Extremely enjoyable, great location

Great location, lovey apartment, clean and tidy complex, very very nice welcoming pack (wine,beer,milk, bread etc) extremely thoughtful of the hosts. Dean was very helpful always contactable and gave plenty of good advice on the resort, definitely recommend and will definitely be visiting again. Had a fantastic holiday thank you D &D. Un apartamento nada recomendable

Es el tercer año que alquilamos un apartamento en esta urbanización que es fantástica. Pero en esta ocasión el apartamento ha resultado ser desastroso, no se corresponde con lo que hemos pagado. Empezando por las camas, todas ellas dehen tener más de 20 años y son muy incómodas y están en mal estado, con lo que no hemos podido descansar. Los utensilios de la cocina, viejos muy usados y con mal aspecto. Cafeteras muy viejas y pensadas para los ingleses. El horno no funcionaba, luces de las estancias fundidas, el agua caliente no funciona en la cocina. Es un apartamento muy caluroso y por lo tanto se necesita utilizar el aire acondicionado, que el propietario lo tiene acotado a un uso muy restringido, si quieres utilizarlo hay un contador que va restando el consumo inicial y si quieres utilizar el aire acondicionado unas 6h al día, que es un tiempo relativamente reducido, tienes que pagar en el contador con monedas. No se pueden ver los canales convencionales de la tv, sólo se pueden utilizar plataformas si tienes usuario.Los toldos son insuficientes para protegerlo del sol. La terraza sólo se puede utilizar por la noche y las paredes de la casa están muy deterioradas.En conclusión, no se debería permitir que este apartamento se anuncie como alquiler turístico. No está en buen estado y ni por asomo vale el precio que hemos pagado.

Fenomenal

Fui con unas amigas de vacaciones a Mojácar, y el piso estaba genial, la terraza da mucha vida y la piscina nos vino muy bien. La única pega que podría poner sería la calidad de los colchones de las camas individuales. Por lo demás no tendría nada negativo. El piso cuenta con todo lo necesario incluso para ir a la playa con niños. Muy buen piso

(Almost) perfect

(Almost) everything was simply perfect (the view, check-in/out, pool, terrace, aircon, kitchen etc.), the only thing I would criticise is the bed (the beds) as the mattress was unfortunately quite uncomfortable. But the rest makes up for it.

El apartamento esta muy bien, pero necesita mejorar algunas cosas, por ejemplo el colchón de matrimonio muy deteriodado, el sofa del salón, que lo camuflan con una manta, pero está muy mal y sobre todo mejorar el tema de la televisión, no pude ver muchos canales.

Modern, centrally located apartment

Beautiful apartment set in a central part of Mojacar. Owners welcomed us with wine, beer and chocolates, which was a very nice touch. They were pleasant to deal with and only at the end of a phone if needed. The apartment had a great balcony with plenty of space and the option of covering it to shade from the sun. Would highly recommend for other families and plenty to do in the area.

Fabulous property, great complex, couldn't ask for more

Fabulous flat, with everything you need (best welcome pack we've ever had). Great complex, very clean and secure. Minutes from sea, shops and restaurants. Dean and Donna very welcoming. Definitely recommend and cannot wait to return.

Excellent facilities and location. Lovely interior would recommend.

Excellent apartment. Very friendly couple. Very clean with welcome package of bread milk wine. Apartment is up a step hill if trouble walking would not recommend otherwise fantastic stay.

Had a great time and would do it all over again.

Donna and Dean were very warm and friendly. The property was all you could want. It was immaculately clean and had everything you required. We were kindly treated to two bottles of wine and champagne on our arrival which we weren't expecting but was a lovely touch.....not too mention a dozen beers in the fridge and milk, butter, bread, jam etc. We have stayed in Mojacar before and although the first apartment was nice, it doesn't compare to this one. Without a doubt we would stay here again. Thank you so much Donna and Dean and will see you again when we return.

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment. We have been many times to this complex but first time staying in this particular apartment and it has been the best so far! Dean was there to welcome us and a lovely welcome pack consisting of cava, wine, beer, bread, butter and milk greeted us when we arrived in the apartment. The weather couldnt have been better and sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening overlooking the complex was great. The complex that the apartment is in is just perfect with 3 lovely pools and all of the communal areas are kept spotless. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you Dean and Donna for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

The photos don't do this property the justice it deserves! It is a beautiful apartment, perfect for a family of 4 or under. It was immaculate, well furnished and the owners Donna and Dean made sure we were well set up with Sky tv and the internet. They also left us some cava, beers and some basic foods which was very sweet. The three pools on site are lovely, never overly busy and generally a really peaceful place to spend your holiday. It is minutes from the beach and great local restaurants! Overall we had a fantastic stay and could not recommend the property enough!

Wonderful Apartment, excellent hosts

We stayed at the property in August for two weeks. The owners are great, meeting us on arrival with a 'welcome pack', (water, coffee, wine, beer), which really helped. The apartment itself is well maintained and decorated with everything you need. I couldn't fault our stay at all and would definitely recommend the property. We would love to return in the next couple of years

Fantastic stay

We are a family of four and had a great time at this lovely apt, everything you need is catered for, we received a lovely welcome from Dean and Donna, who are lovely people to deal with, including a welcome pack which came in very handy, the three pools were never over busy and all the facilities we needed were within a 5 minute walk. We will be booking for next year, highly recommended

Great Apartment

This apartment is very well maintained and very nicely furnished. The location is good - just a short walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. There are 3 large swimming pools which were very quiet and relaxing. Again, very well looked after - pools and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend.

the appartment we stayed

excellent stay we really enjoyed it. I would recommend the apartment and Dean and Donna made us most welcome with water beer and wine, milk and butter bread on arrival. A short walk to the beech, dinners etc. Again most recommended.

Outstanding!

This is a beautiful apartment, has a wonderful view, great accomidation, owners are lovely. Close to beach, bars, cafes and restaurants...perfect!!!! i would defiantly stay again and recommend to everyone, it was an amazing holiday!!:) thanks again to owners will definitely see you again soon
