Denna uppgraderade miljövänliga enhet ligger på 2: a våningen och har LED-ljus hela och LED-TV i varje rum. Inkluderar en extra stor balkong med utsikt över poolen / havet och har ett renoverat kök med granit och rostfria vitvaror.

Köket är fullt utrustat med allt man kan behöva från en Keurig för din morgon kopp kaffe till en mixer för att göra den perfekta frysta cocktailen. Använd tvättmaskinen / torktumlare i enheten för att rengöra de smutsiga strandhanddukarna. Inkluderar modern LED-TV i varje rum, plus en Wi-Fi-aktiverad blu-ray-spelare i vardagsrummet för att titta på dina favorit DVD och Netflix. Varje tv är utrustad med Dish Satellite Network. Gratis WiFi finns i enheten och hela byggnaden.

Great stay!

Was in town for a wedding and enjoyed our time here! Location was great and we loved the patio and being so close to the beach. Looks just like the pictures and the host was very responsive.

Great stay at Phoenix VIII

Online photos were mostly accurate. The view from the large balcony was spectacular. Location was perfect. William was great to work with. We would consider another visit.

Late December stay.

We arrived on Christmas Day and the owner communicated the check-in process in advance, which made our arrival very pleasant. The space was accommodating and the oversized deck made our stay Since it was a cooler week, we were able enjoy the sun while not having to bundle up on the beach. We thoroughly enjoy the OBA area.

Perfect Family Vacation

This place is exactly as described! We had a great time! The condo itself was clean with plenty of towels right on the beach! The updated floors and decor were so nice. The oversized balcony was a favorite! The host were amazing as well! Definitely recommend this rental for anyone especially families!

Fabulous condo

My co-worker and I stayed here while attending a conference nearby. We were very pleased with the easy check in process and the attentiveness of the owner. The condo is very tastefully and beautifully furnished. The best part is the huge deck over looking the pool with palm trees swaying just over the railing. Wonderful view of the beach as well. My daughter and 2 grandchildren joined us on the last night and we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. I love that this is a smaller facility and not so much walking to get from place to place. We will definitely rent again!

Orange Beach 2022

Easy check in. Delightful owner Door to beautiful patio very hard to open. Such a spacious patio! Loved being on 2nd floor. Took stairs except when checked in & out! Pool area spacious & spotless. Condo very clean & organized! Door to master bedroom doesn't close or open easy! Need to fix sheet rock above shower head in master bath. Door to Master BR doesn't close properly! Thoroughly enjoyed the condo! Look forward to another stay! Kendall, with the beach chairs & umbrellas was outstanding! So much energy!!!

Not what I expected

The whole entire condo needed a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The pictures online must’ve been taking when this was done years ago. The kitchen had the bare minimum. Simple things like a toaster and potholders were nowhere to be found. There are multiple palm trees that block the view of the ocean. There’s a small little spot that you can see through. Should really put some curtains on the front bedroom window. The light from the walkway awas super bright. I would not recommend this property.

Fantastic Orange Beach Condo

What a great condo — just as listed on the VRBO description!! The condo was super clean (I’m a bit of a clean freak and bought cleaning supplies to do my own cleaning upon arrival) not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere (and I looked for it but didn’t find a thing)! The XL patio was perfect for the spring season when temps where a little cooler at the pool & on the beach - we were able to enjoy the sunshine and have outside time - even when the temps were 50 degrees (it felt like sunny & 70 degrees on the patio!) The owner was in immediate contact when I had a couple questions upon arrival! It was also very nice that the lobby had grocery buggies & luggage roller carts to assist with moving things from my car to the condo … I had brought a collapsible wagon and didn’t have to have it! The overall property is well maintained and clean! The pools, elevators, and main entry were all well taken care of! For a first time visitor to this area, I loved the vacation environment … it didn’t feel over-ran & crowded with tourist & merely a great vacation spot! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location. Indoor/outdoor pools were a huge win for our kids. Beach was clean. Buy your own beach chairs before hand as they are not provided.

My family has been traveling to Orange Beach for years. My wife and I finally decided it was time to buy our own condo in April 2016 because we love the area so much and try and spend as much time as possible at the beach!

This is an upscale unit with a recently remodeled kitchen, new porcelain tile floors, new Kohler toilets, new master shower, and comfy new beds. Additionally, the extra large balcony is very unique. Your hosts take a personal interest in seeing to it that the condo is maintained in tip-top shape and very clean. You can reach the owners at any time.
