Välkommen till Tower II på vackra Edgewater Beach Resort! Vår 2BR / 2BA Gulf Front Deluxe ”A” -enhet ligger på fjärde våningen. Den har de största fyrkantiga bilderna av någon av de två BR-enheterna i tornen. Den har 1366 kvadratmeter bostadsyta och en täckt balkong på 119 kvm / fl nås från vardagsrummet.

Fönstren sträcker sig över hela enhetens framsida, med fönster från golv till tak mot havet! Detta ger en vacker utsikt från vardagsrummet, matsalen, köket och balkongen. Den vackra smaragdkusten med vita sandstränder och smaragdgröna vatten väntar på dig!

Master-sviten har 2 queen-sängar med privat badrum. Juniorsviten har en king size-säng och gästbadrum. Det finns en bäddsoffa i drottningen i vardagsrummet. Sover 6-8 bekvämt! Andelslägenhet har ett fullt utrustat kök och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

Edgewater är Panama City Beachs främsta utväg. Fastigheten består av 110 tunnland, 11 pooler (inklusive lagunpoolen 11,00 kvm / fot). Flera är uppvärmda inklusive den som ligger precis framför tornet II.

Great views!

Great property located directly on the beach. Beautiful views and has gorgeous amenities. Enjoyed the pools and splash pad. The owner was great to communicate with provided a great stay. We hope to book again in the future!

Beautiful location and property!

Conveniently close to Pier park and shopping along 98 but away from all spring breakers. Condo was perfect and had amazing views of the ocean! Heated pool and hot tub directly below the room was perfect entertainment for the chilly March weather!!! Debbie was very responsive and provided all needed info upfront for a perfect vacation!

Beach Vacation

We had a great time at Edgewater. The place was well kept and just right for our family with the two bedrooms. There is a good kitchen so you can make food or go out to eat easily. The beach and pool are really close for easy access.

Perfect condo

This condo was everything we expected. When you walk in, it was so clean and inviting. The floor to ceiling windows did not lack a view from any direction. The owner is beyond amazing and communication is on point. I cannot wait to stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed visit

The condo was a perfect and can not beat location. My grandkids are 7 and 5 and had plenty of room to spread out. Being on the 4th floor was just right for getting our steps in and super close to beach access. I would recommend this property.

Vacation at the Beach

The unit was very clean and there were ample towels and wash cloths. The TV had programming that we used at our home, so it was fast and easy to use. It was very comfortable and the owner was great to work with, making sure everything was just right.

Great condo!

Condo was clean, updated and gorgeous. Beautiful views!. It was a perfect location to the beach, pool and restaurant. Right across from the stairs so u didn’t have to wait for elevators. The hosts were always available for questions and always in contact to help with the stay. Debbie made the whole process easy and would definitely stay here again if we are in PCB again.

The Perfect Condo at Edgewater

We stay at Edgewater for a week every summer and have finally found our forever condo! As long as it is available for our needed dates, this will now be our families go-to condo at Edgewater. Perfect location, super clean, very spacious (our favorite layout), and the owner was so pleasant and accommodating. Don't pass this one up if it's available!

Great place

Our family with young kids enjoyed this property. The unit was clean, open space, lots of room. The view was amazing. The outdoor pool at Tower 2 was wonderful. We had a few cooler days during our stay and the pool was still warm enough to swim at the end of December. Access to the beach was quick and easy. Restaurant on property was close to unit for quick meals, it had good food and drinks. We also enjoyed playing pickleball, which was an easy quick walk across the walking bridge to the clubhouse. Debbie was a wonderful host. Great communication, she gave us a few recommendations to do on our cooler days with kids. She was also very responsive to any questions I had. The unit is right next to the stairs which was convenient and easy access to the pool and beach. Definetly would stay again! Loved our visit in this unit!

Perfect location! Debbie’s communication was excellent! Parking easy. Restaurant beach and pool 2 min walk fm condo at most. What else could you ask for??? We even saw several dolphins from our balcony!

Relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed staying here! Debbie was wonderful to work with! It was very clean, and had wonderful view of the ocean!! Walking distance to a few restaurants, skating rink, axe throwing, and escape room. Also a put put place very close. Our only complaint was that the furniture was very worn… not much cushion in the couches and the beds were really firm. But… it was raining several days that we were there so we spent a lot of time inside! All in all it was great trip and I would recommend this rental!

Great condo, location, and communication!!

We go to Edgewater every year and some of the units are old and dingy.... but this is one of the nicer updated condos we've stayed in. The owner had great communication and even let us check-in early because the condo was ready (which was great since we were traveling with small children)! The listing didn't have pictures of the master bathtub but it surprisingly has been nicely updated with tile. Thanks for a great stay!!

Loved the location

We stayed in tower 2. Loved the resort and location. First night our Cable wouldn't work but the we contacted the owner and it was taken care of the next day. Room was clean but we seen 3 or 4 roaches in the unit. Contacted the owner and she got in touch with Pest Control. Was informed they were having issues in tower 2 but my sister and her family stayed in tower 3 and they found some too. Other then that was a fun vacation.
