Superb location overlooking Santo Tomas, with excellent accommodation, and all the comforts of home.

This is the second year we have stayed at Villa Paraiso. We enjoyed it just as much this year as last. It is a sublime villa, positioned up a hill, not overlooked (ensuring a privacy in all key areas of the house), with comforts of home and care given to the choices of decorations to ensure one feels also a touch of panache. Pool is amazing. Good kitchen and dining room — and also table outside on upstairs balcony for ensuring one is never faced with difficulty if there is interest in staying in and never leaving the villa to eat out. We felt happy to ‘hang’ — rather than head out — on most of our days, lazying the time away and enjoying the views. The owner clearly takes pride in the upkeep of the house. We cannot recommend enough Villa Paraiso.

Amazing April preseason stay

Lovely villa with great views and layout. Virginia was a helpful manager who provided great info (and heaters when requested). We even swam in the pool in April. It was almost enjoyable thanks to the solar panel heating.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern für 1 Woche in der Villa Paraiso. Für uns der perfekte Platz mit viel Privatheit, nahe der schönsten Buchten und Strände und einem unglaublichen Ausblick. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!!

An impressive villa but a couple of issues.

Car essential. Good supermarkets are not nearby so be prepared for a drive. Have to keep a very close eye on children around the driveway area as there is a low wall 0.5m surrounding the front of the property with a 5m drop onto stone tiles. The pool was too cold to use but that was probably due to the tune of year we went at end of May. With the above issues we still had an amazing time and what spectacular views !

Silly things that could be improved. Cleaners were still at the villa on arrival. No welcome

The villa is lovely. Just needs a personal warm welcome. As it has a pool we thought beach towels would be provided. ( on request they were provided) With villas of this quality a little welcome basket is usually set out - a few coffee pods were left. Just hand soap in the bathrooms. Just lacked a caring touch.

Casa con vista espectacular y bien mantenida

Villa Paraiso es una casa muy bien mantenida. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y una vista maravillosa. Tiene una cocina completa con electrodomesticos y aparatos. Los dueños mantienen muy bien la casa y la piscina, todo esta muy limpia. No hay aire acondicionado pero hay ventiladores y buen corriente de aire. Está en Santo Tomas que tiene acceso a unas de las mejores playas de la isla.

Sublime

What a sublime week we have had at Villa Paraiso. The property is extremely well situated. While there are properties above and below, one does not feel overlooked in the least, given the way the building is structured -- creating totally privacy and seclusion. Furnishings were great. Kitchen facilities superb for those who wish to eat in, as we often did at lunch, and for each dinner. Plenty of open space, inside and out. Well looked after gardens. An absolutely lovely pool, and gardens which are being further developed, to complement those trees and bushes already on site. We will happily return to Villa Paraiso and cannot recommend it enough to families, couples, or even a single traveller who wants a property which is a large size three bedroom but with a comfortable, cozy, easy feel. A huge thumbs up.

Superbe séjour

Belle maison agréable à vivre avec une belle vue. Pas de climatisation mais cela ne nous a pas manqué, maison bien aménagée et propre. Propriétaire gentille. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Absolutely wonderful

Traumhafte Zeit auf Menorca

Wir haben in diesem traumhaften Haus einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr ruhig, der Ausblick wunderschön und das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt; für unseren nächsten Urlaub würden wir uns nur Einhebelmischer in den Bädern wünschen.

vacaciones perfecto!!!

perfecto!!!! un propriedad muy muy limpia con mucho confort ,un vista spectaculare, mucho espacio, los cameres et terrazes muy agradable,el pool impia y en buen estado tambien la cocinar. Solamento el grille es un poco simple y dificil a usar.Todo por vacaciones perfectos. Perdone que mi espagnol es muy malo!!

Fantastic July in Menorca

We really enjoyed this villa. The place where it is located (up in a hill with wonderful sea views -even when you are swimming in the pool you can see the sea). Also the urbanization where the villa is located is very peaceful, walking distance to the beach and the beach (Binigaus) is one of the best, if not the best in Menorca. The villa is better in reality than in the pictures, and also it is better after you are there a couple of days than the first impression. At first sight there are too many doors and too many floors but if you keep them all open the house is always ventilated with a beautiful breath from any side: South, West, East and sea views from all rooms. We will certainly go back next year if the place is still for rent.

What a great place!

J ai passé avec mon ami 8 jours de rêve a Minorque dans cette villa paradisiaque. Rien a rajouter : du pur bonheur. Une villa de reve !

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans la villa de Virginia en Avril. Il n’y a rien à redire pour cette incroyable maison très lumineuse, tranquille, spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. C’est un lieu magique qui nous laissera un souvenir inoubliable. Nous avons adoré les multiples terrasses, l’orientation de la maison et la superbe vue. La baignade dans la magnifique piscine est un bonheur. La mer est à deux pas, on y trouve une grande plage de sable et un très sympathique restaurant de plage qui est ouvert même en Avril. Sant Tomas est aussi le départ de sentiers pédestres pour des criques à l’Est comme à l’Ouest. C’est aussi un emplacement central pour visiter l’île. Ajoutons que vous pourrez vous relaxer le soir dans un super fauteuil de massage en cuir rouge après vos ballades dans cette belle île de Minorque. NOUS RECOMMANDONS CETTE VILLA ++++++ Merci pour tout Virginia et à bientôt !!!

En un mot: parfait!

Nous avons séjourné à Villa Paraiso pendant 8 jours et avons été comblés. L'environnement est très calme (sans être isolé), privilégié... La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse avec sa vue magnifique ainsi que la belle piscine. Quant à la situation géographique, Sant Tomas est l'emplacement idéal pour découvrir les quatre coins de l'île.

Amazing villa

This villa is amazing, the pictures do not do it any favours. When you arrive it completely blows you away. The villa itself is at the top of a very steep hill so a car is required, but once you get to the top the views are worth it. The villa is very private and is surrounded by trees and is very quiet. The pool area is lovely and clean with 6 sun beds it has a lovely pool looking over the bay! Inside the villa is very airy and has 3 lovely sized bedrooms! A lovely kitchen and amazing views. This was the best holiday we have had, we only went for a week but wished we had gone for two!

Vacances et souvenirs exceptcionels

Agr?able surprise des l 'arrivée! Vue spectaculaire et panoramique a en couper le souffle! La maison est fonctionnelle, agréable décorée avec goût et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et toutes munies d une salle de bain. Saint Thomas est bien situé et permet de rejoindre rapidement les 4 coins de l île. La piscine chauffée est bien appréciable même en cas de temps nuageux...en quelques mots:Un petit paradis!
