Very Cozy, Comfortable Stay in Bonnet

We've been renting in Bonnet during the summer for over 20 years, and we particularly loved 30 Ottawa Trail. It was a great location with a wonderful back porch looking out into the woods. It was clean and very comfortable. Additionally, the property management was terrific. They were very polite and professional during check in, and very responsive to our request for additional keys. It made the process easy. Sad to go...

Great Location

Second year that we have stayed here, as it is a wonderful location. Walkable to the beach and a quick trip in the car to just about anything else you may need. Very quiet neighborhood, and the house has just about all the amenities you could wish for at a beach house.

Great location and house!

I’ve been coming to this area for years with my husband and his family, who are all from Rhode Island. This house was the closest to the beach we’ve ever stayed! We loved the outdoor shower, beautiful yard, and outdoor patio. We stayed in the house just the two of us so had plenty of room to relax and work as well. The house had everything to make it a comfortable stay.

Sweetest, cleanest home away from home!

Our family had such a wonderful time in the house! With three kiddos under 5 it was perfect- safe, clean and welcoming. The back yard is a wonderful shaded retreat in the evening and the outdoor shower was so enjoyable! Such a great neighborhood, and close to lots of activities/restaurants/stores. The only element of our stay that didn’t work out exactly as we had hoped was the beach access. While the distance itself to the private beach is absolutely walkable, with no dedicated sidewalk or area to park at the entry point, it was a bit intimidating to make the walk and share the road with vehicles. Though the drivers were very courteous and slowed down when they saw us, we definitely stayed on alert. The beach itself is stunning though and we had plenty of space for relax and enjoy time with our family once we got there. Carly and her team were incredibly helpful and responsive- we definitely were able to bring home memories for years to come!

Perfect Vacation

This was our first beach rental for our family and it was amazing! The house was perfect. Everything was clean when we got there, the beds were so comfortable and with a bad back this was amazing. The walk to the beach was doable with our little ones in a wagon and the outdoor shower was a great bonus! The house backs up into the woods for privacy and our family enjoyed lobster dinners on the deck and movie nights in the central AC! We will definitely be back next year!

Great family vacation

Perfect for our family of 4

This was just what we were looking for: an easy bike ride to Kelly Beach for my husband and me and our two kids (13 and 17). The central AC, dishwasher, outdoor shower, and dining set up on the deck made it even better. Space would be tight for a larger group (especially with the 1 bathroom) but it was perfect for us. It was so easy to communicate with the property manager.

Great location!

Great location and a reasonable walk to the beach. Beach was close enough a nine year-old did it without complaining. Close drive to a good amount of amenities. The property was pretty nice overall, but could us a bit of sorting on some of the details.

Just right

It was a great break from quarantine- we enjoyed Kelly Beach. It was a short walk and an even shorter bike ride. Strongly encourage bringing bikes- made the trip back and forth to the beach super easy. House was clean and just the right size- the extra outdoor shower was great. The hosts had a management company were very responsive. Enjoyed the extra touch when we arrived- has a nice welcome kit to get our stay started with snacks and paper goods.

Perfect Vacation Home

This house was perfect for my family. It was spacious and comfortable. We loved using the outdoor shower and deck as well. Location was great, a short drive/walk to the beach. We would definitely come back!

great vacation stay!

Simple, clean home lots of light and laid out nicely. Beautiful deck bordering nature preserve. Quiet neighborhood, owners are quiet responsive and helpful.

Very pleasant stay

The property was very nice - exactly as advertised, and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well furnished. Despite the heat and humidity, the air conditioners kept the home nice and cool. Nice touch when we arrived - the music was on, welcoming us in. The owners / managers were a pleasure to deal with - pleasant, and very responsive. Any down sides? not really - just the annoyance of having to pay $ 125 for linens - sheets, towels and pillowcases (which are often included in other properties) . However, we were fully informed about that fee before signing the contract. I would recommend future guests bringing their own.
