minutes to the Piazza del Campo), and we preferred the privacy and relative quiet of its location. Our host Alessandro was wonderful! He met us upon arrival and made sure we were able to find parking during our stay. He went above and beyond make us feel welcome and had supplied his apartment with everything we needed to start each day with delicious coffee, tea and local snacks. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family and plan to return in the future for another, longer stay. Grazie mille, Alessandro!

Just beautiful!

What a lovely apartment! We may be biased but we think this is th best view in Siena, never mind in a Siena rental. So special. Very roomy, very clean, and lots of nice thoughtful touches from the hosts. Alessandro even met us at the train station and helped carry our bags up. Be aware there are 70 stairs to reach the penthouse, so not a match for someone with mobility issues. But so worth the climb for anyone else! We stayed two weeks in December and were even able to use the gorgeous terrrace, which we had not expected. We had warm sunny lunches out of doors, and stretched out on the lounge chairs a few afternoons in the sun. All in all, a wonderful spot that I would highly recommend!

A place to call home in Siena

We Spent 4 nights in Attico and we wish we had stayed longer. Alessandro met us and helped carry our luggage up the many stairs (yes, there are stairs, but they are part of the experience of Italy!) and introduced us to the apartment and Siena. Waiting for us was the immaculate and beautiful apartment with the lovely outdoor space of the terraces overlooking the old city, as well as wine, coffee, snacks and many basic kitchen needs that are often missing when renting apartments. He had recommendations on where to eat and visit during our stay. What a joy to walk into the old city each evening to eat dinner, to purchase local produce, meats and cheese at the market just below our building. From the Attico we visited Florence, and the hill towns. Paid parking on the street below was very simple and affordable. Everything about our stay at Attico was above and beyond our expectations!

Amazing location, apartment and hosts!!

Our family of five had the best time in Siena! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and included every amenity you might need. And the location was perfect - closely located to take advantage of the old city, but still walkable from the train station (for day trips to Florence, etc.). Most importantly, though, the hosts were FANTASTIC! Alessandro and Maria Rosario went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible time. The Palio was happening during our visit and they jumped through hoops to help us secure tickets and participate in every possible way. It was one of the most amazing events we've ever witnessed, and we are so grateful that they enabled a "once in a lifetime" experience for us. We were able to spend some time with them one evening, and they are two of the loveliest people we've ever met. They are honest and kind and truly want their guests to make the most oftheir stay. We will be back!

Loved it!

From the moment we arrived in Siena in the pouring rain and was picked up at the bus stop by Alessandro we knew we were in for a great stay. The apartment is incredible with amazing views of Siena. Even being winter I spent every morning on the deck watching the sun rise. A great way to start the day. It is a short walk to the escalators to get you up to the old town and was nice to come back home at the end of the day. The supermarket is fantastic and down a flight of stairs from the apartment as is the car hire place. A perfect spot to base ourselves while exploring Tuscany. We easily parked the car in the street outside the apartment. Alessandro was very helpful and attentive and we appreciated him checking in with us. The kitchen was well stocked as was the bathroom. We can not recommend Attico highly enough.

Exceptional Tuscan Apartment in Siena

What a wonderful apartment with a fantastic view of Siena from the terrace! This was a perfect location for us to stay in Siena with a car. We could explore Siena easily from the location. It is an easy walk to the escalators taking you up to Basilica San Francisco. From there an easy walk the rest of the way to Il Campo and the rest of the inner city. One may find it hard to leave the apartment with the stunning views and double doors opening to the terraces and fresh Tuscan air. We enjoyed our wine, salami, and cheeses while watching the moon set over the city. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. It can easily accommodate two couples and another single if needed. The beds are very comfortable. You could make your own meals in the well equipped kitchen. Plenty of snacks provided as well. We were well attended to by Alessandro for any needs and guidance in Siena and around Tuscany. The location provided a perfect center of Tuscany to visit surrounding areas such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Florence, San Gimignano, and a nice drive through the Tuscan hills around Chianti. We would emphasize as in the description that this is a 4th floor walk up. For anyone with limited mobility or difficulty with lots of walking, it may not be the right spot. If you like walking and exploring the sights of one of the best Italian cities, and relaxing in a quiet neighborhood with glass of wine in hand, we would highly recommend. We would come back in an instant.
