Vackert renoverad och uppdaterad med nya apparater och bekväma vardagsrumsmöbler !!

Kul för hela familjen, vår enhet ligger nära stora shoppingplatser, restauranger, biografer, centrum av Destin och bäst av allt har UTROLIG full fri utsikt över bukten.

Vårt övre (fjärde) våningen, hörnenheten i den främsta byggnaden vid viken och har utsikt över poolen. Detta är vad du kom till stranden för !! Med helt nya möbler tror du inte att detta är en hyra. Vi ville att vår enhet ska vara exceptionell och har skapat ett mycket speciellt hem hemifrån för dig att njuta av.


Maravilla Beachfront Resort är ett 33. 7 tunnland stort samhälle av främsta fastigheten i Gulf of Gulf på Scenic Highway 98. Det finns 2. 5 tunnland deeded Gulf Front Park, din egen privata tillgång till stranden, två lyxiga pooler, tennis och shuffleboard domstolar, och ett klubbhus med träningsrum.

Om du uppskattar god smak, städning nya madrasser, nya sovrumssembler, alla nya möbler, nya mattor, nya fönsterbehandlingar, nya köksapparater) och FANTASTISKA vyer över viken är detta din nästa semestermål.

Ett paraply och två stolar ingår i varje hyresdag från mitten av mars till 31 oktober av vår professionella strandservice.

Amazing condo! It is updated and you can’t beat the view! It’s a corner unit so you only have neighbors on one side! Only downside is you do have to get to the beach early to get chairs in the front row, but it’s worth it!

There were 3 of us but easily could have accommodated 4...plenty of everything you need...view and location is gr8...facilities at maravilla are just the right amount...easy check in and out..lived the added bonus of the beach club.. definitely coming back!

Great location, great communication. Was exactly as advertised. Host was extremely supportive and even when we had an issue with the TV it was fixed the very next morning. Would definitely stay again.

Pleased with access to beach. Unit was clean and well stocked for cooking. First time we’ve stayed across the street from the beach. View was great and access was easy. Pool was great! Would stay again for sure!

Our unit had the best view of the beach and water. We enjoyed the umbrella and chair set up offered, thr large pool and grilling out one evening.

Great proximity to the beach

Beautiful location. Condo was as described in listing. Could use a set of actual drinking glasses, we do no enjoy drinking out of plastic. We sis leave a couple of wine glasees that we purchased for the next guests :)

Panhandle Get-A-Way

The location for everything possible was excellent. A lot of things to do. Beach & pool right there. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. You could walk or bike for miles in any direction. Very dog friendly which was an added plus for us. Only drawback was that the exterior of the building was in the process of a major renovation and the noise was terrible from grinding and misc. construction. No fault of VRBO. However, I wish they would've advertised that was going on. We might of then switch to another property. The condo on the inside could use a little tlc upgrade (shower & tub). Overall, the condo was very clean. We would stay there again if choosing that part of Florida again.

Lovely, Convenient Condo

The condo was clean and stocked with the necessities. I liked the key pad and not having to keep up with a key. A great ocean view, coupled with its being close to at least three good eating places, and its being pet friendly made this a great place for me to vacation. I would love to return.

Perfect Location!

We like to visit Maravilla in the winter months. This condo's location being the end unit on the 4th floor, has more windows giving more views from the condo. Also, being able to sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean, enjoy the sunshine, sunrise, and sunset was an added plus. The elevator access for this condo made it easy to come and go. We would visit this condo again!

Perfect spring getaway

The condo has a great ocean and pool view. I could see the waves from sitting on the couch or cooking in the kitchen even. The extra east windows offered morning sunlight. The internet was lightening fast and allowed me to work and stream videos. The condo was also super quiet and well equipped for dining in. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. There’s a bike path along scenic gulf boulevard that made it easy for taking my dog for walks and riding rental bikes.

Mirimar Beach - Maravilla 2413 "Dog Friendly"

Property was great, as advertised. It was however very misleading to say you have 2.5 acres of deeded gulf property, implying that we could take our dog on the beach. The fact is only property owners in the County can register their dogs to walk on the beach. The police ran us off the first day of our trip. This was very embarrassing. The saving grace was a nearby Dog Park on the Bay.

Great Stay!

Overall good experience. Bunk bed sheets were full of sand and food crumbs from previous stay. Electrical outlets did not work in both bathrooms making it difficult to blow dry and style your hair. Elevator closest to our unit was out of order 4 out of the 7 days of our stay. Could have used an extra trash bag and additional toilet paper as a convenience. Overall, great view from balcony and Destin was a great destination. Thanks for letting us stay!
