Dream location right on the beach!

This condo was everything I hoped for and more the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Literally right on the beach walking distance from all convenience stores five minutes from the airport and five minutes from the famous La Placita. I had an incredible time and I would definitely stay here again when I come back!!!

Beautiful view and great value

The view and location of this property are amazing! It is right on the beach and there are a lot of great restaurants near by. Only about 5-7 min from the airport. I think the value of property is good for what you get. We had a few small issues, but we overall enjoyed the property.

The rental is really nice and well equipped. It would have been nice, if the check-in process had been more streamlined and less confusing/stressful it would’ve been nice. The property is well maintained and extremely convenient to most things to do in SJU. I would absolutely recommend this rental and absolutely would stay again.

You just can’t beat the Oceanview and ACCESS to the beach. The rooms were all comfortable and a beautiful kitchen. it could use some condiments like salt and pepper, and also washcloth in the bathroom, but otherwise it was lovely

Fun in Isla Verde

Property is as advertised, on beach and close to local eateries and shops. The building is well maintained and a small issue with the shower was quickly taken care of. We were able to rent a car from Charlie Car rental, which is right across the street. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Beautiful Views of the Beach

Great location! Close to everything and the beach is right behind the building and easy to get to. The place was nicely kept and clean. Very spacious so it accommodated all of us nicely. The host Alma responded to us quickly and was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely consider staying there again.

The check-in process was a little confusing about where to park, but Pierre in security was amazing and got us all sorted out. The unit is on the end, so you have the benefit of the beach view and being on the street. It was surprising how loud the road noise was from nine floors up. Not terrible, but something to be aware of when you book, that you will hear loud cars and police and even people talking and laughing on the street most nights. The property does come with paper towels and dishwasher soap, and toilet paper, but not a lot of extras. There were only two garbage bags that fit the can, and I'm sure the host would have provided more had we asked, but we made do with some smaller ones.If you plan to cook in the unit, there are plenty of pots and pans, utensils, etc., but no basic cooking necessities like oils or spray, garlic powder, onion powder, really any food type items at all. There was salt left which we were able to use, but otherwise you would need to buy your own. There is a super max grocery store a three minute drive or 12 minute walk away, which was very convenient and had everything we needed. All in all, I'd highly recommend this beautiful condo on an incredible beach in a central location to most things you'll want to do

Great location and view

The condo location is great with everything you need close by. The view is fantastic. Check in could be explained a little more clear. The unit is a little dated but so are most in San Juan. The condo was large and comfortable. Keep in mind being close to everything means you are close to bars who can sometimes be loud way past 4 in the morning. We would stay again.

Amazing view and great location!

The view from this condo is so beautiful, the space is wonderful, and we had everything we needed for an awesome vacation. The location is perfect...right on the beach and in walking distance to anything you might need. The owners were incredibly helpful and there is such a variety of things to do in San Juan...explore the rainforest, visit Old San Juan, eat delicious food, enjoy the nightlife...we had an amazing time! Thank you so much!

Beautiful beach and view from our condo. Overall, a very nice stay. Just little things in the condo could be upgraded like coffee pot, sheets, light bulbs (none in the dining room worked) shower fixtures didn't work, low water pressure and only one person could take a shower at a time.

Family trip to celebrate graduations

The property was clean, roomy and perfect size for our group of 6. Better communication regarding how to checkin would have helped reduce the amount of time it took To checkin. Apartment had views of beach and street side. In addition there was no outlet in the master bathroom and We didn’t have a dish rag or sponge to wash dishes so we had to buy some wash cloths. Overall minor inconveniences and would stay here again.

Fabulous Time

This was a roomy condo with plenty of room for the three of us to spread out. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and of course, the beach. Air conditioning works fine, but was not needed every evening. Wi-Fi was very strong and the large TV and couch gave us plenty of room. Would stay at this location again!

Almost a perfect rental

The rental is spacious and the views amazing. Checkin was smooth and condo was well equipped. Small attention to details can make this an exceptional rental. The cleanliness was a bit lacking the doors had fingerprints and dried on splatter stains and bathroom tiles were filthy. They left 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guest for 5 days. The remote to the garage didn’t work so security gave us a hard time and were rude. I tried calling the first day didn’t get an Answer but didn’t pursue further as I was on vacation and on the go.

