The location of this apartment is fabulous!!! Loved the location! The apartment was a little odd. The kitchen was VERY SMALL and the coffee maker was on the living room, not in the kitchen. There were two bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The whole apartment was very broken up, but it was comfortable to stay in. I would recommend staying here.

October in Rome

Beautiful place located in the heart of Rome. Walking distance to all major Roman sites. Restaurants, stores, coffee shops are all in the neighbourhood of this beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay very much and will surely be back.

In the heart of rome

This is a great location close to all the major ruins and historic center. The apartment had everything for a care free trip.

Location, Location, Location...

We spent 2 great Weeks here and the Appartement has the perfect Location. You can easyly walk everywhere, there is a great small and affordably Restaurant directly opposite the street (check out Taverna le Copelle), a greal Ice cream place around the corner. The Appartement itself is cosy and nice, we felt comfortable all around. Will for sure recommend it.

Great location

This apartment is in a beautiful old building central to everything in Rome. The apartment is larger than it appears in pictures with 2 separate bedrooms and a central living room area with a small balcony. It has everything you'll need and we found it very comfortable. The only downside is it is quite noisy as it is located near many bars and restaurants. It didn't bother us much but if you are sound sensitive it might. Overall we really enjoyed our 9 night stay here and the location cannot be beat.

Excellent location but too hot in summer

Location of the property is excellent, right in the center of Rome, next to Pantheon, walking distance to all major sites. It is also pretty spacious, with a small balcony. However, if you are planning a trip in summer, I would not recommend the place as it has no air conditioning (there was a mobile unit in the living room that generated more heat than cooling) and with the apartment being on the 3rd floor, it was way too hot. When we tried to open the windows at night, it would get noisy. The property owner got us 2 fans after I complained, and it helped somewhat, but only as long as you were directly under the fan. Also the shower was leaking on the bathroom floor, and be prepared that no basics are provided - one bar of soap between kitchen / bathroom sink / shower, no body wash or shampoo. No kitchen towels and no tea kettle. Check in process was not well organized.

Love the Pantheon neighborhood location!

The best thing about this property is its location! Just around the corner from the pantheon with access to restaurants, bars, a grocery store and hundreds of shops just steps out the door! There are two separate bedrooms, however, the upstairs bedroom is a loft and the ceiling is low on one end of the room. The loft has two small twin beds with extremely Firm mattresses. There is a small kitchen area with a large sized refrigerator. There is an oven with two burners on the stove top. We found lighting the burners difficult since you had to use a lighter or matches. However, when we asked for a different style of lighter, the property owner provided one that day. The kitchen could use new fry and sauce pans if you plan to cook. It took us a day to locate the dishes and silverware, which were located in cupboards under the loft stairs. We tripped the electricity fuses one day by using a hairdryer, and the property owners were able to fix that for us while we were out. You must be careful not to use too many electrical appliances at the same time or it will trip the fuses and you will lose power. The bathroom shower had plenty of hot water for two of us to shower back to back, without running out of water. There was also a washing machine that we used one time and hung our wet laundry on a clothes rack located to the side of the refrigerator. We stayed mid March and the weather was cold outside, the apartment was a little on the chilly side. Radiator heaters in each room are used for heating. We did notice an AC room unit for summer months. There is an elevator in the building, which was great since this apartment is on the third floor. The furniture and decor of the apartment is very college dormitory style; well used and a bit of a hodgepodge. But the location made up for the so-so furnishings. My friend found the apartment location noisy, but that never bothered me. If you enjoy walking and being in the center of all the action, this is a superb location. We found the apartment owners friendly & helpful. I would recommend this apartment based on its location; very close to Piazza Navona & Pantheon.

Location, location, location!

Wonderful location with SHORT walking distance to everything. Pantheon less than 5 min. away, restaurants in the same ally and all around, supermarket, taxi stand, small outdoor fruit and veggie market directly around the corner. You are absolutely in the middle of things, did I mention the best icecream place with 150 flavors only 50 steps from your door! Maybe not for the sensitive sleeper due to the restaurants being open later in Italy - well, my advise just join the fun, eat some great food and bring earplugs. We would stay there again. Great host. :)

Sehr zentral

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig und wir haben, quasi zum Einzug, eine Flasche Wein, GebĂ€ck und Kaffee erhalten. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants daher ist es Abends relativ lange laut. Uns war dies vorher bekannt, daher hat es uns nicht gestört. Wir haben gerne Zeit auf dem kleinen Balkon verbracht. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Great Location and value

The location was excellent for walking to all the tourist sites, minutes from the Pantheon. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The pictures reflex the property properly. It is slightly dated, but very clean (spotless) and comfortable. Nice small balcony above the streets to sit outside. It was great value for the money. I would stay here again.
