Vacker lägenhet på 90 kvadratmeter, beläget i ett utmärkt läge, i ett bostadsområde, men nära alla turistattraktioner och landskap i Rom. Det är bara 7 minuters promenad från Peterskyrkan och 15 minuters promenad från tunnelbanan A, medan vi, precis framför byggnaden som husar vår struktur, hittar järnvägsstationen SAN PIETRO, taxistationen och buss 64, som korsar den historiska stadskärnan (Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo De 'Fiori, Piazza Venezia, Fori Imperiali) till TERMINI-stationen.

Runt grannskapet hittar vi den fantastiska Villa Pamphili (en av de många parkerna i Rom) och Gianicolo, från vilken du kan njuta av en hisnande utsikt över staden.
Till fots med en trevlig promenad kan du nå hjärtat av staden: Castel Sant’Angelo, Trastevere, Piazza Navona, Campo De 'Fiori.

Lägenheten, som är utrustad med gratis WI-FI-internetanslutning, är mycket tyst och rymmer upp till 6 vuxna plus ett barn.
Den totalrenoverades i augusti 2017 i modern stil och ligger på 1: a våningen och består av följande:
ett stort vardagsrum i amerikansk stil med ett fullt utrustat kök (gasspis, elektrisk och mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, brödrost, fransk press, moka, porslin och kylskåp). I vardagsrummet finns också ett matbord för 6 personer.
ett stort badrum med stort duschkabin, dubbla handfat, toalett, bidé och tvättmaskin.

det stora gröna rummet
det mycket stora blå rummet idealiskt för att lägga till en barnsäng.

Alla rum är utrustade med sängkläder och handdukar med veckovis byte och är utrustade med luftkonditionering / uppvärmning och TV. Det blå rummet har också en DVD-spelare.

I grannskapet finns det flera restauranger, pizzeriaer och pubar och inom några meter kan du hitta en stormarknad som är öppen dygnet runt!

Our favorite stay on our Italy trip!

I can’t say enough great things about the hospitality of the owner! She was so kind and generous, very helpful to us and communicative! The place was so close to the train station and bus stop which made getting around very easy. The location is quiet and peaceful. The stay was very nice, clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful place for a Rome base

We stayed 3 nights with our family of 4. The place was immaculately clean, quiet, the beds were comfortable, everything worked and the location was great for accessing the Vatican. It was also easy access to historic Rome, either by bus or on foot. Our host Consuelo was so helpful and lovely. We’d definitely stay here again!

Consuelo was an excellent host who met us upon arrival and checked us out personally. Her apartment is charming and very relaxing, close to the Vatican and city but just far enough away to be peaceful. Excellent and we hope to come back again.

Fantastic close to everything!

Vatican Haven

Consuelo was wonderful bringing us extra towels when we requested them. She left our family some welcoming treats and the home was pristine and warm in winter. My 84 year old Mom has some mobility issues but she easily walked up the few stairs. Location is ideal-near Great restaurant Creci.

Fabulous trip to Rome

We had a fabulous time in Rome. Casa di Rosa is well located - a 10 minute walk downhill to St Peter’s Square, plus close to the station for buses to the city centre as well as trains and a taxi rank. We were travelling with our elderly parents so the transport links close by were important. The apartment was on the first floor - just a short flight of stairs to the front door. Inside, the kitchen/living area had everything we needed to cook and relax and the 3 bedrooms were nice and quiet with comfortable beds. Would recommend the apartment. Consuelo was also very helpful in advising how to get around the city. Thank you!

Comfortable & Accessible

Consuela was an excellent host she met us at the apartment and shared all the amenities with us. She always replied if we had any questions regarding Rome and getting around. The location of the apartment is excellent a 5 moniute walk to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to.the train station to.access the rest of Romes sights.

Great location and helpful host :)

Property is very well kept - clean and equipped with all necessary cooking utensils as we enjoy cooking while away. Owner was just amazing - provided us with all important maps and tips what was worth to visit during our stay. Location is great - walking distance to Vatican - station and bus stop right outside the front door and if you enjoy walking you can get to the town centre within 30- 40 min. We recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Rome:)

Roasting in Rome

The apartment was as advertised. Very clean very efficient. The temperature on our visit was oppressive which was nothing to do with the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Just don’t come in August when the weather is not pleasant.