Beautiful beach views

This property has plenty of room, is clean and nicely furnished and has stunning beach views and access. We enjoyed the beach, pool and local bars and restaurants. Each room has its own TV. The other reviews noting the loud street noise (cars blasting music and revving their engines) are accurate, especially over the weekend. Bring your ear plugs and white noise apps. There are two grocery stores nearby, a couple of pharmacies and plenty of places to eat and drink. We never waited more than a few minutes for Uber. Security is tight for the property. Right now the building is undergoing some construction and it was noisy during the weekday hours. If we ever go back to San Juan we would stay here again.

Carefree Relaxation!

My husband and our three kids stayed in the property for 5 nights. We arrived after office hours, and there was no problem at all getting the key and the gate remote from exactly where they said it would be. Nice lobby area and the gated grounds made us feel very secure. I should have asked for another key since our kids are old enough to go from the unit, to the pool, to the beach, etc. by themselves. The unit itself is very spacious with nice furnishings and modern kitchen and baths. The balcony view to the beach was sensational! I never met the owner, but the building staff was very friendly and professional. We received our whole deposit back in 2 weeks and would return again.

Awesome Condo

This condo was everything as described! Let’s talk about the pros first: Pros: Location, excellent, the condo is in a perfect location facing the ocean. There is a lot to do locally within walking distance, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, car rental you name it. The condo is super spacious and allows room for the whole family. It was nice and cool upon our arrival. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths even extra sheets. There is a small washer/dryer combo that allows for small loads. There are TV’s in every room and close to the elevator and trash room. The balcony is spacious and provides an excellent view. There is a water cooler and some old torn lawn chairs (we did not use) but we’re available non the less. They did provide beach towels, not enough but still not a problem. There is a full kitchen, utensils, pans, dishes and even dish soap available. We did not use the kitchen much either. Staff super friendly and super responsive! Loved them Cons: as previously listed by some other reviews, the place could be better cleaned. There is a lot of dust everywhere, literally counters, stove top, kitchen, entertainment units, dressers you name it. The showers are super dingy as if they were merely rinsed and not washed… that was disappointing. The instructions (although they did the best they could to provide) could be a bit better but once you’re out there it’s not as hard as it seems. Just very confusing at first to find the entrance to the parking deck and elevator.

Overall, my family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay; the condo checked all of our boxes for location, comfort and safety. The condo is about 10-15 minutes away from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport and is located on a major street. Finding the entrance to the building parking lot was a little challenging. Security was helpful with locating the keys for the unit and explaining where to use the key fob. Security was always present and was very helpful. A parking spot is included with the rental and is not far from the elevator. Shopping carts were available to make moving your luggage easier. The condo was very clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the location was great. The rooms were spacious and well stocked with towels and bedding. Beach chairs and toys, and games were provided. The bedrooms face a main street and can be noisy during the night so be prepared if you are a light sleeper. The balcony is a good size and faces the ocean. The condo is spacious and my family of 4 did not bump into each other at any time. The pool is a short distance away from the main entrance, was very clean, had enough chairs and a guard until the early evening. The location is excellent! Walgreens, CVS, restaurants, a casino, a clinic, fast food restaurants, souvenir shops, a supermarket, and gas stations are all within walking distance (bring your own reusable bags or be prepared to buy bags). The neighborhood did experience a power outage for about an hour.

Magnificent view! Great Location!

We just came back from spending a week at this property. The rental process went smoothly and without a glitch. The key/beeper pick up process was easy and quick. The apartment is actually bigger than it shows in pictures; lots of room for all four of us with the advantage that each kid had their own room. The view is unbeatable! We found that the freezer didn’t work, neither did the dryer. I remember reading a prior renter’s review mentioning these two items which were not in working condition. This didn’t really affect us, but as it gets hotter I would imagine the freezer would be needed for future renters. We just did one load of laundry and hung the items to dry, but I can see how this could be a major inconvenience to a bigger family or one with small children. Having a covered parking spot is a great perk. The building is very secure and the desk attendants were all really helpful and courteous. There are beach and umbrellas to rent right outside the gate and restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores within walking distance. A couple of suggestions: have a bath rug for each bathroom, have some checkout instructions (we didn’t know what to do with dirty towels, linens, etc), invest in new beach towels and chairs, get rid of the cooler in the apartment (it’s pretty disgusting) and finally have some local information for out of town renters (maps, restaurant recommendations, places to visit, etc.). Thank you again for your help. We’ve already recommended the apartment to one of my husband’s business partners.

