Köket har vackra massiva träskåp, granitbänkar och apparater i rostfritt stål ... det är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att njuta av din semester. En mycket stor tvättstuga finns utanför köket med en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Vardagsrummet har gott om bekväma sittplatser och en stor HDTV. Vardagsrummet har utsikt över stranden och har tillgång till främre däck på bukten. Matsalbordet har fyra och fler sittplatser finns i köksbaren.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, privat master-bad, stor HDTV med DVD-spelare och tillgång till det stora bukten vid bukten!

Sovrum # 2 har en king size-säng, stor HDTV med DVD-spelare, tillgång till ett semi-privat badrum (har också gästtillgång i hallen).

Sovrum 3 har två över två enkelsängar, kojer och en HDTV med DVD-spelare.

Seawind condo experience

We really enjoyed the Seawind 1708 condo. Everything worked great, place was clean, great supply of linens for our stay. Management was quick to respond when called. We’d love to stay here next year!

We love the Seawinds. We have stayed here on 3 different vacations and all were wonderful. The rental company is fabulous and always in contact with you should you need anything. We definitely will stay here again.

Elevators were a little problem. Was ambiguous as to how to keep the door open until all parties were on. Sign should be on the outside as most people were using their hand to hold the door open which messed the doors up. Room was very clean and roomy. We had a great time. Loved sitting outside on the balcony but didn't really like the chairs. Everything worked well and no other complaints.

Best vacation in years.

The only bad thing about this trip was leaving. We were there during hurricane Francine, but the property managers were in contact with us about conditions and storm prep. All in all, the condo was clean, the views were amazing. I recommend getting to the balcony around 9:30-10 am that's when you can really see the dolphins. The Shrimp Basket had the best seafood.

Beautiful view!!

Everything was amazing!! The communication with them was the best! They were very helpful and they quickly responded whenever I needed help. Restaurants were super close to the condo and there was a small market in front of the condo which was great ! The view was amazing, everything was super great and clean. My family loved going to the balcony and watching the sunset!!

Great location and priced just right!

We visit GS every summer for our family vacation. This was our second time to stay in the Seawind Condos and I think it will be our go to place. 1708 was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. Really liked the wagon, beach chairs, and other beach items that were available for our use in the laundry room. We even added to the items and left 3 unopened floats for the next guest!

A little disappointed

We chose this particular property because of the pools, especially the inside pool since we knew it might be a little cool. The pools had bugs all in them and no one would get in them. When 11 and 12 year old boys refuse to swim in them you know they’re bad. I asked the question would there be enough towels and wash cloths. I was assured there would be but we might want to bring beach towels which I totally understood. There was enough towels and wash cloths for everyone to have ONE so we spent a lot of time washing towels. Had I been told that I would have brought some from home.

Beachfront but could be better

The property reviews were very accurate. The main issues we had were with the cleanliness of the unit. The floors needed to be mopped, many of the dishes were dirty and several of the drawers had sand in them. The condo pools were DIRTY. The children’s pool had green mold in areas, sandy/cloudy water and food floating in it/on the deck. Also the elevators are a nightmare at times but I could tell the property management was trying their best to alleviate any issues. The view from the unit was beautiful and made up for several shortcomings.
