I hjärtat av Destin har denna charmiga 3 Bedrm, 2 badrum lägenhet en öppen planlösning. Lägenheten fick nyligen några nya möbler och har målad helt för våra gäster. Njut av havsutsikten från vardagsrummet och öppen balkong. Befälhavaren har en drottningssäng och bifogat badrum med duschkabin. Sovrum 2 har en kung och sovrum 3 två dubbelsängar. Det andra hela badet har en dusch / badkarkombination. Med mat- och köksbord samt barstolar finns plats för 13 för att rymma större grupper. Köket är fullt utrustat med köksredskap och små apparater. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek finns tillgängliga i enheten för din bekvämlighet och det finns dubbla uppvärmnings / luftaggregat. Enheten har 4 TV-apparater och 2 DVD-spelare, gratis wifi och kabel-TV. Det finns en gångväg till stranden som ligger bara 125 meter bort. Pool, tennisbanor och ett gym med bastu finns på plats. Overall Great Stay

Easy 3 minute walk to the beach and the pool and workout room are an additional bonus. Great place for bringing friends.

Family Beach Vaca

The condo meet all our needs. Tvs had a blip in service but we was able to get those back up and going the next day. Master bedroom tv picture never would come on so not sure if it is a cable ussue or not.

Destin trip

It was as advertised. Beach is just a short distance across the parking lot, but beach view from the room. The free beach umbrella and chairs was an added perk. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Destin vacation!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect! Big kitchen, plenty of space to eat, breakfast was had on the patio, and everyone slept comfortably! Check in was an absolute breeze! One of the best stays we have had!

Amazing place!

We loved the spacious condo, the location was perfect, loved having a workout room to exercise in every day!! We have stayed in condominiums on either side of Shoreline Towers and it is by far the best! Loved being close to the beach! Enjoyed not having a long walk to get to the beach and not having to cross the road. Thanks for the beach umbrella and chair rental each day that saved us a lot. Will definitely check to see if this unit is available for our next stay!!

This unit was exactly as it was listed. Very nice condo! Jo was very nice and easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved our stay and had a blast. Can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing!!!

The condo is so so beautiful!!! The owners are wondeful people and so terrific with communication!! There is construction going on but it didnt bother us a bit. The owners let us know everything that was going on beforehand. We did talk to some other people staying there who were blindsided by the construction and very upset. We were so thankful we booked here, and they also gave us such an incredible deal ❤️ Absolutely would stay here again 💯

Disappointed

Construction started at 8am everyday, 1 of the 2 elevators were out of service and the construction workers tied the single elevator up during the day. The beds were were horrible to sleep on and the furniture was uncomfortable. For the price i would not recommend.

Condo was nice and spacious. The only issue was with the extent of the construction. Feel perhaps a bigger discount would be in order. Frequently waited while workers were using the elevators.

Nice Destin Condo

My family and I really enjoyed this condo. It was very spacious, clean and close to shops and restaurants. The beach wasn’t too overcrowded with clear water and soft, white sand!

Great corner unit with ocean view

We enjoyed this spacious unit for our stay. Very convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The dining and kitchen area is open to the living room and very spacious!

Great place to stay

Me and my family enjoyed our stay near the beach. Everything was so close to us the beach, restaurants, stores etc. Great customer service from the start thank you me and my family felt welcomed! Only complaint we had was that the beds were not that comfty and some rooms had a weird smell other than that we recommend this condo !

Beautiful view

It’s a beautiful condo. There were a few minor things, there was a molded washcloth in bathroom and balcony tile was broken. Outside housekeeping left a dirty rag for 4 days by steps. Also swept under bed and found someone’s glasses. But it’s a beautiful view and condo!

Great place to stay

Overall good stay. Only one issue that can be improved for next customers. The beds were not comfortable at all and as a result sleeping was an issue. The mattresses need to be changed. Thanks.

Family Wedding July 2022

The property is beautiful @ a premium price. But, needs to be updated. The mattresses are horrible and low. My parents are older and had a rough time getting up and down. The TV’s in the bedrooms were small (maybe 20-24 inch) and not smart TV’s. The couch leg was broke and wobbly. There was also a lot of construction on the property. Once off the elevator the railways covered in plastic and they were painting outside our unit most days. The pool area needs to be updated also. But, you can’t beat the beach access and that part of the beach is beautiful. The owner was very responsive and helpful.
