Casa Jazmin vänder sig till dem som söker en lugn avkopplande semester hem. Komplexet är gated och det finns 24/7 säkerhet.

Liten mexikansk stad charm med bra restauranger och lokala marknader inom gångavstånd. Bara en trettio minuters bilresa till Puerto Vallarta och njuta av vad staden har att erbjuda.

Det finns inga restauranger och barer i komplexet men Ixta Restaurant ligger tvärs över gatan och har bra recensioner.

Property was as described. We were not told that the hot tub was not working until we arrived. No parking was available so we had to find street parking and with two rental cars, this was an issue. The contract stated that cleaning services would be provided for extended stays however, this was not provided. This probably wouldn't have been an issue however, there is construction across the street and no street parking was available.

Perfect if you love the beach

Our favorite part about our stay was the beach literally in the backyard! Our kids loved waking up and going straight outside. The area was safe and had lots of extras on the beach such as horseback riding, massages, vendors, and drinks, etc! We had 4 adults and 7 kids staying here and still had so much room! Beds were comfortable and every room had a shower. Pilar was so helpful! We really appreciated being able to check out late due to delays. If the home is not booked, they really do try and work with you. Pilar was there right when we arrived and was there when we left. We had a great vacation.

Relaxing beachfront getaway

We had 2 families stay together in this great beachfront community. Everything went smoothly from check-in, communication, stay and security. This house has it all - comfortable beds, AC, pool, spa and the location is great. We didn’t need to leave the community at all. We tried to rebook for next year, but it’s already booked. We’d definitely stay again.

Better than the pics. House was very big. The back patio and pool were spectacular. Walking to the beach in 10 seconds is amazing:). Only thing I could recommend is that the property provide gaffones (big jugs) of filtered water. The property has a dispenser for them, but I had to figure out the process of getting the water on my own (the cost was very low). It would have been a better experience to not have had to think about it and go request a refill at the front desk every time we needed one. We went through one every 2 days.

Wonderful stay in bucerias

The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Even with very hot weather the house kept very cool through day and night. It’s is close to a bunch of nice shops and restaurants and there are 3 grocery stores less than 5 minutes away. The beach was perfect with white sand and very private. The private pool was awesome for the family and the beach club was awesome and right next door. 5 out of 5!

A Slice of Paradise

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this breathtaking VRBO property, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by stunning views and a sense of tranquility that instantly washed away the stresses of everyday life. The accommodations were impeccable, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The spacious living areas were tastefully decorated, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We especially loved spending evenings gathered around the pool, sharing stories and enjoying each other's company. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The direct access to the beach provided the perfect setting for soaking up the sun during the day and stargazing at night. We spent hours lounging by the pool, taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. And when we weren't outside, we found ourselves drawn to the well-appointed kitchen, where we cooked up delicious meals. We strongly recommend this beautiful house and will definitely stay here next time we visit Bucerias!

Fabulous house in Bucerias

We loved the house and the location. The kids loved the private pool, the beach right outside the yard's gate and the infinity pool next door at the beach club. The daily iguana visits were a plus for them! Good restaurants nearby. The house layout was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Pilar was always available and quick to answer questions.

Beautiful beachfront home with private and communal pool

home on relatively quiet stretch of beach, away from giant mega resorts. We enjoyed both the private lap pool and the community infinity pool just steps away. I’m an ocean gal, so for me the beach right off our patio was the best.

Beautiful Relaxing Property

We wanted a home that would fit by the needs of some Grandmas for a mini reunion, but also would be a good fit for everyone and this home was perfect. Lots of downstairs rooms and a walk right out to the beach to allow the older gals freedom of moving around. We loved it here and will definitely return. The pool was a perfect and tee felt safe and had plenty of privacy. The water out front was great and on windy days got a show from all the kite surfers. Local restaurants were all so good. We loved Armando’s place. The food and his kindness made everyone feel at home. He is renovating but I am sure it will be so nice once it is finished. We tried Meet Meat and everything was on point. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Nice location on great beach

The house is gratis and location are great and the complex is very nice overall with super nice staff. A long distance from the PV core for those who want to experience PV as a whole but some good options around if you just want to relax and enjoy the area or a more low key experience. My only suggestion would be to provide basics like toiletries and all which I think would be a tiny detail compared to the hefty rental fee. Otherwise a great place for a chill vacation with family or friends.

Girlfriends getaway

A beautiful property in the perfect location. It was our second time spending a week at Casa Jazmin and we are already booking our next trip. The beach is right outside the door and there are excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Great Stay in Bucerias

Thank you, Pilar, for a wonderful stay! This house is in an amazing location, right on the beach. It was perfect for my toddler and baby, as we didn’t have to go anywhere and still had an amazing time. The town of Bucerias is right outside the front gate and is well worth some sightseeing and shopping. House is very big and clean, with 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. We also made use of the private chef several times during our stay which was just wonderful. Pilar is very communicative and accessible and helped us with needs like having drinking water available on arrival. My only complaint is that the beds in 2 of the rooms were incredibly uncomfortable. This would easily be resolved with a mattress topper. Had a wonderful time, thank you!

perfect family property

The house is perfect for the 3 generations of family that we had. The pool and pool toys were a hit with the kids and the beach is only steps away. Everything we wanted to do or see was an easy walk or bus ride as we did not bother with a car.

Wonderful & relaxing family getaway

We spent the week at Casa Jazmin as a family of 5. The house was wonderful and just as pictured. The house was well stocked with all the basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.). We cooked all our breakfasts and lunches at the house. We traveled with our three young children and loved the smaller lap pool in the backyard. The water was warm which made swimming enjoyable even for our infant. The house was stocked with lots of shovels and pails for building sand castles on the beach. The pool also had lots of inflatables for kids to play with. The house is in a gated community with very kind security guards around 24/7. Pilar was very helpful in setting up the rental of baby equipment and grocery delivery from La Comer. We also used the recommended private chef one night. We rented a car for the week. We did find driving in the more central part of Bucerias slightly stressful at night for dinner as parking is challenging, roads are narrow, and we encountered construction (a road completely demolished) without any warning. While there were some excellent restaurants in this area (we loved Mr. & Mrs Fish and Toscana Mia), we found we preferred to walk to restaurants near the house (there are lots of great options). We enjoyed Karen's, Taco's Linda, La Postal, and La Negra. I would recommend setting up reservations at the restaurants as we were not able to get into the highly acclaimed Sandrina's.

This property was perfect for our needs. Well equipped and very comfortable. The beachfront location was unbeatable and the pool was great too. We can’t wait to return!! Ps iguana watching on the lawn was a BIG hit with the kids!

Lovely Spot

Enjoyed ourselves on our vacation. This place was exactly what we were looking quiet, well stocked, private pool, and on the beach. We enjoyed a few dinners from the recommended chef and enjoyed them, they we delicious and provided great service. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful Beachfront Property

This was a beautiful property right on the beach with a private pool and yard looking directly into the wonderful Bay of Banderas (Puerto Vallarta). The property manager, Pilar, was incredibly helpful and even recommended a highly rated in-home chef which we used twice as their food was delicious and their customer service was 5 stars. Great place for a family vacation!
