Denna fullt utrustade lägenhet med ett sovrum är ett kvarter från Champs Elysees stängd till Franklin Roosevelt tunnelbanestation. Det ligger på den första nivån (andra amerikanska) i en byggnad från XIX-talet med endast utsikt över innergården och är därför tyst. Byggnaden är mycket säker och har en hiss. en fullständig renovering avslutades i april 2016.

Det ena sovrummet består av ett vardagsrum med en soffa som sover två, ett sovrum med king size-säng (180 * 200 cm eller 72 * 80 tum) ett skrivbordshörn och en stor garderob, ett badrum med badkar / dusch, toaletter, handfat , ett fullt utrustat kök med en tvättmaskin / torktumlare och ett bord för fyra.

Lägenheten kommer med gratis telefon till 80 länder inklusive Nordamerika och Australien, gratis Wi-Fi, gratis kabel-TV.

Den allomfattande veckovisa hyran täcker sängkläder och handdukar.

Platsen är mycket bekväm att turnera i Paris. Det är gångavstånd (mindre än tio minuter) till Champs Elysees (exakt 4 minuter), Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, Rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees presidentpalats eller Madeleine / Opera. Det är en härlig promenad (mindre än 30 minuter) eller en kort direktresa med tunnelbanan (mindre än 5 minuter) till Eiffeltornet, Louvren. Franklin Roosevelt, närmaste tunnelbanestation är på linje 1 och 9.

Området är mycket säkert. Det är här de flesta av de fyra stjärnor hotell i Paris ligger. Det finns ett brett utbud av restauranger och ett antal stormarknader i närområdet

Great Place in Paris

Olivier met us on our arrival. Recommended a fab bakery just down the street. Place was clean and location was convenient to access all of Paris.

Parfait!

Excellent location - close to several public transportation stations that allow easy access to the entire city! The apartment was perfect for our visit to the Paris 2024 Paralympics!

Olivier went above and beyond in helpfulness, even when we called because we didn’t know how to unlock the door. The location and apartment are both fantastic!! The security of the courtyard was very nice.

Great pkace

This is a great place. It took four adults comfortable, but two slept on the fold-out sofa. It’s close to everything we need and close to the metro so we could get anywhere with ease. Olivier was very communicative and responded quickly to questions.

Great Amenities and Super Host

We were delighted to be greeted by Olivier at the apartment. The apartment had great amenities in the kitchen including a washer and drier. The set back from the street meant that evenings were quiet. Overall, a great location.

Lovely cozy apparent in fabulous location.

Incroyable!

This apartment was a lovely, comfortable place to stay. We were in a great location a couple of blocks from the Champs Elysées where my niece was able to do her Parisian shopping! It was located close to bakeries and wonderful restaurants. I would stay here again without question. The check in process was seamless as well.

Exactly as depicted

Host met me at the property and walked me through how to access the property and the appliances. Great communication overall. My only complaint was the quality of the bath towels. We actually went out and purchased our own set.

Rue Colisee apt.

We had a great time. The apt is close to Champs Elysee with many restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies around. It overlooks a beautiful private courtyard. Olivier was very helpful.

Excellent location

The place isn’t fancy, but it is absolutely perfect. Has what ya need and is walking distance to everything. Great kitchen and amenities. Enough hot water for two to shower. Laundry machine takes a little getting used to but works well. The court yard can be noisy some days. Bed is a bit hard, but definitely recommend this spot and look forward to visiting again.

Great location, cool building

Property is secure and clean. WIFI worked well. TV took a little trial and error, but we didn't watch it much. No a/c for cooling and only one fan, so a bit stuffy with the high temps, but typical of area/age of building. A little wear and tear and quirks with age of property, but all manageable. Very easy to hear neighbors, but overall was quiet enough it wasn't a problem.

A great pied a terre in Paris

The apartment is exactly as described, no surprises. Olivier explained it well. The pull-out bed is OK for young children, but not as comfortable for adults. The fans and windows were OK for moderate summer heat. We got bitten numerous times by mosquitos in the apartment. Keeping the bathroom window closed helped. You need to plan your clothes washing as each load takes a long time.

Fantastique!

It is the ideal living experience in Paris - tall ceilings and doors, 2 sets of French doors leading outside, historic oak herringbone flooring and original hardware mixed with modern updates. All nestled into a very quiet courtyard and behind locked gates. The whole building is very quiet. You only hear the neighbors on the stairs as they go to work. The location is perfect - in the 8th A. and just a couple blocks from the Champs Elysees. Very safe neighborhood with lots of dining/food shopping options. Metro is nearby. There is lots of storage - 3 large closets with shelving - which is unusual for Paris. Huge kitchen. King size bed which you don't find in Paris. My only suggestion is that a few pieces of wall decor would make the apartment complete. The host had excellent communication skills and was prompt in returning texts. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

A nightmare!

Let me start by saying that I have never left a bad review for any of our stays. This stay turned out aweful though. The apartment is in a good location and it does make you feel secure since you have to use two keypad locks and one key locked door to access. It has decent furnishing and is very close to several metro lines and the Champs-Elysées. Now for the bad (for us): When we stayed, there was a lot of work going on on the exterior. Men would arrive each morning at 630AM (NOT when we wanted to wake up on vaca) to start working on the scaffolding on the outside of the windows that we were sleeping 2 feet from. They were hammering, scraping, talking and shouting. The noise level was ridiculous! This went on every morning! On the weekend, the main breaker constantly tripped and had to be reset. On day 5 of 7, the tiny front load washing machine locked in the closed position with clothes inside. I ran the load again to see if it just malfunctioned. It still wouldn't open. I had to slide a shoestring into the door jam to pull the latch back and open it. We returned that dayin the evening from being in town to find the apartment filled with fumes from the work the men were doing on the outside of the windows! The adults in our party had headaches within 30 minutes. We had 2 toddlers and we refused to stay! We had enough! We quickly packed up and booked a last minute hotel nearby for our last two nights (costing me $2500!) and we left! I reached out to try to get a refund for the 2 nights we weren't going to be using and told the manager what all had happened. He said they would refund 100 Euros. That was not enough to me. The next day I was told that I would not receive a refund AND I would have to pay to fix the washing machine that broke from NORMAL USE while we were there!! This place may look good but, at least for us, it felt like a trap that really messed up our lifelong dream trip to Paris!
