Du kommer att tro att du har kommit mitt i Toscana !!!!!
Ligger på Scenic 98 tvärs över St Miramar Beach i det lyxiga St Tropez Community Destin, Fl.
Detta elegant inredda hem har vardagsrummet beläget på huvudnivån och har 50 'HD Plasma T. V med surroundljudsystem och DVD. På huvudnivån finns också en bäddsoffa och Custom Chef Gourmet kök med avancerade apparater (Sub Zero, Bosch, Dacor) med vackra bänkskivor i granit i köket och alla badrum. Koppla av
vår Lanai i en vacker tropisk miljö med vajande palmer och njut av din favoritdrink och måltid tillagad på vår kommersiella gasgrill.
Detta är ett familjeorienterat samhälle med en lägsta åldershyra på
25 år gammal. (Detta är inte en plats för partisemester). Under våren har vi en MYCKET STRICT ÅLDER-policy som kräver att alla i din grupp är 25 eller äldre, om inte måste det finnas en förälder för varje 3 personer under 25 år i din grupp.

master badrum / bubbelbadkar.(Kohler) Även på 2: a och 3: e nivån finns 2 drottning sovrum och 1 kung sovrum med Plasma T. Monaco House at Miramar Beach

beautiful facility, well equipped. had a wonderful week in spite of a television not working in teenage bedroom and outdoor grill was in terrible shape and not working. called property manager with details but nothing was done. The community pool was beautiful and well kept. Walk to the beach was tedious for a group but the shoreline was beautiful. Destin attractions were quite a distance but enjoyable. Overall a good time was had by all.

This property was as beautiful as it looks however I cannot say I would book this property again. Two days before our arrival we were told that we would not have access to a dryer due to it going out and replacement parts not being available until Monday, our check out date. We had three children in the home and wet clothes that we were not able to wash and dry during our stay. The drain in the bathroom sink on the 3rd floor did not drain and upon arrival we noticed that not only did the dryer not work, but the washer did not either. We also noticed mold inside the washer machine and a measuring cup on the window seal in the master bedroom of the 2nd floor. This property has a lot of potentional however for the price we paid and what we were provided was disappointing. Additionally, the fire alarm went off in our property twice unexpectedly during our stay waking up the two infants we had inside the home. We did nothing to prompt the fire alarms, it was very unexpected. We were told to pull trashcans out and back however our trash was not picked up until after our check out time. In reponse to the fire alarms going off a property assistant showed up and we were told he would have someone else come to fix this issue however, no one else ever came and the alarm sounded again on our way out of the home at check out.

Great week !

Great communication before during and at checkout. The house was very clean and comfortable. Had everything needed even a garage full of beach chairs, inflatables, sand toys, bikes, water boards all of which the grandkids used. Close to everything. Beach, Food, shopping, etc. Definitely would recommend

Summer Family Vacation

Overall everything was perfect. You need to make sure you bring soap and paper goods. The beach access was perfect, right across from the entrance to the subdivision. The only thing is they would not let you use your own chairs. You had to rent them from the beach chair rental on site. We had TVs in every room so at night when unwinding everyone could go to their rooms and relax. I would definitely recommend and will probably be renting again.

Nice home

The home was very nice as well as the pool. We had several palmetto roaches that were disgusting. we had 4 grandchildren ages 10 months to 2 years. We were very worried about them with the palmetto situation. This is the second time we stayed in this neighborhood Had the same issue last year in a different home. We didn't rest very well given the bug problem.

This once lovely home is now tired and dirty

Though this home must have once been lovely, it’s now well past it’s prime. The house needs a deep cleaning ~ it’s dark floors don’t immediately show the dirt but you’ll not want to walk inside the home without wearing shoes. Plan on bringing your own cookware if you wish to cook - the kitchen is not equipped for making even the simplest meal (i.e. the skillets and cookie sheets are rusty). The size of the home, it’s location, the privacy and security met expectations.

Disappointed

Code to key lock box did not work, had to wait (1 hour) on technician to come and open box. Such a inconvenience. Roaches in kitchen drawers, jets did not work master bedroom tub. Owner need to supply a second propane tank for guest. Why should the guest buy a propane tank and leave it at the rental property. that's extra money. Dishwasher spelled like mold.

family getaway

We booked this house for our four adult children, son-in-law, and 18 month old granddaughter. We felt the house was in a great location, across the street from the beach, near plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shopping. The area was easy to navigate, however, traffic was heavy. Our co-workers warned us about the 2 1/2 - 3 hour wait for restaurant seating, and they were not kidding. Luckily, our house had a grill and we cooked out a couple times which everyone enjoyed. The downside was the oven did not work, we called the property manager who promptly responded. However, we requested a call before entering the house, and to our surprise the repair man was just in the kitchen. We were informed the heating element needed replaced. I followed up with the property manager, and was informed a part would need to be ordered and would not arrive during our stay. Overall, we liked having the pool almost right outside our door, found the neighborhood very safe, and enjoyed the walkability of the area. We will be returning in the future.

Little Tuscany

Our overall stay was great! Easy access to the beach. The chef kitchen was beautiful. We enjoyed cooking a lot! The house itself was superb!! Gorgeous Tuscany Villa. The lock system needs updated. We struggled with the sliding glass doors. But overall we loved it and will definitely stay again.

Family Vacay

We enjoyed our stay. Home is large and had plenty of space for our family of 7 adults. Beach was not a bad walk and we enjoyed the pool area daily.

Recommend to anyone!

A great stay but: Lamps were missing bulbs, several lights out, bathroom sink on 2nd floor (Queen BR) was slow draining- basically stopped up. Upon arriving, floors could have been swept or vacuumed better. All minor things- we will stay there again. Loved location and close to everything!

Perfect fit

This beautiful home was perfect for our vacation with our kids. We loved how easy and so close the beach access was, and the fact the house is slightly on the end of the street in the gated community. We were able to use that area to play baseball with the kids. We will definitely be back!
