As a mature couple it was a lovely place to stay in a very peaceful village

The chalet is a conversion under the owners family home with a large bedroom and bathroom and a well equipped and planned kitchen and sitting area. The entrance door is a patio door allowing lots of light into the chalet with shutters for the evening making it a cosy space. It was quiet and peaceful a short walking distance from the village lift which connects to the main lifts up to the three valleys. We made use of the skicase lockers next to the village lift, which for us was a bonus saving us walking in boots and carrying skis to and fro.. St Martin de Belleville is not a party place, but a couple of bars and restaurants that we visited had great atmosphere with some live music. Suiting our age group very well. Nathalie our host was very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the fig jam and bottle of red wine left for us. We hope to visit again next year.. Thank your for out stay in your home.

Zeer goed en fijn appartement.

Fijn en zeer compleet appartement. Prachtige badkamer, goed bed en in de keuken was werkelijk van alles aanwezig. Geweldig. Tevens de beschikking over een grote tuin, met tuinset en een geweldig uitzicht. Voor de auto goede parkeer voorziening. Daarnaast een fijne en behulpzame gastvrouw. Omgeving is prachtig. Een echte aanrader voor twee personen.

Location très bien avec un confort appréciable.

En dehors des conditions d’accueil idéales pour un couple , nous avons apprécier particulièrement la gentillesse des propriétaires , à l’écoute de nos demandes et leurs disponibilité envers leurs locataires. La description du bien sur le site de location est très exacte. A recommander.

We dachten in een optrek in het chalet te verblijven, maar het was een omgebouwde garage.

We hadden een klein onderkomen verwacht, dat was ons ook verteld. Dit vonden wij geen probleem. Helaas bleek het een omgebouwde garage te zijn direct aan de de doorgaande weg. De faciliteiten waren voldoende, echter de spinnenwebben hingen aan het plafond en de kopjes stonden vastgeplakt in dd kastjes.

logement cosy et propiétaires très sympathiques

Appartement conforme à la description, très bien situé, à proximité du centre du village et du premier tire-fesses accessible à pied (200m). Il est bien équipé et très propre. Le séjour n’est pas très grand mais bien suffisant, nous étions à deux personnes et un grand chien, la cuisine est très complète, les ustensiles sont nombreux, il y a même la machine Nespresso, la salle de bain est plutôt grande avec une douche à l’italienne, la chambre à coucher est largement assez grande et la literie de qualité (dimension de 160 ou 180). A tout ceci il convient de souligner (en doubles traits gras !!! ) un autre « bon point », l’accueil très très sympathique que nous a réservé Nathalie. En 40 ans de locations nous avons rarement été accueillis de la sorte. Merci encore à Nathalie et Gilles pour leur gentillesse exceptionnelle. Bref un endroit vraiment parfait pour passer des vacañces très agréables. Et bien sûr nous espérons pouvoir revenir l’annee prochaine.

Charming and convenient apartment

Charming and convenient apartment close to the centre of the village. The owners are an extremely nice family, who live in the rest of the chalet upstairs and they were very helpful. We stayed with our two young children, who used the two single sofa-bed pullouts. The space is compact but has everything you need and good storage. The master double bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and has a decent shower. We had a really had a great stay here and we hope to have the opportunity to stay again in the future.

agréable et tranquille

Une semaine agréable dans ce petit appartement au RDC. Près des pistes et des ballades en raquettes, sans la foule des stations. Une navette gratuite sillonne toute la commune, nous n'avons pas pris la voiture de la semaine. Les propriétaire logent au-dessus mais sont très discrets. La région est magnifique sous la neige. Je reviendrais surement dans la région.

2e séjour au coeur de Saint-Martin et toujours autant de plaisir !

2e séjour chez Gilles et Nathalie dans leur appartement confortable et parfaitement équipé au coeur de Saint-Martin de Belleville. Quel bonheur de séjourner dans un vrai village savoyard où tout est accessible à pied depuis l'appartement. C'est en effet notre seconde visite et ce ne sera pas la dernière ! L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque pour passer une confortable semaine de vacances à la montagne. Grande chambre très cosy (lit fait à l'arrivée), avec une excellente literie. Très belle salle de bain (deux éviers, grande douche, toilette, sèche cheveux). Belle cuisine parfaitement équipée avec four, four à micro ondes, plaques à induction, cafetière, gille-pain, bouilloire. Rien ne manque ! De plus Gilles, Nathalie et leurs enfants sont très sympathiques et toujours prêts à faire le maximum pour que vos vacances se passent au mieux ! Merci et à bientôt, Jean-Marc et Caroline

Lovely village and cosy apartment

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was small but the space was well organised so we were very comfortable. Our hosts were charming and gave us good advice about using our car to get to Val Thorens as there wasn't much snow lower down the mountain - we were there very late in the season. Overall it was great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.

