Great Stay!!

We loved our trip to the area and this condo was fabulous! Plenty of room with easy access to the beach. Hands down the nicest pet friendly place we’ve stayed.

Family Vacation

The condo was clean and had everything we needed to stay for the week. Sitting on the balcony looking at the beach was AWESOME. Listening to the waves at night is so relaxing. Great Place to stay. We'd stay there again.

This condo is AWESOME !! Everything was so clean. The decor was beautiful. My "fur" babies loved sitting on the balcony and watching people and other pets go by. I am already looking forward to coming back next year !

Fall break fun

3rd time to stay at Maravilla and this was the best! Upon opening the door, we could smell the cleanliness. This held true for the entire condo and balcony. The cleaning crew really needs praising because it's the very best I've ever seen. I vacation with my 5 pound yorkie, but I never want to "know" another dog was in the same condo. I wouldn't have known! The condo was equipped with everything needed to start the week, which was great. If I had to say one negative, it was the king sized bed comfort, but of course, that's subjective! We will try to secure this one again in the future.

Breathtakingly beautiful!

This condo rental was simply awesome. Very clean, superb location, the decor was exquisite and I can not think of one thing I could recommend. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets/sunrises and hearing the waves. The beach and the beach walk paths were great. I was able to take my walks each day and it was always breathtaking no matter which direction I took. I was able to meet Jim, the owner, on a few occasions. He was very pleasurable, informative and helpful (I flew into the area without any rental car and he offered to take me to the store to get my weekly supplies). Talk about friendly! I would recommend this to anyone. I went by myself for a week to regroup and had a delightful time, even by myself.

It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Location was good
.just down the elevator and across the street and you are on the beach! We had an ocean view from the room and a balcony where the dogs loved to spend time watching all the people go by! Overall, it was perfect for us!

Quick beach trip

My daughter needed a few beach days & I was happy to find a place on the beach. Easy access to the sandy salt water beach was so convenient. We enjoyed the lovely view. The condo was clean. Elevators had carts nearby for bringing up our things.

Was under construction without us being notified

My aunt mom and I and my little boys take a beach trip every year and this year decided to come to Destin instead of PCB. As soon as we walked in we noticed a palmetto bug fancy name for a roach, dog hair, and the strip plate of the door was broke so you didn't even have to have a code to get in and there was no way to lock it from the inside. There was construction going on that we were not notified about so the elevator didn't work part of the time and we were on the 3rd floor we also had to carry all of our luggage by hand bc they didn't have luggage carts due to painting the sidewalks and construction going on during Memorial Day weekend. The construction crew left razors, nails and wire frayed pieces all the parking lot and side walks so If you had pets or little kids walking barefoot to the pool this was a big issue !!!

Get away

We stay in miramar Beach 3 times a year . This condo is definitely one we will try to stay at when it’s available. We loved every part of it . Thank you for allowing us to stay in your amazing condo . We will see you again soon.

Great Condo

Clean, well kept property. Kitchen was well stocked (I had everything I needed to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner!) and furnishings were clean and updated. Owners were amazing and so accommodating. We’ve stayed at this particular complex many times and will definitely look for units owned by these same owners in the future.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Amanda was helpful with check in and communicated well. It was nice to be able to find a place for our quick getaway that was both beautiful and pet friendly. The beach views were lovely.

SECOND STAY HERE

this was our second stay here. we love the condo and the area.. very relaxing. only problems we have is that the little bedroom is in need of a new mattress. and the other thing is the manager is sometimes hard to get a hold of. but overall very nice condo! we will be back

Great location and beautiful view.

Perfect size for just us two and was furnished great for our stay. Great restaurants and shopping close by as well. The weather was awesome a little breezy one day, but beautiful. Outstanding view of the beach an incredible sunsets. I will definitely go back
