Några steg från Sienas historiska centrum, ligger lägenheten framför basilikan San Francesco, ligger på fjärde och översta våningen i en byggnad (UTAN hiss) och har två magnifika terrasser på 100 kvm som erbjuder en unik utsikt över staden. Lägenheten, nyrenoverad, är utrustad med alla bekvämligheter och består av ett stort vardagsrum med kristallbord och smart-TV, två stora dubbelrum båda utrustade med garderob och skrivbord, ett enkelrum och en barnsäng 0 till 5 år, två badrum båda med dusch, ett kök med kaffebryggare (Nespresso), vattenkokare, ugn, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och en källare. På begäran är det möjligt att lägga till en extra enkelsäng. I hela lägenheten finns det superfiber-wifi att surfa utan gränser i hög hastighet.
Området är riktigt tyst och ligger bara 10 minuter från Piazza del Campo, lätt att nå till fots med rulltrapporna i S. Francesco. Under huset finns: busshållplats, stormarknad, bank, apotek, tobaksbutik, kyrka och gym. Stationen ligger bara 1 km bort och är väl ansluten med buss eller nås till fots på 15 minuter.
Det som gör lägenheten unik är verkligen de två panoramaterrasserna på 100 kvm som erbjuder ett otroligt skådespel. Utsikten över basilikan San Francesco och en del av den historiska stadskärnan i Siena är förtrollande och erbjuder en unik plats att koppla av, äta eller smaka på ett gott vin som erbjuds av oss!

Lägenheten, precis renoverad, ligger på fjärde (och övre) våningen i en byggnad (UTAN hiss) och har 2 fantastiska 100 kvm terrasser som erbjuder en unik och oförglömlig utsikt över staden, särskilt i den vackra basilikan San Francesco.
Det rymliga vardagsrummet består av ett vardagsrum med soffor, tv, kristallbord och ett stort kök med alla tillbehör inklusive tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare. Incredible home in Siena

My family of 4 stayed at this beautiful apartment for many weeks, and loved every minute of it. The patio is stunning- The perfect place for morning coffee, a relaxing break in the afternoon, and a glass of wine while admiring the stars. The location allows easy and quick access to central town via the escalators at San Francesco. Tons of delicious restaurants are walkable from the apartment. And we loved the convenience of the grocery store (2 minute walk). In addition, Alessandro and Maria are incredible hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well fed, and up to date on happenings in town. I can’t say enough good things about this listing- it felt like home.

A taste of heaven

This penthouse apartment couldn’t have been more beautiful and better situated for a visit to Siena. Just outside the walls of the old city, you could either hike up the hill to the center of town or ride the escalators up. We roamed the enchanting streets and hung out in the Campo soaking up the ambience and history of this fascinating place. We took day trips out into the hill towns of Chianti, tasting wine and drinking in the views. All intoxicating!

Warm welcome to a stunning spot

This home is an oasis of beauty with plenty of privacy and space. Our host welcomed us with food and extras so we could settle in and not have to leave for some of the simple things like a light breakfast and snacks. Wonderful.

A wonderful apartment, clean, great location but most of all our hosts were amazing. Alessandro really was a pleasure to deal with and went above, and beyond when one of us needed some medical advice by putting us in touch with a trusted local doctor who was amazing. Exceptional Tuscan Apartment in Siena

What a wonderful apartment with a fantastic view of Siena from the terrace! This was a perfect location for us to stay in Siena with a car. We could explore Siena easily from the location. It is an easy walk to the escalators taking you up to Basilica San Francisco. From there an easy walk the rest of the way to Il Campo and the rest of the inner city. One may find it hard to leave the apartment with the stunning views and double doors opening to the terraces and fresh Tuscan air. We enjoyed our wine, salami, and cheeses while watching the moon set over the city. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. It can easily accommodate two couples and another single if needed. The beds are very comfortable. You could make your own meals in the well equipped kitchen. Plenty of snacks provided as well. We were well attended to by Alessandro for any needs and guidance in Siena and around Tuscany. The location provided a perfect center of Tuscany to visit surrounding areas such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Florence, San Gimignano, and a nice drive through the Tuscan hills around Chianti. We would emphasize as in the description that this is a 4th floor walk up. For anyone with limited mobility or difficulty with lots of walking, it may not be the right spot. If you like walking and exploring the sights of one of the best Italian cities, and relaxing in a quiet neighborhood with glass of wine in hand, we would highly recommend. We would come back in an instant.

Alessandro is the ultimate host! Providing breakfast treats, bath amenities and a plethora of information on Siena and surrounding environs. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The beds are restful and an abundance of towels are provided. The terrace is perfect for al fresco dining and the view is unsurpassed. Morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and evening dining are a must an abundance this amazing view. Travel into the city on foot is manageable as are day trips by car, bus or train. Highly recommended for a memorable holiday.

Perfetto!

We spent 23 days at Penthouse San Francesco and it could not have been better. The host is AWESOME! His only goal was to help us have a spectacular time, and we did. The location is perfect (1 minute to a supermarket, 1 minute to a pharmacy, 3 minutes to the city entrance) and the view is stunning. The Penthouse is as advertised, very clean, very well provisioned, and very quiet: we slept great! We will be back. I cannot say enough about the host - he was the best I've ever had and I've had them all over the world!

Absolutely Amazing

This is without out the greatest Vrbo we have ever stayed at in our lives! Five stars does not even begin to explain the property! Alessandro picked us up from the train station, and when we could not find a taxi for our departure, he came and picked us up and took us back to the train station! The villa itself was exquisitely, clean and completely stocked. Reviews are the wonderful city from the terrace were absolutely gorgeous. We were so impressed by our stay in our house that we are planning a return trip next year!

