Amazing views of the Pacific ocean looking north and a green lawn in the foreground with the Anini coral reef below. Very cute beach-oriented interior. Parking close to the door and on the same level- no stairs to the unit. Trade winds and fans keep the place comfortably cool. Would stay here again!

Carrie could not have been more helpful. We enjoyed this very clean and bug free condo and plan to return. This location is exceptional for whale watching from either the lanai or on the chairs at the nearby cliff. Two beaches can be reached by some walking and more are within a twenty minute drive or less. The condo is ready for cooking or grilling outside.Thank you, Carrie!

The location is the biggest draw. The balcony offers unobstructed views of the ocean. The building is curved in such a fashion that it offers a fair amount of privacy.Everything else about the unit was great, as well. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen which was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms clean.It was all good.

As advertised, views, from every room.Great place to unwind after a long day of hiking. Lots of neighbors but pleasantly quiet for the amount of people.

Pics don't do the view justice. It was "hot and humid" the whole time we were here and the lack of AC wasn't a big deal at all. Place is dated, but who cares. A great jumping off spot for all the Kuai north side spots. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Relaxing time in kauai

Excellent place to stay. Only problem is we were hoping for a refund of our money we needed to pay for damage problems that never occured.

Hi James, I’m not sure what you’re referring to as your entire $350 security deposit was refunded on March 22, 2025. I never reported any damage and VRBO does not keep the damage deposit unless I report damage. Please look at your credit card as the full amount is most definitely there.