Appartement très calme et propre

Petit appartement très pratique et spacieux

Accueil très sympathique, avec un petit panier régional , ça fait plaisir!! Appartement très fonctionnel, grande salle de bain avec douche italienne, quel bonheur en rentrant des pistes. Lit grand (160-180?) et confortable. Déco cosy. Cuisine super équipée (pour info, il manque juste une théière ou grandes tasses ;) ). Idéal pour 2 adultes. A 5min à pied du "tir fesses" en plein centre du village. Vraiment une belle découverte, rien à voir avec les "cages à poules" proposées ailleurs. A recommander! En espérant y retourner très bientôt!

a well-equipped cozy appartement

We stayed with two adults and two children (11-14) in this appartement. It was compact, but very well equipped. A large parents bedroom and a very comfortable bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped! The couch in the living/kitchen could be turned into two beds. I would not recommend these for adults, but for the kids they were fine. The appartement was in walking distance of the supermarket and bakery and ski gondola and ski rental shops. Saint Martin is a beautiful characteristic village and it is a portal for the tremendous ski area of the trois vallees! We had a real pleasant stay here and will certainly consider to come back next year. The owners were very kind and helpful.

Agréable sejour en montagne

L'appartement est très bien situé : à quelques minutes du village à pied et des pistes. Accueil très agréable de GIlles et Nathalie. Nous avons passé, à 3 avec notre fille de 6,5 ans un très bon sejour en montagne. La neige etait au rdv.

Notre location était tout à fait conforme au descriptif, l'appartement était trés propre, et un cadeau de bienvenu nous attendait. Les propriétaires étaient trés disponibles et ont su répondre à nos différentes demandes d'informations. Des gens trés accueillants, de confiance, et trés gentils. Bel appartement au coeur de St Martin

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement qui se situe au coeur du petit village de Saint Martin. Tout peut se faire à pied : accès aux pistes, retour, courses, restos, promenades. Appartement très bien équipé (sèche cheveux, mixeur, plaques à induction, four etc) et très fonctionnel tout en étant chaleureux et très bien décoré. Belle et grande chambre et salle de bain parfaite. Cet appartement est vraiment idéal pour deux adultes. Propriétaires très sympathiques et très accueillants. Disponibles tout en étant très discrets. nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Caroline et Jean-Marc

Fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful stay in St Martin over Christmas 2014. The apartment is in a great location, just minutes walk from the town centre, and up on the mountainside with lovely views of chalets and mountains. The apartment is cosy, and was very clean and quiet, perfect for the two of us, although the sofa in the living room converts to a bed so could accommodate more people perhaps.. Giles and his family were also very kind to us and we must thank them very much for sharing a couple of bottles of Sparkling Rose with us, and for the gift of the cheese - thanks you, we will be back!

Séjour au printemps dans la vallée des Bellevilles

L'appartement de M et Mme Jay était très confortable et très silencieux, nous avons dormi comme des marmottes. La flore à cette période est resplendissante, nous avons pu faire de superbes photos. La gentillesse des propriétaires est appréciable. A cette époque, nous avons découvert les gentianes, les lys , les sabots de vénus et les marmottes lors de nos ballades. Région à découvrir.

Séjour dans les 3 vallées

Super location et propriétaires sympas et disponibles bon accueil locaux propres et en bon état ainsi que la literie et le linge .Cette location mérite d'être recommandée sur le site les pistes de ski sont à proximité et accessibles sans voiture ni navette tout se fait à pied dans le village on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin épicerie restaurants pharmacie etc je retiendrais dans les années futures

Séjour à St Martin de Belleville

La location ainsi que sa situation etaient detaillees de façon precise.Elle était propre bien entretenue les lits faits et le linge de toilette en nombre suffisant de bons conseils nous ont été donnés tant sur les pistes que sur l'emplacement de celles ci.Je recommande sans problèmes cette location à mes relations.Les activites ski ont été nos principales occupations pendant le séjour

Un appartement à recommander

Appartement confortable, propre, parfaitement aménagé. Nous sommes partis avec un bébé, les propriétaires ont gentiment mis à notre disposition un lit parapluie, une chaise haute et une poussette, ce qui nous a bien allégé nos bagages. Appartement proche des pistes et du centre du village tout en restant au calme et bien exposé avec une grande baie vitrée lumineuse. Très bon séjour.