Lovely

Much thought was invested in making this property welcoming to guests. The owner was waiting for us, answered all questions, greeted us with sweets, even purchased orange juice. Rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, while the owner made sure our needs were met. We were within walking distance to a grocery store, cafes, restaurants, the bus and train station and the Vatican.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Casarosa. Consuelo was very accommodating and fast to respond. The place was immaculate which is very important to me. The hot water was a little difficult - but Consuelo was trying to fix the issue. The bed in the large back room was really hard and the linens were a little over used and coarse. But we overall had a wonderful stay. problem.

Wonderful hostess and comfortable apartment convenient to train and bus, 10 min walk to St. Peter’s.

Five of us were very comfortable in this charming apartment walking distance to St. Peters Basilica. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen came equipped with all we needed to make ourselves at home for a couple days. A few small markets are also a 5 min walk, as are nice local restaurants. The bus to many other popular Rome sites was easy to catch right outside the front door. The responsiveness and graciousness of our hostess was so appreciated! We had no idea what we were doing when we came to Rome and she helped us find the apartment via train from the airport and explained where things were. We had a safe and enjoyable stay!

Apartment clean, large and central, perfect for a city break in Rome.

We have just had a wonderful 5 days, 4 nights, staying in Cosuelo’s apartment which was quiet, and had everything we needed, Italian coffee, comfortable beds and space with two teenagers! Perfectly located opposite the station, 10 mins walk to St Peters Basilica. It made for a perfect trip city trip. Consuelo was extremely helpful, welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommended a city break to Rome staying in Consuelo’s apartment. Thank you for giving us such a lovely time.

Exactly as Advertised

Consuelo is not only an excellent host, but based on my interactions with her she is also an outstanding person! She was very communicative before and during our stay. We arrived a little later than planned, but Consuelo stayed at the property to meet us and deliver the keys. She gave a detailed tour of the property and made sure that we understood how everything worked. Then she spent time with us to give us ideas on what to see and how to get around. Overall, our stay, although short, was everything we hoped for. Whenever we return to Rome, we will make sure to book this property again! Grazi, Consuelo!

Comfortable and the perfect location!

We (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed in Consuelo's apartment for 4 nights. It was in a great location! We took the train and/or magic bus 64 from across the street every day. We bought the public transportation passes for buses, trains and metros and it paid for itself in 2 days. The apartment is in great proximity to the Vatican. It is very comfortable and clean. We slept well. We did not spend a lot of time there other than showering and sleeping as we were too busy being tourists. The washing machine and provided detergent was great. Consuelo allowed us to drop off our luggage and use the restroom before check in which was much appreciated. She was friendly and helpful throughout our stay! We would stay again if back in Rome (and we threw our pennies in the Trevi Fountain so hopefully)!

Great and spacious apaetment

This place was amazing. Our hostess greeted us warmly, gave us a map of Rome, advice on buying the Omnia pass and all instructions on how to use stove, a/c and washer (only) machines. There are three bedrooms, the pink one is closest to the bathroom. The one bathroom wasn't a problem for our family of six. Each bedroom had own tv, but limited selection of English channels. No living room, but there was a kitchen table to sit at and eat. Beds were fine, but pillows hard as rocks. The rental is in an area that is next to both bus and train transportation as well as a 10 minute walk downhill to Vatican City. There is also a supermarket 5 minute walk away. There is graffiti everywhere, but this area was safe. Car parking in garage available with reservation of hostess. We would stay here again.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir sind von Consuelo trotz der späten Ankunft herzlich empfangen worden. Uns wurden alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und umgehend die wichtigsten Highlights in Rom empfohlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Der Vatikan ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Metro in der Nähe und Buslinie 64 und Bahnhof nebenan.Wir kommen gerne wieder…Grazie mille!
