3 sovrum fjällstuga 2 miles från Smuggler's Notch med utsikt över bergen, flera däck och spelrum. Fantastisk mysig och charm hela tiden. 8 sovplatser, två sovrum på andra våningen, ett med halvt badrum, balkong och queen size-säng. Andra sovrummet på övervåningen har dubbelsäng plus tvåbäddsrum. Fullt badrum och 3: e sovrummet på bottenvåningen. Hemmet görs helt om med nya köksapparater. Färdig promenad ut på lägre nivå med shuffleboard, Foosball, hockeyspel och kastböna. Obs: Vermont vinterfordon föreslog (4wd, AWD, bra snöar eller dubbar).

Very relaxing place to stay. Very clean and easy contact person for help. The downstairs Air Conditioner was not always reliable, but we were there during very high temps. All in all very worth the trip! Would be glorious in the fall or winter with those views

Thank you for the feedback on the cleanest and our excellent Property Manager Diane. Based on your feedback we are looking into the downstairs AC unit. Due to the excessive heat during your stay. I did monitor the temperature in the Chalet via the internet thermostat to make sure the temperature was at a comfortable level. Each time i checked, the indoor temperature was 67 digress with the outside temperatures near or exceeding 90 degrees. So, I assumed that everything was fine. In addition, I sent a preemptive email on how to best manage the AC in the Chalet for maximum efficiency. I hope this information helped with your stay at the Notch Chalet. Again, thank for the feedback and your stay at the Notch Chalet. Note: The internet thermostats are for the protection of the Chalet to notify me to avoid damage to the home from freezing or high humidity.

Great host! Lovely Chalet, warm and cozy. The game room was a nice bonus. The kids loved it. Diane was so nice, checked in to make sure everything was alright. Highly recommend!

Brought my 1 year old and 4 year old along with a friend. They had games in the basement to keep my ; year old busy, baby gates for my 1 year old and a pack and play. Super close to all the things we wanted to do (eat, drink, groceries, scenery, and tourist spots). Was very easy to communicate with the hosts.

We had an amazing time exploring VT, playing disc golf at smuggs and playing board games with our friends. Location was great and the chalet was very cozy.

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped house. The location is wonderful and both the host and property manager were terrific in answering all of our questions. We hope to return next summer to enjoy it all again.

Lovely, clean cabin

We had a great time here for a Thanksgiving weekend getaway. The cabin was well appointed and clean. The kids loved the game room in the basement and sledding on the hill out front!

Pros: great location, private, beautiful mountain views, close to waterfalls and amenities, roomy, plenty of supplies to last a week for a family of 4, games for kids, Cons: several items in the home were broken or needed to be replaced, AC is only available in 2 bedrooms, and chairs are needed on the upstairs balcony.

Anniversary trip

This place is more suited for families than a couple on a romantic getaway. The fireplace was the best part of this chalet. We did enjoy the game room a bit too, but some updating would definitely bring this place up to 5 stars for me. Great location!

Home away from home

We were thrilled with Smugglers' Notch Chalet! It was very clean, had everything we needed (and more). The location was beautiful! The chalet was exactly as presented on the website. We'll be back!

Fantastic House and stay

Our family had a wonderful time in Vermont and at the Notch Chalet. Every night the kids played downstairs while we relaxed by the fire! Loved all the comforts and quietness of the home.

We recently purchased The Notch Chalet to have a base of operations for potential retirement and to spend time with my son and daughter who live in the area. Shane and his wife and two girls live almost across the street and are owners of Knee Deep Farm (an organic vegetable farm). If you stand on the front deck, you can see their fields and see if they are working. Kelly, husband (both teachers) and son live in Plattsburgh, NY (a short 1.5 hour drive from the Notch Chalet. As a result of many ski trips and family visits (did I mention 3 grandchildren) to the area we also fell in love with the Vermont lifestyle and look forward to spending time at the Notch Chalet with family.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We fell in love with the property the moment we saw it. We had been searching for a home in the area to be near family and missed the first opportunity to purchase the Notch Chalet. When advised that the property was back on the market, we jumped on it. The home is perched on a hill with spectacular mountain views and convenient to several ski resorts in the winter and provides unlimited enjoyment in the Spring, Summer and Fall. The location provides access to skiing, disk golf , mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, antiquing, Burlington, Montreal, horseback riding: you name it. Or you can just sit on the deck and relax. The home has been recently upgraded with new kitchen appliances, baths, flooring, washer and dryer. The home is very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home.

Recently upgraded kitchen and baths with a walk out lower level game room. In the winter the property is only 2 miles from Smugglers Notch and when the Notch Rd. is open, 8 miles to Stowe. Walk to the Red Fox, a local restaurant with good food, bar and entertainment.
