Perfekt för liten familj eller 2 par ... eller ett enda par som vill ha rum att vandra. 5 max Dekorerat mitten av Ärhundradet modernt för att passa hemmet. (Vi har ocksÄ ett nytt ombyggt hem som vi slutade förra sommaren med liknande funktioner. Om du inte hittar datumen vill du kolla in det. VRBO # 1379416.)

Stora ombyggnaderna slutfördes sen vÄren 2016. High end funktioner, inte din vanliga semesteruthyrning i detta omrÄde. 1100 kvadratmeter öppen planlösning med stort 2 bilmonterat garage. Allt helt nytt inklusive alla apparater, inventarier, möbler, sÀngar, sÀngklÀder etc. 2BR, 1 & 1/2 bad.

Central luft. Alla nya elektriska, VVS och mekaniska, allt till modern kod för din sÀkerhet och komfort.

Kabelinternet (100 Mbps wifi), Netflix, Hulu live, Amazon Prime och Pandora ingÄr.

2 nÀstan identiska sovrum (12 x 12) med stora garderober. 1 stort spa-liknande bad (8 x 10) med stort badkar / dusch combo. 2 diskbÀnk pÄ 8 fot rÀknare. TvÀttmaskin i full storlek och torr pÄ bottenvÄningen nÀra halva badrummet i garaget.

Bra vattenutsikt frÄn stora bildfönster. Mycket trevligt vÀlutvecklad vÀgpark över tvÀrs över gatan med picknickbord och tillgÄng till vatten pÄ West Bay om du tar med kajaker.

Brett djupt parti med mogna trÀd. Huset ligger tillbaka frÄn vÀgen med lÄng cirkel-enhet för sÀkra utgÄngar.

Stor mycket privat skuggad bakgÄrd med ny stor betong uteplats, grill och eldstad ... lugn..vacker pÄ ett mycket enkelt sÀtt med massor av myrten och murgröna. Vintage Woodard matsats. Hög brant trÀd tÀckt kulle utanför trÀdgÄrden utan hus ovan (vi Àger toppen av kullen för nÄgot liknande en annan 400ft). KlÀttra om du vill titta runt.

Ytterligare en uteplats utanför med bord för tvÄ .... morgonkaffe, soluppgÄng över bukten.

NÀra till centrum TC och mycket bekvÀmt att utforska alla de fantastiska saker Leelanau County har att erbjuda.

This is our third time staying in Tammy’s home and it was just as great this time. She has thoughtfully stocked the house with everything you could need for your time in TC. She always messages a few days before check in to see if we need the rollaway bed or anything else to make our stay comfortable. Her attention details and caring nature has brought us back time and time again. Book a stay here in any season, and you’ll be glad you did.

Our entire experience was fantastic. Our host, Tammy was personable and communicative. The location was perfect - set between Suttons Bay and TC we had all the options for food, drinks, entertainment and shopping. The home was clean, bright, comfortable and gorgeous. The outdoor setting with private backyard was inviting - even in late November. We also enjoyed the lake access across the street. Not only did it make for a beautiful view from inside the home but also allowed for some fun exploration during the day. Our group of 4 truly loved this rental. Thank you for sharing it with us!

We loved our stay here! It's in a prime location, has a gorgeous backyard, and is steps away from the bay! The bedrooms were great with lots of closet storage space, charging ports at each night stand, plus extra blankets if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

The place was exactly as pictured and loved the way it was decorated! It was just enough space for my husband, me, and his mom. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were super nice. I loved sitting on the couch and watching the bay across the street. Also, easy access to a small park across the street. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard, but having the fire pit set up and ready for us was a nice touch. We also enjoyed having access to the garage, especially since it was raining for most of our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was perfection!!! Tammy has done an unbelievable job with renovations and making this a beautiful home!!! We have stayed at her other home and it is just as beautiful. It is very obvious she is a top notch host and wants to ensure your stay is perfect. The home was very clean and had everything we needed!! The backyard is huge and a great place to hang out. The views from the front are amazing!! The beach access is right across the road. Communication with Tammy was super easy.There is not a single thing I would change - it was perfect!! We will stay at her properties next year and for years to come!!Thank you Tammy for being amazing and sharing this gem with us!!!

We’ve stayed here once before in the winter and loved it and this time was even better. Tammy has thought of everything and made our stay so comfortable. We will be back again for sure. Also, the road side park across the street had a cute little beach where we were able to launch our SUP. Book a stay here, you won’t regret it!

Lovely Stay in Traverse City

The property is gorgeous with a true mid century vibe. It’s in a great location with amazing views of the bay. The home was very well stocked and would be a great place for families to stay.

Great well appointed family home, would return!

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was perfect for our family of 4. We loved how the home was styled and there were many nice touches throughout. The home was well stocked with the essentials which is always helpful and never guaranteed in a VRBO. There was a bottle of champagne chilling for us when we arrived which was so nice, as was the stocked firewood for a bonfire which we did two nights. Nice updated appliances and home, large garage which had some beach toys and chairs available for use. The location was great - just far away enough from downtown, and we easily toured both peninsulas. The beach area across the street was great for the kids to play and swim after a busy day. Good communication from the host. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again!

Clean and Cozy Stay!

I stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon, Tammy was extremely quick to respond and helpful. The home was spacious and clean, very well stocked with anything you can think of. It was just perfect for what we needed! Tammy had left us some nice goodies in the fridge as a honeymoon gift as well which was incredibly sweet of her, we would definitely stay at Tammy’s property again.

I've lived in Traverse City my whole life and my husband since 1988. We live on West Bay Shore Dr just down the road. This is our first rental property and we are excited to help you have a great experience in and around Traverse City. We have lots of local knowledge and advice to offer.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Great location for experiencing everything Traverse City and Leelanau county have to offer. Minutes from downtown Traverse City. Easy drive to many local wineries and beaches or day trips to Suttons Bay, Leland, Glen Arbor, and Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore.

Close to TART trail. Bike to Suttons Bay for lunch. Unfortunately M22, aka West Bay Shore is not safe for biking so you'll need a bike carrier. We do have a few extra bikes, bike trailer, and tag-a-long to lend if needed. Highly recommend biking the TART trail and Heritage Trail at Sleeping Bear.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Across street from a very nice roadside park on West Bay. Not much of a beach but OK spot to launch kayak or get your feet wet if you want.

Set back from the road on a nice deep lot with circle drive for easy in and out even with your boat in tow. Large 2 car garage can accommodate a 23 ft boat and trailer if under 7 ft tall.

Launch your boat at 4 different sites only a few minutes away. 2 on West Bay. Head over to West End Beach or Clinch Park or run out to Power Island.

Or explore Lake Leelanau, Stop at the sand bar across from the nearby launch on South Lake Leelanau for awhile then head north through the narrows to North Lake Leelanau and head into Leland. Park your boat at "The Riv" and have an awesome dinner on the back patio overlooking the river. Back home before sunset.

Or hit nearby Cedar Lake, small and smooth with slalom course if you're into water skiing.
