Beautiful property, very spacious and welcoming. Kitchen is fully equipped and the owners do a great job making your stay very comfortable. Waterfall on the pool was not working which was a little disappointing because it shows a waterfall when booking other than that a very nice property our stay was amazing.

Everything about this home was perfect! It was just the right size for our family! The amenities were perfect and the pool was used from the time we got up until bedtime. The kitchen had everything we could possibly use and the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. We couldn’t have wished for anything more for our family vacation!

We had an amazing stay at Hululani. We have stayed in Kauai a number of times before but this was the best accommodation. The yard and views are incredible and made for great family photos. The house annd pool are exactly what it looks like in the photo. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Eight of us spent six lovely nights in Princeville this summer. It was our second time renting the house and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The home is bigger than the pictures look and the views are more incredible. The kids (11-16) loved the pool & spa and the adults couldn’t get enough of the views of Hanalei Bay from the 2nd floor.Kauai Vacation Rental company is quick to respond to questions / requests via text or phone calls. They really go out of their way to make sure you love your stay.Couldn’t recommend this home more and hope to return again the next time we visit Kauai.

The location of this home was absolutely fantastic and made our trip very special. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do while still feeling private, peaceful, and relaxing. The property itself is beautiful, with lovely tropical landscaping. The highlight for us was definitely the pool and hot tub. The pool area was amazing—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The home is well stocked with beach equipment including umbrellas, chairs, and coolers, which made beach days very easy. The property manager next door was friendly and responsive. Overall, this was a wonderful home in an excellent location. The views alone are worth every penny. We would absolutely stay here again and again.

We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and the pool. We had never been to Kauai before so we did not know what to expect. The plan community of Princeville is a nice place to stay great walking paths and very centrally located to many beaches as well as restaurants and shopping.We would love to go back again

Relaxation at it’s Best

The property was wonderful. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Everyone was able to gather together for family time as well as ample spaces to spread out and enjoy personal relaxation time. The views here are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so relaxing. The home is completely furnished with everything you can imagine to enjoy your getaway. We truly enjoyed our seven days in Paradise!

Amazing home, views and location

Spent a week here with my family of 7 adults and a 2 year old. The house has everything you need along with the most incredible views of Hanalei Bay. The back yard is gorgeous and the location to Hanalei is a short 6 minute drive. Will definitely be back.,,,my family loved it and we all had plenty of space to hang out. Bedrooms were very large and spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and more. Awesome rental!

Not the most modern and you have to drive (short drives!) to beaches, but highly recommended.

Hululani is Heaven

We loved Hululani! The home was immaculate and very good kitchen. Close to Hanalei and many stores. We had plenty of room to spread out, enjoyed the pool and property. Would love to visit again! Kauai is so beautiful! Thames the property manager was very helpful and responsive. We had fun playing ping pong and Bocce Ball in the yard. House had everything for beach days!

The Best Vacation Spot

We had been to Kauai in the past and stayed in Princeville. This time it was me, my husband, 29 year old daughter, 29 year old son in law, 18 month old grandson, 21 year old daughter and her boyfriend. This house was PERFECT!!!! We loved every second of it. It had everything you needed and the location was perfect. The views were the best I have ever had at any vacation home. We even changed our family photos from the beach to the backyard. We hope to visit again! Mahalo!

It has all the amenities you need if you plan to cook at the house along with a tons of beach supplies in the garage. The pool in the back of the house with tremendous views of the mountains behind Hanalei cannot be beat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been to the north shore of Kauai five prior times. This by far is the best place that I have ever stayed at. The views were fantastic! The house is located in a peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. I arrived to an immaculate, clean home with upgraded kitchen appliances and every possible item that one would need to make wonderful meals. The owners have the home personally decorated with their own artwork. The pool is a salt water pool and was very gentle on the skin. The contact person, Thames, is great! He lives just across the street. The housekeeper, Monica, was also wonderful. Both have been with the owner for many years. Kauai Vacation Rentals was quick to respond and let me in before check in time, because I had groceries. I read several prior reviews where some people were not happy that you could not walk to the beach. You actually could, but it would be a very long walk. It is a short drive to all of the beaches that one would want to go to. I would like to point out that you are far better in a quiet house in this neighborhood, than you would be right on the beach. I am already in the process of booking another visit to this beautiful, special home.
