Lägenheten ligger i centrum, intill katedralen i den gode herden nära Playa de La Concha och Gamla Stan, tre minuters promenad från busstationen och tåg. Det har nyligen renoverats. Första våningen i en byggnad med hiss. Den har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, två sovrum, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, badrum med dusch och öppet kök med vitvaror och köksutrustning. Parkering 12 € / dag på begäran.

Vår lägenhet ligger i hjärtat av staden, intill katedralen i "Good Shepherd", mycket nära till stranden La Concha och Gamla stan. En tre minuters promenad från buss och tåg. Det har-nyligen renoverats. Första våningen i en byggnad med hiss. Den har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, sovrum med två sängar, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, badrum med dusch och öppet kök, utrustat med apparater och redskap komplett. Dag på begäran Parkering

Wonderful sot for family

We loved the location - easy to walk out to the beach, stroll into Old Town, and grab groceries or window shop. We really appreciated having a proper kitchen so we could cook meals as a family after long days exploring.

Perfect family spot

Mikel was an amazing host. The apartment is in a great location that’s an easy walk to La Concha and the Old Town. Perfect spot for our family of four.

Comfortable apartment in great location

We enjoyed Mikel’s comfortable apartment. It was close to everything and had several good restaurants nearby. Also was a short walk to the beach and the old town.

We had the best time and the best experience here. The host went above and beyond to book us a private boat experience with Luis, and it was the highlight of our trip. Sailing from San Sebastian to France was amazing! Will stay here again- next time we will bring our kids.

Lovely spaceous Apartment in a central neighborhood

Mikel and his brother in law, Anders were most helpful with apt. entry, parking and recommendations both in the neighborhood and beyond. They were very responsive to every question I had. The apartment was spaceous and clean. Some parts of it were a little tired in wear but all was functional. The apt. is not air conditioned but it is very cool. The listing states it has a dryer but it only has a washer...so leave time for your clothes to hang on the line. It is quiet as it faces the back courtyard but residents sometimes hang out in the courtyard and you can hear them. The neighborhood is central and San Sebastián is small so it is very easy to walk everywhere. My only suggestion would be to leave some basics in the apt like tea or coffee for guests in the morning. Maybe laundry detergent. I travel with my own but I suspect not everyone does. All of this is not necessary but it would be a nice touch. I would stay here again.

Nice San Sebastián property!

My wife and I had a very nice five night stay at Mikel’s property. He met us at the corner restaurant as we arrived early and the apartment was still being cleaned. My wife had a question about the washer so he went back to the apartment, took a picture of the machine, came back to the restaurant and explained how it works. Service you rarely get from a corporate-owned entity. The apartment is large by European standards, very clean, and with a super comfortable mattress. Location is also great. Nice old stately neighborhood, and safe. A one minute walk to the river walkway, 5 minutes to a large grocery store, and 10 minutes to old town. One of the nicer apartments on our five week Spain and Portugal adventure. Thanks Mikel!!

Excellent location

The owner was very easy to communicate with. He also met me at the bus station to show me the way to the apartment. The place is very conveniently located, within walking distance of everything. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. It comfortably slept 3.

Great apartment at a great location

Mikel's apartment is conveniently located in the city centre. Within minutes you can walk towards the beach, the old town or just go for pintos around the corner. Mikel was a fantastic host and really made us feel at home.

Excelente ubicación, apartamento acogedor, limpio y amplio.

Mikel es un anfitrión super amable, desde el primer momento nos ofrecio facilidades a la hora de establecer la hora de llegada, nos informo sobre que visitar y lugares donde degustar los platos típicos de la zona. Muy pendiente en todo momento de nosotros. Es un anfitrión de 10. El apartamento es muy cómodo, la decoración y organización es muy acertada, limpio, grandes espacios, y silencioso. La ubicación es excelente. En resumen, cuando volvamos sin duda, volveremos a su apartamento. Gracias Mikel!!!

Loved San Sebastian and this apartment

This was a lovely apartment in an excellent location with tons of really good restaurants/bars/coffee within a block. The apartment is spacious and clean with lots of storage. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. It's conveniently located close to the train station and within easy walking distance to just about everything including shopping, parks, and sightseeing. Mikel was such an amazing host. Our flight to San Sebastian was cancelled, delaying us by several hours. He patiently waited for us, staying in contact, giving us tips, meeting us at the park so we knew exactly which bus to get on to go back to the airport, showed us around the town a bit while walking to the apartment, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time we were there. We would definitely stay here again, Thank you Mikel for making our stay so enjoyable!

Un sitio estupendo y un trato excepcional

La casa está muy bien ubicada, junto a la catedral. Es tal como se muestra en las imágenes y está dotada de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Por otra parte Mikel es un anfitrión excelente, nuestro viaje de llegada fue difícil y llegamos muy tarde y él estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo por si necesitabamos algo y tranquilizandonos en cuanto al horario. Repetiré seguro en cuanto vuelva a Donostia.
