FANTASTISKA VISNINGAR från översta (tredje) våningenheten vid vattnet på Intercoastal Waterway. Titta på vilda fåglar, delfiner, manat och båtar från mycket privat balkong (du ser inte och ses inte från andra enheter). Privat garage, pool, tyst, grill, lugn, familjevänligt, tävlingskök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Femton (15) miles av bred vit sand, aldrig trångt, stranden är enkel åtkomst över gatan, perfekt för promenader, jogging, vandring, cykling, fiske och solnedgångar. Fantastiskt läge på vackra Sand Key Island ungefär halvvägs mellan Clearwater och St. Pete stränder. Privat fiskebrygga med bänk på Intercoastal Waterway.

Rymliga 1400 kvadratmeter med katedraltak, design med öppet utrymme, stort sovrum med utsikt över Intercoastal Waterway och vetter mot balkongen. Tyst, bara fyra enheter i byggnad. Deluxe helt möblerad i "Key West" -stil med king size-säng i sovrummet, två enkelsängar i gäst sovrum med överlägsna madrasser, queen-size soffa soffa, privat garage för en bil med fjärröppnare.

Great stay

Condo is conveniently located. Walking distance to the beach. Full kitchen, nice balcony view. Garage was great to keep car cool. Lots of beach toys and beach accessories for kids. Easy communication with host. Would recommend and would stay again.

Clean and spacious

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this large and very clean condo. The unit is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make meals at home. The views are awesome allowing us to watch dolphins from the porch. The proximity to the beach made it an easy walk back and forth which was helped by the beach wagon provided. There is a nice launch spot for kayaks right near the unit as well. The welcome gift basket and note were a nice touch. One downside was that the fishing pier that is in the listing is not usable which was a bit disappointing. Overall we would definitely recommend this rental!

The location and place itself was exceptional. The owner was very responsive and welcome. We had a little hiccup though. The fridge on the property where we stayed did not working properly. After the Storm

We were aware of the damage to the general area and was advised by the owner of a few issues,no pool available,internet down and some cladding.We were offered a full refund but decided to go ahead,this was a good decision as the property was great just as described. Darryl the owner was very helpful.

Great location and spacious

My 2 children and I (ages 8 & 10) had a wonderful stay. We saw dolphins in the intracoastal and in the gulf. The condo is spacious and the owners are very responsive. I loved being able to park in the garage and use the beach buggy and toys so we didn’t have to bring ours. A quick walk to the gulf makes the location great.

Pure Paradise

We had the most amazing time during our week stay in Indian Shores. The property was super nice and clean, with an amazing view of the intercostal waterway. We got to watch the dolphins pass through a couple times, and the beach is directly across the street. The owner was quick to answer any question we had, and even left us a welcome basket. We highly recommend staying at this place, and hope to come back soon.

We loved Indian shores!

We had an amazing time during our stay! My family of 5 enjoyed every minute of our time at the property. We loved seeing the dolphins from the balcony, and the beach equipment was so handy for our short walks to the beach. The location is perfect. A small store right next door was very convenient. And we utilized the trolley to spend a day in John’s pass. I would love to make this a yearly destination

The condo was amazing and as advertised! Darryl was quick with answers to all my questions! Highly recommend this condo if anyone is looking for a location close to Tampa/Clearwater! This condo is in a nice quiet relaxing location steps from the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Isabel is from Spain and we met while I lived and worked there for ten years. During our years there we enjoyed traveling throughout Europe and especially staying in the quaint Bed and Breakfasts that are so typical there. We made notes of all of the things we liked and disliked about everywhere we stayed and planned to one day have somewhere unique and cozy of our own to offer to vacationers.

In 2000 work brought us to St. Petersburg, Florida. In 2004 we purchased a condo in Indian Shores, just a few miles from our home. We decorated it with nothing but the best (Isabel is an Interior Decorator and has her own business). As guests began to know us and word began to get around we soon had a steady flow of visitors and a full calendar. Just repeat visitors were nearly keeping the unit booked. In 2008 we decided to buy a second unit, with the exact same floor plan and the same extraordinary views, just a few steps away. We call them our Gulf Retreat 1 and Gulf Retreat 2.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love Indian Shores because it is the quietest, most relaxed part of Sand Key, the barrier island that runs along the Gulf shore from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater. It is the narrowest part of the Sand Key, only 150-200 yards across where we are located. That means you can enjoy both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico only a few steps apart.

Indian Shores is the last part of the coastline in Pinellas County that preserves a small-town feel. Gulf Blvd. is still just a two-lane road and the speed limit is 35 m.p.h. There's is only one traffic light in Indian Shores. There isn't as much asphalt as you see to the south or north of us, a lot fewer high-rise buildings and none of the tourist traps. While you will find all the restaurants and conveniences you need near-by Indian Shores is still primarily a residential, family-oriented community.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our view is of the Intercoastal Waterway, the body of water that separates Sand Key from the mainland. We love it because of all the boat traffic - it's fun to watch. The dolphins are always a joy to see, too. They are most active early in the morning or at sunset. Manatee are a little harder to spot, but are always around, too.

When the tide is low there is a sandbar that emerges from the water just off our balcony. The seabirds all come to feed there and it's wonderful entertainment.

And the Intracoastal Waterway is beautiful to behold at night, when the lights from the boats and other properties reflect off the surface. You must see it to appreciate it!

And of course the beach is just across the street. It takes just a couple of minutes to get there walking. It's never crowded and always relaxing. We have beach toys, inflatables, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler... everything you need except a good book and suntan lotion! And we even have a handy cart to put everything in and wheel it across the street!
