Fullständigt renoverat 2017. Nya möbler, golv, kök, sängkläder, sängkläder, utemöbler, badtunna, eldstad och mycket mer! Hemmet ligger i en lugn vik med kristallklart djupt vatten. Bryggområdet är perfekt för simning och flytande eftersom det är skyddat från båttrafik. Njut av en bergsutsikt medan du solar och vardagsrummet på festdäcket. Njut av att utforska sjön när du kryssar strandlinjen i två gratis kajaker, kanot och paddelbräda. På natten spendera tid på utläggaren uteplatser med utsikt över vattnet där du kan njuta av att steka marshmallows över elden eller stirra på den stjärnfyllda himlen medan du kopplar av i toppmodern badtunna. Verandor omger huset, en på framsidan och två bakifrån. En propangasgrill är på baksidan av köket. Inne i hemmet: Den första våningen har ett sovrum med king size-säng (TV), sovrum med våningssängar och ett badrum. Titta på TV när du samlas i familjerummet. En mat i köket erbjuder nya apparater och bänkskivor i granit. Mer sittplatser ligger några steg bort i familjerummet och på däck. På övervåningen hittar du ett sovrum med en queen size-säng, ett badrum och ett annat sovrum med två queen size-sängar. Båda sovrummen har stora garderober. Den lägre nivån erbjuder ett sovrum med king size-säng (TV) och bifogat badrum. Underhållningsalternativ finns på den nedre spaken eftersom den har ping pong-, foosball- och airhockey-bord. Majshål och massagebord är också alternativ. Njut av att slappa framför den stora skärmen och titta på din favoritprogram eller film. DVD-spelare och X Box 360 ingår. Whole family had a great time here. The house isn’t fancy but it’s charming and has everything you’ll need to have an amazing time. The owner is sweet as can be and very responsive to questions.

Perfect setting in nice sized cove. Relaxed on the upper deck and jumped in the lake from the lower deck on the dock. The house is spacious, well kept, updated throughout and well stocked. We enjoyed making s’mores at the picturesque setting firepit. My family agrees this was the best place we’ve rented at Smith Mt. Lake.

Great Home!

We loved our stay here. The house is so well-equipped! We especially appreciated that the kitchen was so well outfitted with a Keurig and coffee pot, plenty of pots and pans, and a variety of crockpots, electric skillets etc!

Perfect for 2 families with kids!

We had an amazing stay. With 5 kids, ages 3-7, our 2 families had plenty of space inside and outside to enjoy our stay. The house is stocked - we cooked/grilled each night, played games, made smores, and loved our time on the lake using the paddleboards and kayaks! We rented a boat from Mitchell’s Marina which was easy and close. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Treasure that lives up to its Promises

Older property that is well-maintained. Super comfy and plenty of room to spread out ( we were a party of 10). Game room was a big hit with the kiddos( X-box, air hockey, football, ping pong). Smith Mountain Lake is gorgeous and the cove where property is located provided safe area for kids to play in the water, kayak and paddle board.Plenty of lifejackets for all ages except infants.Upper Dock is awesome with great furniture and lower dock offered easy water access and place to tether our pontoon rental (which I highly recommend if you don’t have your own boat). We rented a tow tube and the kids couldn’t get enough! House is stocked with everything you need to cook. Starter supplies were great and the thoughtful welcome gift was a wonderful surprise . Owner is super nice and responds quickly to questions. House is 3-stories and sits high above the cove so be prepared for steps, but efforts are made to make the trek to the dock as safe and easy as possible. House has two covered decks with rockers and swings which were so nice. Adults enjoyed the hot tub.Kayaks, paddle board provided. We brought our own inflatables which was a great decision.We had a fabulous family vacation thanks to a gracious owner of a great property. Five stars! Thanks for making this home available.

Perfect Getaway

Fabulous lake house!

This was a perfect lake house for our family. The cove is quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities (paddle board, kayak, hot tub, fire pit, etc.). The kitchen is very well-stocked and the game room/TV room was a great hangout for the kids when they needed a break from the lake! Thanks for a great vacation and we hope to be back!!

The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The no wake cove was wonderful and the views were beautiful. The owner was very responsive to any questions or communication! We highly recommend!

A Space for Everyone!

This is a lovely property filed with so many nice spaces: there really is a spot for everyone. Whether you feel like swimming, reading in the sun, gathering around a campfire or playing board games at night you can find your perfect space to relax and enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is well appointed with many great (extra) appliances and a spacious pantry large enough to store all the food needed for a crowd. We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home!

Simply a great experience!

The owner is fantastic to work with. The property was exceptional , everything was completely furnished to accommodate everyone's daily needs. We love the setting and the spectacular view of the Lake. We have decided that we will make this an annual event to stay at this property. Thank you for a great weekend!

Wonderful family vacation!

We rented this home for our family trip of 6 adults and 4 children - 4, 6, 8 and 11 years old. It was perfect for us! We all thoroughly enjoyed the paddle board, kayak and canoe, and the kids entertained themselves in the game room for hours at a time. The house is on a quiet cove and the views are beautiful. Highly recommend!

Very Nice

The house was really nice and the view of the lake was beautiful. We spent a lot of time at the dock and on the back deck of the home overlooking the lake. The teens enjoyed the paddle boards and the kayaks. Thanks for a great week!

Gorgeous home and amazing view!

This house is a true gem and has everything you need for a relaxing weekend by the lake. The beds are super comfy, there is everything you need to make a meal, and plenty of spaces to sit with family and friends. Thank you to Gwen for making us feel at home! I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay at Smith Mountain Lake!