Gracious living with every thoughtful comfort

The view, the view, the view; the terrazzo floors; the generous and thoughtful hosts; the beguiling 70 travertine steps; the comfortable beds and wonderful linens; the bottle of wine and nougats that awaited us.... We could have lived for months at Attico San Francesco, in a daze of gracious living. A grocery store below the apartment offers quality goods from pre-made lunches and dinners to basics for breakfast. The apartment has a wonderful view of Siena from outside the walled city, with easy access for all able pedestrians via escalator into the heart of the old city. A binder at the apartment offers guidance for sights, dining and local points of interest. All basic and many additional thoughtful amenities are provided, from a really generous array of breakfast goods & snacks to washer / dishwasher / blackout shades to shower & personal grooming accessories (good shampoo, etc.). Communication with Maria Rosario and Alessandro was easy and fast; Alessandro kindly picked us up at the train station which made our travels so much easier and nicer, then helped us carry bags upstairs, no small feat! In sum, this is one of the best places in Italy with thoughtful and experienced hosts who excel in gracious and generous welcomes. Thank you, Alessandro and Rosario.

Amazing stay in Siena

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Attico San Francisco. The apartment was spacious, clean, charming and perfectly located for our activities both in Siena and the surrounding areas. While not in the heart of town, it was extremely walkable (just a few minutes to the Piazza del Campo), and we preferred the privacy and relative quiet of its location. Our host Alessandro was wonderful! He met us upon arrival and made sure we were able to find parking during our stay. He went above and beyond make us feel welcome and had supplied his apartment with everything we needed to start each day with delicious coffee, tea and local snacks. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family and plan to return in the future for another, longer stay. Grazie mille, Alessandro!

All 5 star: MariaRosaria, Alessandro and the Attico! We were warmly greeted by Alessandro on our arrival and welcomed with many regional foods and goodies! Also, thank you again to N, who saved us, as we had forgotten our key and were locked out! Such a beautiful view from the main terrace which we enjoyed on many evenings. The apartment is perfect, the location is perfect for walking into the walled part of Siena and is easy car access to all the beautiful surrounding villages, wineries, etc. MR&A provided great information on things to do, places to visit, the history of Siena, restaurants, available services, parking, etc. MR&A are great hosts, very helpful and thoughtful. They made us feel at home in their wonderful Attico. Thank you! V&M

Gorgeous, simply gorgeous

If we could give more than 5 stars, we most definitely would. The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes walk to the city wall, with free parking close by. The apartment is perfectly set up for a family or two couples, quiet and very comfortable. The host was beyond welcoming, kind and generous, meeting us on arrival and even providing generous breakfasts and snacks for our whole family, a lovely bottle of delicious wine, and advice throughout our stay. The kitchen is well set up for cooking, including spices, olive oil. Plus comfy beds, great towels, good wifi. And the most spectacular view from a huge terrace - breathtaking both at night and in the morning, We fantasized about moving in, and living surrounded by such beauty. Grazie mille, Alessandro, for making our special week in Siena even more amazing.

What is better than perfect?

Quickly, perfect location, perfect town, and a host that goes way out his way to ensure that your stay is memorable. A view that we will not soon miss. And a balcony that is large a wonderful spot for meals. There are stairs to climb in the building, the only downside for some. Alessandro offered tips and suggestions for your stay. Attico San Francesco is an absolute gem! Both charming and convenient with a host who provided close attention to all of our needs, including food and amenities at the apartment, as well as recommendations for all the area’s wonderful sites and restaurants. Highly recommend; the only drawback is no elevator but consider it a chance to walk off those calories!

Best place EVER, 10 stars!

Allesandro the host is unbelievable. He has an awesome place and welcomed us at midnight (flight delayed, surprise)very and showed us the ins and outs. The appartment is very well stocked, way beyond our expectations. My wife and daughters are planning to go to Siena in March and we most likely will book again. 10 minute walk from downtown, and there are escalators :). Supermarket right next door, 5 mins from train station

Sikke en velkomst vi fik af vores udlejer. Vi har boet mange steder men vi har sjældent oplevet en sådan gæstfrihed som vi fik her. Lejligheden ligger øverst oppe med en super udsigt til Siena og indeholdt alt det som man kan forvente og mere til. Der var indkøbt mad og drikke til os i køleskabet sammen med div morgenmadsprodukter og kaffe/te og meget mere, det har vi aldrig oplevet før og en fantastisk service. Vi kan 100% anbefale dette sted og denne lejlighed. Intet mindre end en fantastisk service af vores udlejer🤩👍👍👍

Amazing Stay in Beautiful Siena

If I could give this experience 100 stars, I would! The apartment itself is truly incredible - very spacious, well stocked and thoughtfully appointed. But even better than all of this is the outside space. The terrace has the most amazing panoramic view of Siena! However, the best part of all is the property owners. Alessandro offered to meet Me and my family at the train station to transport us and our luggage to the apartment. We ended-up arriving during a bad thunder storm, and our train was significantly delayed, but Alessandro was intrepid and insisted on waiting for us. At the apartment, his wife, Rosario, was waiting for us. Together they had stocked the apartment with supplies and food staples, including items specifically geared toward our children. They spent considerable time with us going over everything in the apartment and the highlights of the city. They even helped us decide on a dinner spot, given our tastes, and Alessandro facilitated a reservation. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience here! We will definitely be back, and we will recommend this property to all of our friends and family.