VERY Nice condo, BUT...

CONDO was very nice (3BR-2B), located on the Isla Verde beachfront with spectacular view of ocean from living room area. Couch was very comfy and TV was great! Kitchen was clean with adequate dishes, glasses etc. A suggestion for the owner, to have at least a welcome package that would include coffee and filter for the first morning would be a nice touch since there aren't any grocery stores close by... Beds were comfortable, and clean, though the linens could use some updates. Window treatments in bedrooms didn't work, i.e., you couldn't raise the shades. Windows themselves were very dirty. AND HERE'S THE "BUT"... NOISE LEVELS FROM THE STREET WERE BEYOND LOUD!! ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. Car engines racing (??) down the street sounded like they were right outside the window (and this unit, 903, is on the ninth floor) non-stop noise and decibels that should be restricted after 11pm. I resorted to sleeping on the couch for the 4 nights I stayed in order to get some sleep. I know this is out of the owner's control, but anyone that needs relative quiet to fall asleep, should consider this review. Ear plugs would be a waste of your money. Water pressure in both bathroom showers was minimal. All in all, my friends and I (there were 3 in our party) really enjoyed San Juan and her people. GREAT restaurants, wonderful history, fantastic beach and glorious weather and decided that we would definitely return. Would love to come back to this property but the street-noise levels are just intolerable.

Far below basic, standards of cleanliness and preparation for guests.

This condo was far below basic, standards of cleanliness and preparation for guests that we have enjoyed at other VRBO properties and inexpensive motels. When we opened the door, we were greeted by an unpleasant odor not unlike that of dead mice. Evidence of live and dead mice was under the stovetop and storage drawers. The garbage disposal was coated with a thick, layer of black slime. There were no dishtowels, potholders, soap, or toilet paper. One washcloth was provided for 5 people. This was specifically explained to management. They brought us…. one more washcloth. There was an oven but only a broiler pan, no other cookware. There was one cooking spoon but it had no handle. One speed out of 7 worked on the blender and the container was cracked. An open pipe was in one kitchen cupboard and condensation was on those walls. Half of the light bulbs were burnt out or missing including the refrigerator light. Ceiling lights were dirty and bedroom lights were inadequate for reading. Wall outlets in two bedrooms did not work but an electrician was called. The first day he couldn’t come. The second day he couldn’t fix it. The third and four day was a weekend and he wouldn’t come. The fifth day an extension cord was provided so a lamp could be plugged into another wall. This did not solve the dilemma of where to charge a cellphone overnight. In the second bathroom the sink would not close and the shower did not drain well, resulting in 1 inch of standing water in 5 minutes. The washer worked but the dryer did not. After calling and/or making a trip to the real estate office with a specific list of items that needed fixed, we were given TP, more washcloths, a Pyrex baking dish, potholders and dishtowels. Some of the light bulbs were replaced and mice dropping were removed. Unfortunately, the smell remained. We will not stay at this facility again or consider recommending it. This experience is not reflective of other quality rentals we have obtained and enjoyed through VRBO.

Beautiful View

Puerto Rico beaches are gorgeous! Including the one attached to this Condo. Location is center of everything. We had young adults so I knew they would love the resteraunt/bars across the street. We knew there was expected street noise, I brought a noise maker for sleep. My kids didn’t care they said they slept well. We rented a car from the airport that is 5 min away. There are tons of car rentals locally and some of them will pick you up. Speed limits seem to be a suggestion . The pool is great. They do seem to be strict with the rules, some of the rules weren’t posted . Security is great. Cleanliness was fine. We cooked meals and the kitchen had a lot of basic needs. It was great they also had some beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The directions to enter I thought were good. I did get a little nervous when I thought I would get directions for entering on Wednesday. Maybe that’s VRBO fault. I didn’t hear anything till Saturday my check in day. Lastly, I read the elevators are old. yea they are! We got stuck for 25 min. That was quite the experience. I would stay here again, it’s prices as expected for a 3 bedroom. The Owners were accommodating. I asked my family what they would say in their review they said great view, very secure, strict security guard at the pool (no coolers, no balls, no music). It’s not a big deal because you can have this stuff at the beach. They loved the chairs, cooler and beach towels they provided.they would stay again.
